It does look like a more detailed explanation of the Tsukuyomi but Reaver created it all I think so he might be able to answer what you wanna know better.

Unorthodox world, and Orderly World, are made to be more like surrounding manipulation.
Not exactly EVERYTHING like that Uchiha tech.

Okay, so more of a technique to throw off opponents than to actually mentally hurt them?
Perhaps you should just include that in the description in a clearer way so that this confusion doesn't happen again. xD

Hey, just a quick question that is probably dumb but, do I have to wait for my made up to be accepted before I post anything like in the Academy and what not?

1. i was just wondering why your villages arent sub forums, wouldn't that be easier, so that the kages would be able to makes building threads and things of that sort
2. i read the jounin exams,and it said that the person had to be a maxed out genin or chuunin,does that mean you don't do auto ranking or am i too late for that?
3. I also read the handbook, at the bottom it says that you can't go back to the academy to learn techniques, so are there set places where you can learn techniques or is anywhere suitable
4. before i make my profile are all the villages open,and can i find info like shinobi professions,and classes there?
5.where is your approval subforum?

1. If so, we would have FAR too many sub-forums. Sub-forums generally get less traffic than main forum, so by having the regular villages in the main forum, and optional side events in sub-forums, it gives a good way to keep the main world active.
2. Correct, ranking happens through exams, which are held approximately every two to three months. If your character hasn't ranked up, they will generally have a cap on just how strong they can get.
3. That is what the various villages are for. So if you want to learn rasengan, you will travel to Hidden Leaf. If you want to learn your clan's techniques, you will travel to your clan's home village. And so on. Remember to use the Docks!
4. All the villages are open, though some clans are restricted access. I believe the only ones on restriction are Uchiha, Hyuuga and Akasun. The only real classes we have are hunter-nin, ANBU, missing-nin and things like that. Those are generally only able to be gained upon reaching Chunin or higher rank.
5. If by approval you mean where you put your profile to be accepted, that would be the Profiles thread here in the main forum. Made-ups similarly go to the Made-Up thread in the main forum.
Does that cover everything?

clans are in the villages, second post in usually, the clan techniques are on the third post, and if by custom approvals you mean techniques that would be the made ups thread. if you mean custom clans then you would have to make a clan and techs, and send it to a mod for approval. but you shouldn't be making a clan if your new because its a lot better to explore the villages find stuff you like use them and eventually if you feel like the guild is missing some kind of technique you could make a clan and send it in for approval.
