Fiddlers Green What insignificant, sad lives they must lead. Is that what it feels like to be an extra in an ensemble cast show? Sure.

Having been an extra more times than the lead, it depends on who has the lead and how they choose to interact with the extras. If you're an extra and treated like you don't exist then it's really, really easy to become petty.

What I meant was, if the person has nothing better to do than digitally harass someone, it leads me to think two things: 1. The person needs an offline hobby. 2. The person is letting another person be the focus of their life.

But for some reason this entire corner of the state seams to lack community theater. We have an excellent theater district and have regular tours of Broadway shows, but no small community theaters crying You're likely right on both 1 & 2. Some people just have trouble establishing their own self worth. I know I have issues with it. I'm harder on myself then anyone I know is when I make a mistake. For years my entire self worth was tied up in my Daddys opinion of me.

I am also my most cruel judge. I know what I am capable of, thus I feel qualified to judge myself.
As for Theatre, if you are ever near central California, we have lots.

And then there's those who feel that they are better then everyone around them. With so much self confidence that you'd think they're heads are going to explode wink
I'm closer to the other coast. I'm going to try to come out for Summerstar this year. For some reason my husband feels better about us going across the country to a festival to meet everyone, then crossing one state line for a weeked to meet a few. Sometimes he confuses the heck out of me, but I love him anyways xd

Yes, I do have my moments, but Facebook is supposed to be a reflection of people and most people boast about themselves on said site. I actually was pretty deep in thought and posted something and he posted something ridiculously out of proportion to my insult in response. It's worse because some of my transgendered and homosexual friends saw what he said and were also pretty insulted.

While people tend to understand fully that you can use myspace and facebook to make yourself look so much cooler than you really are, they tend to completely forget it's also a GREAT way to make a complete a** of yourself in front of dozens of people.

Which after a certain experience in the gay bar, I promptly removed all family members or anyone who is in contact with my family off my friends list.

Calixti Sophist This sexist pedagogy really ******** disgusts and irritates me. Being brainwashed is not enough, she also wants to inflict it on other people. BLAH. evil First reaction: ********. That. Noise. Don't think I can say anything other than that. >.< If you scroll down you can see that she posted a quote on the right side of the screen labeled "What Feminists think," and it's your typical sexist, ignorant garbage, written by A MAN of course. rolleyes I love that she thinks having big hair means power over men. Let's just not talk about how becoming a sex object is exactly how they've coerced women into being inferior, even by ignorant choice. Let's just not go there. UGH. Edit: Oh yay, I just had to share this quote I found on her idea of feminism: "Sadly, being truly feminine is such a rarity in this day and age. Thanks to radical feminism (who seem determined to stamp out the very existence of real women) feminine ladies who fit the ideal of real womanhood are a few and far between." Can someone please ask her to really think about who came up with this ideal? I really think I vomited in my mouth a little. Also, I have to write a paper for my Human Sexuality class about my self-esteem and body image. Filling five pages with thinking about this is really putting me in a bad mood. emo
