Mai began looking but her mother was nowhere to be found. "Where is she?"Rin shrigged as she said " I dunno where you no is, but i still think that it would be funny to lead him on." Mai shrugged. "Doesn't sound fun to me. Well, let's eat and go find him. We can at least ask him not to steal candy." "Could you at least kick him in the balls for me," she asked as she sat down at the table and started to eat.

A raven swooped down on a crust branch, right infront of Mai and Rin.

Another raven circled directly above Ion and Akira. One would get the impression that it was screaming profanities, but it was just really cawing. For sure.

"Shoot! We're wanted at the council building." Mai grumbled. With a quick jump she bounded off in that direction.

A raven was circling above Ion and Akira. That was the sign that Ion needed to head back. For it was Mission Time!
"Ahh ok. Time for a mission I guess." Ion said while looking at the crow."Sorry but you'll have to teach me that Shunshin some other time. If you are still up for it I mean" Ion said to him.
"Well I'll be off now. Thanks for the training. Later" Ion jumped into the trees and headed back.

As Ion was hopping through the trees he was wondering what kind of mission they would be getting.

Mai and Rin landed in front of the council dorr just as Ion arrived. She stopped him before going in. "Hey. Rin-chan said you were stealing candy. Is that so?" Mai asked as she cracked her knuckles.

Ion gulped rather hard. Even he is said he didn't steal anything Mai would probably still beat him up.
"Uhh no. I don't steal Candy. I'm not a kid anymore." Ion said quickly

She flicked his forehead and laughed. "Sure. Whatever, we'll talk about this later." she said as she strode into the council room to recieve their mission.

Mai bowed solemly. "I'm fine thanks. You need us for something I'm guessing?" she said bluntly. Her time was very valuable to her and even the council would understand that. Eventually.

Ion bowed aswell. He didn't say anything because Mai already said more then needed to be said. Besides he was curious for the mission
