You should only have certain articles for when there is news to write about, like there's rarely anything that happens involving the guild, and if anything, not enough to write an entire essay about. Forcing yourself to write something about nothing just creates unneccessary stress. The TV & Games article is probably the hardest to keep up, even more so than the media section. I'd say just drop that completely.
Biweekly is definitely easier on everybody. razz

You should write about my everyones lovely Eureka Seven Quiz's and or you could advertise different threads in the guild that maybe people might want to post in or looks at ninja
Ok I may not be one of the news people but that's a thought to take into account and the bi-weekly thing can be seen as hard but if you look at it in a fun way then it will be easy.
