Kaleb's tail wagged slightly, and he shifted a bit in Riley's lap. "You could... let me rub your ears?" He asked, glancing up at his partner with a smile.

"Ya could..." He wouldn't disagree about being petted since he liked it so much.

Kaleb grinned and wiggled out of Riley's lap, and then tried to push him over so he lay on his back across the couch. It would be easy enough to rub his ears like that.

He flopped over after a minuet so that Kaleb could reach him better. "I like it when ya rub my ears"

Once Riley was lying down, Kaleb climbed over and settled himself where he could easily reach his partner's ears. It also meant he was lying over half of Riley's body, but he didn't think that would be too much of a problem.

He purred slightly once Kaleb started to rub his ears. He'd have to make sure he didn't fall asleep and that his partner didn't do anything too stupid, like wiggle around, so nothing bad happened.

Unfortunatly Kaleb did wiggle a bit, but only as he got comfortable and found the best position to put himself in. The purring made him smile, and after a bit he nuzzled against Riley's neck.

He nosed Kaleb's cheek slightly as he got comfortable and relaxed into the petting. His purring continued though it felt slightly strange with Kaleb on him while he was.

Kaleb closed his eyes a bit as he worked, but eventually he nudged Riley's neck again with his muzzle. "You do kiss better than Reno" he said with a grin. Riley hadn't asked for an opinion immediately after the kiss, which made the little mage suspect that his reasons hadn't entirely been to prove his ability.

Kaleb smiled and wiggled happily, but the alcohol was really making him drowsy. After a few more minutes he fell asleep right in the middle of his ear scratching, and then started drooling on Riley's chest.

He was fine with Kaleb sleeping on him for a bit at least until he ended up feeling something wet on his chest. "Umm.... OH MY GOD." He flailed slightly as he realized Kaleb was drooling on him

Kaleb woke up with a start, and pulled his head up. "What?" He asked as he blinked at Riley with a sleepy expression. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep and stop..."

Kaleb's eyes widened and he blushed brightly as he wiped at the side of his mouth. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." He sat up, unsure if Riley wanted him to move so he didn't drool on him again.
