dude she have nothing to do with Oto... ((well then who is? I just assumed with all her posts and saying the academy was undercontruction and all ment she was the oto person. Why does it still say under construction then? Who is in charge of it?))

-2 Kenkaru, because your Momakage actually created a thread for all those people that post jutsu after jutsu for your approval. Its called the Help Center. They post them there for help and stuff before trying to get you to approve them. So you don't have to go through a whole bunch of half-a** jutsus and bloodlines. Appreciate me bish! mad

Hey people Not that im cocky or anything but Otogakure is a Village with possibilieties and ive seen various people complain about it not being Working and being under construction! Could you people assing some one to take care of that? the village is Ficking dead. If you have no one Im willing to take Charge of it for now! till you get another Kage , someone older but im sure i can work out the basics of it . The academy and the preparations of the threads and all I would Just need help with The mission giving and expirience to award .
I know im not exactly the best qualified person but Get someone please! Im sure that village can have some story to build up!!
