william_ruby -3 neji. That fool is to cocky and he aint got nothin on Rocklee. Plus Naruto kicked his a** cause he was an a*****e. ((haku can beat them all)) ((drool)) mad
Neji +3
1) He is not cocky he just behaves like a real ninja.
2) He is more than you thats for sure.
3) Rock lee = useless character >>. People like him because of his personality but pretty much he and Gaara are in the same boat of uselessness.
4) Naruto didn't kick his a** >>. If anything the Kyuubi kicked his a**, and in the end it was a tie, but of course main characters cannot loose you know.

Now I shall explain how deep in a river of s**t you are.
Neji had already won long ago but Naruto did what all main characters in all stories do. He talked s**t. After the s**t talk to force the other character to reveal his tragic past and guess what ? Yes he cast miracle lv 9 and win. >>.
In the Naruto time skip, Naruto is as mediocre as before, he stopped Bachan punch ? So what the old lady was a freaking puppet user not a taijutsu user. Lee opening the gates you said ? By the time lee open the third gate Neji can hit his damn tenketsu a few time or better yet just blow his heart with a sexy Juuken attack. Not to mention he can easily track and evade the kick need for the omote renge and dispose Lee before he tries Ura Renge. And in terms of hand to hand combat Lee is in an extremely serious disadvantage.

Also I want to add to Kenkaru's post that Neji is no longer a close quaters only character. In other words he can kick Naruto's a** anytime.
