Lucas blew a kiss at the girl who had approached the table before turning his attention back to Rezzo. "Oh, come on. Ani wants to get in her pants, too. She can actually fight back against that cute hypnosis spell of his."

Sibeal took a seat amongst the rather interesting group. She found herself smiling at them with some level of curiosity in her eyes. It had been a long while since she'd taken a meal with people. Her journey was long and relatively lonely. It might be nice to make friends. "No worries, I don't pay much heed to those who make such remarks. While amusing, it is often no more than talk... All the same, I'm Sibeal," Sibeal said as she nodded at the group. She moved her long red hair back behind her shoulders and bound it temporarily in a hair tie, one of the better inventions of mankind.
After taking a small bite of the pasta before her, she looked up and around at them all. "So, what are your names?"

"Yeah, but he ain't desp'rate like ya," Rezzo grumbled, shaking her head a bit. However, Rezzo didn't comment on this vague girl's ability to counter Ani's hypnosis. She kept it to herself.
"'ey, Sibeal," she said instead, trying to be friendly.

Sibeal tilted her head, slightly confused but desiring to not seem so, she only smiled as a response. She continued to eat her pasta and chicken in peace. The carrots were very well prepared here with the sweetness of brown sugar caramelized around them. Sibeal had not eaten such a wonderful dish in what seem like weeks. First of all she was eating food prepared by someone other than herself and it was wonderfully flavored. Second of all, she was sitting at a table. She must remember not to take such a circuitous rout next time she traveled to and from her homeland.

"Awh, right, name," Rezzo reminded herself, shaking her head as if she were disappointed for not remembering. " 'S Rezzo. Good to meetcha." A little smile and flash of her phoenix colored eyes.

Sibeal perked up and smiled, "It's nice to make your acquaintance, Rezzo..."
She took a moment to commit the name to memory before returning to her meal. It was an interesting name, she hadn't heard it before to be sure. "Where are you from, Rezzo? I've never heard your name before anywhere I've ever been to..."

((Enter Stage Left from University Entrance))
As Labryna approached the Dining Hall she saw better the strong brickwork that supported the building, but feeling hunger gnaw at her stomach she didn't examine it too closely. Walking briskly inside Labryna admired the Hall's tables and noticed that several people were already seated around some tables. She figured them for students mostly, but some important looking people sat at a table at the far end of the Hall.
Inhaling, she noticed the unmistakable scent of cooking food, which made her mouth water, coming from the right. Not seeing any menu's or boards indicating what was served, Labby followed her nose to what was unmistakably the kitchen where a small man with a striped tail walked over and smiled at her. Labryna stared at the tail for a bit before realizing that the furry man was asking her what she wanted to eat. "We've got some great cheeses and fruit from your area Ms. ?"
"Um, Bluestar sir." She finally got out. "You'll have to forgive me sir, I didn't catch your name, and I've never seen a..." She pettered off not quite knowing how to describe the furry man to himself.
"Roarco, Ms. Bluestar. And it's quite alright. My name is Bruce, and we Roarco's rarely venture into the desert areas where you come from m'dear." Bruce moved over to some huge metal containers and pulled out some cheeses and milk then moved over to grab some dried sugar dates from another cabinet. "I'm going to assume you're a new student, or don't eat for months at a time, seeing as I've never seen you in here before. So let me tell you, I can serve you anything you want, anything you hear about, or anything you need to try because you lost a bet. But for today, I'm thinking a little taste of home would be good for you." He brought the food and drink to Labryna on a small platter, which she took gratefully.
"Thank you very much for your kindness Bruce. I look forward to seeing you again." Labryna said as she bowed slightly, careful not to spill the milk. Turning around she walked back out of the kitchen. Setting the platter down on one of the mostly empty tables she leaned her staff on the table and took a seat. Various student chatter blended into background noise as Labby ate hungrilly.

Labryna smiled as she savored the last of the dates that Bruce had given her. The Roarco had given Labby a real gift with this meal and she silently promised that she would return the favor one day. She looked around the hall again with fresh eyes and marveled at all the different peoples represented there. Some, like the Roarco, she didn't even have a name for yet, but she would love to find them all out if she had the time. "You new here?" A strange voice asked, breaking Labryna's train of thought. She looked up to see a male student standing close, but not threateningly so, and smiling at her.
"Um yes," Labryna said, as she noticed that the boy was very handsome. Warm chocolate eyes, almost 6' tall he seemed to tower over her as she was sitting down, and a broad chest but not overly muscled. All this and more passed through Labby's mind as she continued a little embarrased, "Yes, this is my first day here. I'm Labryna. I, um, my mom got me the acceptance letter, and I thought it might be fun to, um, learn some things here." Labryna's mind had come to a crashing halt for some reason looking at this man, which was wierd but she didn't really think much on it.
The boy just laughed softly in a musical sort of way. "Yes learning stuff can be a lot of fun. My name is Andrew." He said extending his hand, Labryna reached up tentatively, afraid that Andrew might disappear like a dream if she touched him, but pulled back suddenly as his hand seemed to melt suddenly and reform with six fingers. "I'm sorry did I scare you Labryna?" Andrew asked, "I'm a polymorpher. I can reshape my body however I want."
Labryna stared at him in surprise a moment to long, and he laughed again. Musical. Clearing her throat Labryna regained her composure, "No, you didn't scare me." She stood up and took hold of her staff, "I was simply surprised. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go explore the campus for a while." She started walking away from him stiffly. Then she felt a soft hand on her shoulder and Andrew caught up with her.
"No wait, I'm sorry." Andrew said softly. "I didn't mean to surprise you so much. All this must be pretty new. I remember my first day here. First time I was really away from home even." His gaze locked onto Labryna's again, and she started to calm down. "Look, to make up for my horrible first impression I'd like to show you around campus. I know you're more than capable of finding your way around," He amended quickly, "but I could help introduce you to the people and places."
Labryna smiled at this invitation, and thought that a nice walk with this handsome man might be nice. "That'd be really nice, thank you." She started walking again, but suddenly turned and looked at him sterly. "But no more polymorphing like that. Warn me if you're going to do it again."
Andrew held up his six-fingered hand and smiled. "I promise." As they walked toward the big doors leading out, Andrew looked back and winked at some of his friends at another table, who started laughing and wooping. But Labryna didn't notice, and as Andrew pulled open the doors for her he said, "You know, there's this big bon-fire today at the beach near here. After we see a few of the buildings wanna check it out?"
Labryna giggled a little realizing that Andrew had just asked her out, but she quickly returned her face to a nuetral and and thoughtful pose. At least she hoped she managed it. "Um, yes that sounds like a great time."
((Exit back stage to Main Courtyard))
((For those who may be concerned, Andrew is not another rpc. I'm just making up a random student for my own RP perposes. He'll be dealt with presently and may never rear his head again unless needed.))

 Hei released his hold on the girl's waists as he entered the dining hall. He was smirking, due to the fact that he'd walked through the place with two beautiful women in his arms. Of course, there was only one he had his eyes set on. "Well, uhh, what now?" He asked, looking at Akemi, then towards Ada. He was good at cooking, one of the perks he wanted to pick up on since he was a fire manipulator, but he wasn't sure if it was fine for him to go cook them a meal.

Akemi......
Akemi entered the dining hall, Ken's hand now away from her waist. She could still feel the slightest warmth on her cold skin, feeling a bit funny. " I'd gladly cook for you guys....it's been awhile since I touched anything in a kitchen. How bout it? " she said, winking. The tips of her fingers seemed to tingle and she laughed to herself, before sitting down on the nearest chair.

 Ada slowly walked in and stood in awe of her surroundings. It looked so elegant in the room. It obviously wasn't like the usual cafeteria. If there weren't so many seats at each table, she would have mistaken it for a restaurant! Ada mindlessly sat down next to Akemi, paying no attention whatsoever to the conversation. While admiring the decorations, she noticed that someone was heading their way. He was wearing a chef outfit, and Ada noticed that he wasn't quite human. "Hello, Mister."
"I'm Chef Bruce, for your information. What would you folks like to eat?" Ada couldn't help but be entertained. He looked just like a raccoon! Well, except for the fact he was standing on two feet, probably has a bigger brain, and can talk, but besides that he seemed totally like a raccoon. The thought fascinated her to the point that she wondered if raccoons came from these creatures, but a snap brought her back to reality.
Ada pondered on her order. What did she want? She decided to test this chef. "Chocolate covered lettuce, please!" She said it with a smile. While he went off to the kitchen, she could have sworn he said something about 'crazy humans nowadays'. However, he soon came back with her order. When he turned to the others, Ada stuck her tongue out for a minute. There was such rude help nowadays, too.

Hei ignored the chef guy, not really wanting to see how his cooking was. He wondered if Akemi was allowed to in the first place. He lifted his shoulders in a shrug and chuckled gently as he heard Ada's food request. "Not odd at all..." he said, sticking his tongue out a bit. "Alright, Akemi. Let's see what ya got. I want to eat your food, not raccoon man's food." He smiled warmly and nodded his head.

Akemi......
Akemi smiled sweetly as Ada followed behind them and ordered a quite strange meal. She giggled softly and nodded at the chef who had just come in. She looked towards Ken and laughed. " Thanks! Just gimme a sec.... " she said, trailing off to jump into the kitchen.
Shouts could be heard from the kitchen, some of them swear words. A few people just looked away and pretended not to see it. There was an intruder in their kitchen. The raccoon man just stared her down, Akemi doing the same. The man finally stopped and reached for her hand, trying to do a different approach. As the cold skin touched his, he screeched and ran out the kitchen like a little baby calling ' Mama! '. She just rolled her eyes and proceeded to the tools.
Akemi came out, two dishes in one hand, one in the other. The aroma of cookies was in the air. She grinned from ear to ear, setting down the plates. She then went back to the kitchen and brought in another 3 dishes. Akemi went back to the kitchen yet again to bring in another 3. 3 for each of them. She lifted one of the lids and revealed some oatmeal cookies, a light snack. She continued to the other 2 dishes and lifted the lid as well. Inside was a bowl of soup. Her own specialty. It had carrots and chicken inside and some barley as well. Lots of things inside, both healthy and tasty. She handed out spoons and laughed. She had made this only because she hadn't cooked anything in awhile. At last, she listed the last 2 and it turned out to be a small cake. " Heh heh...um...I kind of got caught up in cooking. Hope you enjoy? " she said and curtsied. She sat down and gave each person there share, smiling warmly. She then proceeded to chomp happily on her cake, the smooth icing disappearing down her throat.

Between the time that Akemi left and returned, Ada shook her head in response to Ken. She always couldn't help but be upset when someone criticized her choices. "It's quite good, actually. You can't taste the lettuce at all. You can find out some odd things at birthday parties." By the time Akemi came back, Ada already finished her plate. There were some chocolate marks from melting a bit before she had gotten to the piece. She stared a bit sadly at the many plates of food on the table.
"Oh, now I feel lame for already eating." Ada felt as if she couldn't eat anymore, mostly due to the fact that she wasn't very hungry in the first place. However, when she saw the cookies, she grabbed one anyways. She was already eating dessert anyways, and cake was more filling in her opinion.

Hei smiled up at Akemi as she stood up to go to the kitchen. Thoughts of what she could make raced through his mind and he licked his lips in anticipation... and hunger. When Ada spoke up, he turned his head and paid attention, chuckling nervously. He could tell he'd upset her slightly. "Really? Not saying it tastes terrible, just saying it sounds a bit odd." He stuck his tongue out as he rubbed the back of his head, hoping she understood. After a brief interval, Akemi entered the room once again, carrying in a few plates. He looked down at the cookies, cake, and soup and felt his stomach grumble once again. "Thanks, Akemi! I'll try to return the favor soon." He bowed his head for a second and lifted up his spoon before he began eating. "Mmmm~"
