*As the Zaphs fall, so does kogashi's blood. He pants heavily as he watches three more Zeph's coming at him.* Well, time to put my infamous luck to the test. *He creates a quick barrier infront of him and dives to the side shooting a blood spear at each Zeph's head.*

*The Zephs are more than fast enough to dodge the spears. One lunges for Kogashi trying to kick him down while the others follow, ready to stab him whether he gets knocked down or not*

*He winces as he's kicked down and feels his back wounds heal. As he about to be stabed he sends out thousands of black flame fireball explosives. Each one strong enough to kill a hippo. Either way from the blast he's knocked back quite a ways.*

He feels the vibration of 9's words shake the molecules until it reaches him. His mind quickly decipers the words. He lifts up his head, revealing his face as he saw the heat signatures of both 9 and Mastema. His mental echolcation pinpointing their exact position and the object around them. His blank eyes turn to Mastema.
Yes. He sent in thought to both Mastema and 9 to hear.

9 got quiet as she hits the floor. She rubs her arm slighty. She moved away from Mastema and Akki. She looked to the door then back to them but she didn't try to run.

*Two of the Zeph's die in the barrage. One makes it out with only a few burns. As this happens the remaining 5 Zephs around the outer gate swarm around Kogashi. All 6 make rapid hit and retreat strikes at him. The soldiers that stood by the gate began to open fire in Kogashi's direction*

*He jumps back about ten yards from the attacks at the gate as he weraly tries to keep up with all the Zephs. he goes on dodging as he waits for his energy to come back.*

They all suddenly sheath their blades and return to their posts as if nothing happened* *chuckles to Akki and looks to 9* Don't worry... your Xol's captive.... so I can't do anything so horrible to you as I did to McCain. I doubt Xol has that capacity as well. However there is someone I would like you to meet now

*Seeing them leave Kogashi rushes back the barrier, making a small p***k on his thumb. He throws a small blood dot high into the air and waits for the Zeph's to get closer.*

He did not turn to her, but stood where he was as though nothing happen. I never said I was. He spoke in her mind privately.

Mastema *chuckles to Akki and looks to 9* Don't worry... your Xol's captive.... so I can't do anything so horrible to you as I did to McCain. I doubt Xol has that capacity as well. However there is someone I would like you to meet now "That's good to know. And I think it's also good to know that I'll be out of here before the night is over." Stay out of my haed She snapped at him as she started for the door once agian.

The chain returns into the void of his jacket, but he suddenly moves between 9 and Mastema. His hands in fist as he seems to be struggling inside with himself.
