Kinera's happy bubble was popped by the arrival of three demons from the sky. She cut down the first one with ease but the other two were definately smarter then the last. One jumped up and around behind her then both lunged out with their claws. Kinera was quick to dodge but not quick enough to keep from getting injured. With the smell of fresh human blood in the air it was not long till more showed up. First two, then another one, and Kinera was sure some where lurking in the shadows waiting for the time to strike. "Not good," Kinera help her sword with both arms, right arm dripping down warm crimson blood. She looked around for an option B. "Okay.... no option B," she said aloud deflecting a blow to the right and countering with a downwards slash from left to right. The demon lunged back but still caught enough of the attack to die. "One down, thousand to go," Kinera got ready and charged at the group slashing any of them that tried to flank her. She realised that more kept coming, for ever one she cut down another five replaced it. Kinera jumped and delivered what she thought to be a finishing blow. Only the demon sidestepped the attack and before she could react punched Kinera in the stomach knocking her back. Kinera hit the wall hard, slumbing down dazed for a moment. The demon who had punched Kinera moved in for the kill hesitating when Kinera stirred and looked up at it.
"Uh-oh," Kinera glanced past the demon seeing her sword on the ground way out of her reach. "What now?" She thought standing up, could she really fight the demons off long enough to get to her sword?

The possessed Kenji appeared out of nowhere in the sky and threw Fenrir at one of the demons, striking him dead where it virtually stood. He crossed his arms with both thumbs and pointer fingers together in each hand, as if he was going to snap..which he did as the teen threw his arms outward. "Fire Gatling Gun!" Large explosions erupted around Kinera, blowing away the demons that surrounded her. However, as the explosions drifted away from the caster, it dimished in power, becoming smaller and lacking punch. Landing, possessed-Kenji swiftly pulled out his sword and glanced at Kinera, who looked badly injuried. "Are you alright human?" inquired Fang roughly. He didn't want to deal with the pitiful human right now, but it would save him a migrain from his host's persistant protests.

Kinera nodded slowly, "Healing Light," she closed her eyes feeling rejuvenated after a moment. "Kenji safe?" She asked moved ahead of the possessed Kenji and retrieved her sword. Kinera readied herself form more battling not wanting to relay completely on someone having to save her skin twenty-four seven. "You're his rune thingy right?" She asked watching the movement in the shadows carefully. "Rayl better be alive too or I'll go into the afterlife and drag his sorry butt back!" She thought just as a demon jumped out of the shadows. Kinera blocked its attack then spin about slashing at the demon. "One down," Kinera said then thought, " Only a thousand left to go."

The demons running around town began to slowly trickle down in number. Rayl made it to the edge of the town and continued to look for a source where the monsters could be coming from. "Nothing... maybe they fled since the monsters are decreasing in number." Rayl turned back towards the center of the city and began running back down building tops. A wolf-like demon jumped infront of Rayl and charged him. Rayl used the handle of his weapon to bash the demon backwards onto the ground. As it charged him once again Rayl stuck out the pole so that it got bit instead of Rayl's Face. With a quick move Rayl kicked the dog's upper body and jumped on his back. Rayl still held the pole from his naginata inside the wolf-demon's mouth and continued to gain leverage on the demon. The demon took off riding in towards the city with Rayl hanging on tight. Upon coming to a clearing Rayl let one hand slip off the weapon and the demon let go of the Naginata. With a quick twirl and stab through the head of the demon it collapsed at running speed and slid finally coming to a halt a few feet infront of Kinera.
"Howdy sis, miss me much? I'm glad to see your OK."

"Ekk!" Kinera jumped back when her brother slid in from nowhere and stopped in front of her. "Making me worry is so not cool! You're dead meat when this is over!" Kinera shouted secretly happy that her brother waa not dead or mangled. At least the demons were smart enough to leave that part to her. "Sooo lucky there are more pressing matters right not. Did you see Shadow of Leon anywhere?" Kinera got back into a ready stance, there were still demons to kill before they killed people.

"Maybe you can sense where they went Kinera?" Rayl swung his weapon and stabbed into a charging demon. Even after piercing the demon's torso he tried to keep pushing towards Rayl and after a few seconds collapsed on the weapon. Rayl pulled out his blade and waited for a response.

Fang/possessed Kenji interrupted the girl before she could answer, "Don't bother them. They have their own hands filled, just like us." He heard police sirens, ringing gunshots, and people screaming all over the place. "You two humans go together and fight on one side of the city and I'll be in the other side. I see no other way to rid of this infestation faster, understand?" Police sirens got louder and louder as the cops neared their location, causing Fang/possessed Kenji to jump into the air and land on top of an apartment."And don't let anyone see your face!" He shouted back as he leaped from one roof to another, slicing through the enemy ranks.

"Well that takes care of the monsters in this part of the city I'm in." Larunia then looks around to see if theres anyone else who needs help, but finds no one. "Guess thats thats. hehehehe. huh? whats this energy i'm feeling? this is not good, not good at all. I hope the others are ok? I better go, they might need a little bit of help." Larunia thens runs to where the dark energy is most strongest.

Kinera nodded and turned on her heels running down an alleyway, "Come on before they get here!" She called over her shoulder to Rayl. She barely stopped when crossing the street at a run, a cop car had just turned down the road. Panicking some she climbed up onto a dumpster and jumped over a wooden fence landing on her feet on the other side. "Man, I wish I could fly! Cops are everywhere now but those demons aren't leaving on their own," She took off running again not waiting around to have a cop or a demon find her first.

"Hey Kinera I got a surprise for ya. I've been practicing check this out..." Rayl grabbed Kinera in his arms and after gathering energy into his legs he jumped onto the top of a building and jumped into the air focusing constant flow of energy downwards to make him fly. "I havn't perfected it yet so I'll stay fairly low. Just help watch my back for demons I'll watch the front." Rayl and Kinera continued to fly slightly overhead around the city scouting for demons.

Meanwhile, on the other side on the city, Fang continued to use Kenji's body to combat the demons, either incinerating them in deadly flames or slicing them into pieces. He managed to save some people...but there were just too many of them for just one person to deal with. After using his Fire Gatling Gun technique, he blasted through some more streets, dashing and slashing away. The carnage and semi-destruction shocked Kenji, making him cringe inwardly from the scenes in front of him. "Oh god...help us.."

Violet huffed and puffed on the sidewalk, knealing on the curb. The little being didn't have lungs, and surely didn't need the air - but she'd seen so many humans performing this odd task. She felt just a little more real as she mimicked their movements.
Her eyes scanned the area for Lionheart. She needed to tell him about Lonewolf! She needed to tell him now! But just where he was? She had no idea.
With a giant gasp she yelled as loud as she could:
"SIR LION!!!!"

Several people running around the seemingly invisible perscom (due to her tiny stature) looked around wildly at the loud call that seemed to come out of nowhere. Panic still ran rampage in the city and small fires have broken out; confusion spread like a deadly virus among the public that have no idea what was happening right under their very noses..
Leon heard Violet's call and landed shealthly in the outskirts of the city, and made his way towards her, "Violet! Where are you?!"
In another part of the city, where most the fires occuried, Kenji regained control of his body, standing in the mist of the smoke and ash. He fell to his knees, shuddering from what happened. He knew what war and battle was like from books and news from other countries but this.. "This..this is too cruel.. How many people were killed?..How many lives were lost..?" Kenji shook with anger and sadness as he stood up, Fenrir gleaming in the flickering flames.

Violet waved her arms wildly.
"Lion! We have to go RIGHT NOW!"
She noticed his figure walking through the crowds.
"Lion!" The little being took off at a run jumping up to the man's face. She crawled onto his head and pulled at his bangs.
"We have to go now! Master is in trouble! This creepy lady took him and he can't get free! She has Inferno, too!"
Little fists pounded at Lion's head.
"C'mon! We have to go now! Up to the castle in the mountain! C'mon!!!"
