Nishi Kurama ga anatano hontou shougou desu ka? JWP wa nani?
"Shougou" is the word for a company or trade name. "Namae" is the word for a person's (or animal) name. And, Hontou is a -na adjective so you should have "...hontou na namae..."

Since your first sentance is in polite speech (desu instead of da) then you should ask "JWP wa nan desu ka?" It can sound odd to switch between polite and plain speech while talking to the same person.

oohh....so then, it should be "Nishi Kurama ga anatano hontou na namae desu ka?" right? i have a question, is it whenever the adjective doesn't end in "i", then that adjective is a -na adjective? and if i used "da" instead of "desu", do i still add "ka"?

Yep, that's right.

Kyaro
i have a question, is it whenever the adjective doesn't end in "i", then that adjective is a -na adjective?

Almost. Well, yes, well.... Let me just explain the rules, there a a few things to watch out for.

Any adjective that does not end in "-i" is most definitely a "na" adjective.

Some words technically end in "-i" but are also "na" adjectives. Take, for example, the word "kirei" which is a "na" adjective that means "pretty". Even though it ends in "i" the word is actually pronounced like "kiree" (ki-reh-eh). This happens anytime a word ends with the combination ei, it's actually pronounced like a double "e". So, since the "i" isn't really pronounced, it doesn't count as ending in "-i".

Also, be very carefull when you are dealing with roomaji. Roomaji uses two english letters to represent (most) Japanese letters. So take the word "genki" which is a "na" adjective which means "energetic or healthy". It does not end in "-i" it ends in "-ki". The "i" is just part of a single letter "ki". "-i" adjectives must end in the single letter "i".

So, a word that ends in "i" and is not part of the special "ei" ending and is not just a second part of a single Japanese letter... IS an "-i" adjective.

Kyaro
and if i used "da" instead of "desu", do i still add "ka"?

"ka" is usually dropped if the plain "da" is used. The question is implied by intonation, just like in English.

"I live in Switzerland" is "Suisu ni sundeimasu" ("sumu" is to abide, dwell, inhabit etc.)

"Suisu kara kimashita" means "I came from Switzerland" which is more like you were born there or recently moved from there.

Also, to say that you are English, you need to add "jin" to the end of "igirisu". "igirisu desu" means "I am England" (the country itself). "jin" means person so "igirisu-jin" means "England person" or English nationality.
