My friend is the only girl in drumline, so they make her ride on the guys bus and tell her "you're not a girl, you're not a guy, you're a drummer"

I'm the only girl when I play trumpet, drumline, baritone, tube, and french horn, at least there are some girls when I play flute! blaugh there was a girl in my trombone section, but I never played it for band, so I guess that does not count...

Ours was the other way around. In our flute section, it was all girls and one guy. It was when I was in 6th grade. All those 5th graders were such show-offs... stare

Huh, the girls and guys in my trombone section are pretty evenly spread. I don't think we have an all gender section. Single players don' t count.

We HAD two girls and a billion guys in our section(percussion) last year. But since I made it into the upper band, I'm not sure how many of us there are.

I play the trumpet and I'm the only girl in my section for my school band, district jazz band and honor band. I like really. I feel kinda special and it's fun hanging with the guys.
