He had found an egg along with that perfect flower and was now grinning from ear to ear. He wove the last flower into place. "Finished!" Then, before returning to his husband and child, he gave one last look in that particular flower patch.

Nope, there were no eggs in those bushes. Shifting Graham in his arms Kael walked onward, stopping to pick a few purple flowers for Were, she loved the color purple.
Inside the patch of flowers Kael felt something. Parting the stems he peered closer. Was it. . ?

"Oh its perfect." He got up, keeping an eye on Zoe, and streched. "Now...." Looking up into the tree that was above his head he spotted a leaf that still clung to the idea that it should be partially red.
Reaching up he went to pull it down and shook the branch in the process. Who knew, maybe something else would come down too.

Kita cheered and put the egg in her bag. Where to now...? As she thought of where'd she'd found eggs and where'd others'd found eggs, she was suddenly struck with inspiration and ran for the gazebo.

This time, she did not take the egg back to her mother but pocketed it herself, deciding to surprise FM with it later. She continued to search, now checking some more bushes, one at a time.

Nope, nothing. However, there were some pretty lilies nearby at the little duck pond and she picked a few for FM, since lilies were her favourite flowers. Then she turned and went back to the bushes, searching in some mroe. There had to be one somewhere...

It was then that something hit him... Hit him very hard in a way that it shouldn't have. For as much as he hated the camera and the fact that Cian was pulling it out and every moment that he could to snap pictures of Zoe, they had forgotten it at home! Imagine that! How could they have done something so foolish?!
He quickly ran over to Cian, dropping the daisy chain on his head rather than Zoe's. "Goingtogetthecamera. Bebacksoon." With that, he was gone... But not before making one last check in the patch of flowers where he'd found the last egg. Third time's a charm, right?

Kita skipped over to the apex of the bridge, turned to the side, and splashed into the water; now she turned around and, taking a deep breath, stuck her face in the water to see if there were any eggs in the water under the bridge where the others hadn't seen.

Angelus dipped his hand into the water only to retrive a shiny rock. He looked at it with distate, knowing what its brother had done to his knee. He threw it back into the water with a small splash.
He ran his went hands over his knee. The water cooled the scratch.
Dameon lapped up a drink near the side of the pond. The splash caught his attention and he looked towards the spot it came from. Was that the same shiny rock Angelus had thrown in?

Rustling through the bushes, Fala managed to crawl into them, using her small stature to her advantage to avoid the tiny, prickly branches. She was dead-set determined to find an egg here and it was quite obvious. Crawling about, she kept her yellow eyes sharp for any colourful objects lying about.
Wait, what was that...?

((^__^ *Waves to those leaving* Glad you guys enjoyed! heart Makes me happee.
Ok, I just did a quick check of who found eggs, and I'll update the front page and prize list in a bit. While I was eating, there were... 12 eggs found, bringing our total found to 29!
So 3/5 have been found, 4 hours into the event.
I'll be keeping an eye on it, but the odds might have to drop again to give Monday people a chance. :3
And sorry for leaving for so long. Originally I was just gonna pop out for 15 minutes or so, but dinner started and I was on the opposite side of the room from the computer. gonk *Stuffed full of baked ziti now* @@ <3 ))

"Crap! I did forget the camera" He smacked his head and watched Chesh race off. "Well...looks like we are on our own." He scooped up Zoe, plopping the daisy crown on her head, and his hat as he stood up.
"So...where should we explore now my little princess." Zoe cooed as Chesh ran off and at her fathers words turned her little head and reached out for a stand of trees a ways off. "Over there huh?"
Hefting her better in his arms he headed over. As he ducked though other trees and around rather high bushes he kept an eye out for more eggs.

Heather walked in with her little boy and blinked at the number of people. It seemed the egg hunt had already began. She smiled at her five year old son and handed him an uncolored brown bag. "We'll decorate it later, okay? Why don't you go play with the other kids. Be careful Gouka!
Gouka glanced up at her and nodded mutely before rushing off to join the fun. He was late and wanted to find an egg too! He brushed back his short dirty blond hair and sniffed. His six kitsune tails and and three cat tails swishing back and forth in anitipation. The half kitsune-half cat demon dropped to his knees and crawled around the base of a tree, hunting for eggs. His jeans and white t-shirt were getting dirty but he did't mind too much. He was too busy trying to find eggs with his dull green eyes. "Eggy....."

There was nothing there. Kita frowned; if she had hidden the eggs, that would have been a good spot! She came up for air and made her way to the edge of the pond, shivering with cold; now she wished that she'd kept her jacket after all.
"Ooof!" Kita exclaimed, stubbing her toe against something hard. She glanced down, and thought she saw something glittering among the underwater plants. She knelt and grabbed it with her hand.
