Co-Ownership Agreement for Tic Tac Toe Caitlyn Hellstorm recieves full rping rights, and even gets to choose her mate, as long as she's happy, i'm happy. Once mated, she will only mate with her mate. (No cheating or OOC breeding, etc). Unless something really go's wrong matewise. First Breeding: I, Kiara Lime give Caitlyn first child to this breeding if there are only 2, if there happens to be 3 all owners can get a foal, and idon't mind getting the spoils we'll take turns from then on on who gets the foal for each breeding etc. RP: It's already been discussed in AIM about a bit of his traits, so no need for a huge explation on that. ~Kiara Lime

Co-Ownership for Basket Chaostheories gets to co-own the basket with me. She recieves sig rights, and has opted not to have RP rights, due to wanting him to have the personality I give. We will both decide a mate when it gets older, which is a long time away, and She will receive first basket from the babeh upon its first breeding.

o0 Nel Zelpher 0o =/ Thought Tic already had one co-ownership annulled? *blinks* Sirenz and kiara spoke there was other reasons which won't be discussed here *huggles* but rest assured sirenz approved caitlyn. I'm not at liberty to disclose anything else. I just updates lists so if you have concerns or questions, you're welcome to pm them to Soquili or Cajmera and they'd be happy to assist you ^.^

Rp rights:
Cajmera has all formal rps rights; however, ll.FallenxAngel.ll has the right to play with her OOCly in the thread whenever he wishes.
Mates/breeding partners:
Both Cajmera and ll.FallenxAngel.ll must approve of and agree to any and all lifematings or breedings before any of those are acted upon.
Breedings
In the case that there are three baskets from the first breeding, both Cajmera and ll.FallenxAngel.ll will get one. Otherwise-
-First breeding: Cajmera has control and will receive a basket if there are two
-Second: ll.FallenxAngel.ll has control and gets a basket if there are two
-Third: Should we have a chance at a third breeding, Caj and Fallen will figure out the specifics then

[TWizTed SoUl] is co-owning the Kalona Stallion, Nu'man, with Tolli Raovan.
~Tolli Raovan and [TWizTed SoUl] share control of Nu'man for any OOC, in-Thread RP. Any formal RP will be done by [TWizTed SoUl].
~Tolli Raovan has all rights to showcase Nu'man in her signature.

I would like to request the co-ownership agreement between Infinities and Twizted_Soul over Forrest be broken. I paid 100% of the cost for him at auction; Twizted was given rp rights, and there has been no rp done by her that I have seen. Forrest's development has been almost entirely on the part of myself except for a few short periods. Twizted_Soul has acquired a basket from him, so I would have her removed from Forrest's cert; there is nothing left to the contract that could be used as an argument on her part to decline this.

I'm not sure who updated this but please leave it alone. it is still my responsibility and that was agreed to when I spoke with Caj and resigned as staff...I still run/update this thread and any issues with co ownership will be left to Caj and Sirenz to oversee and handle. I would appreciate if it was left untouched so I know where I am update wise.
Infinities: I'll fwd your request to Sirenz.

And there's no need for Infinities to pm Sirenz about this *points to the new front page memo* She's already approved the basic breaking terms there, and Infi fits into them *nods* I update them weekly on a regular basis and in the logs I had stated I requested keeping this thread to update and run but you guys handle any issues that arise in co-ownerships, and you agreed. check the logs. we both have them saved. I asked you to take over the mates list since I won't have editting ability to keep that updated. As for new rules thats cool, just would be nice to know. As stated I don't handle the issues I just fwd them to you or Sirenz and Sirenz was on aim at the time so she handled it to my knowledge. I think you still need permission to break it and have it reviewed? Not too sure on that but either way its yours to handle, I'm not getting involved in any way with issues that need to be handled, hence fwding it to you guys. Hopefully we're both on the same page now?
