Sting nails the Death drop, but doesnt go for a cover. Instead, he grabs Edge by his legs and attempts to turn him over and lock in the Scorpion Deathlock!

After the Death Drop, Edge was grabbed by the Stinger! Edge tried to kick Sting away!

Sting had the Scorpion deathlock locked in finally in this match, as everyone rises to their feet, and Sting lowers himself applying much pressure on Edges legs!

The pressure was piling up on Edge! He would flail his arms around, hoping to touch a rope, but couldn't find anything! It'd be futile anyway!

Sting would feel Edge trying to get closer to the ropes, so he adjusts, pulling Edge right to the dead center of the ring with the submission locked in good!

Sting would see Edge submit, by passing out eventually to the Scorpion after being in it for so long. Sting would let go, and drop down to the canvas as the bell rings and his theme starts, to a huge amount of cheers from the audience.

THE IIICCCCCONNNNN.... STTTIIIIIINNGGGGGG!'

Edge would eventually pass out, refusing to give up. The Rated-R Superstar would lay unconscious in the center of the ring.

Sting would finally get to his feet, having his hand raised by the official. He slowly walks to a corner, stands up on the middle rope and looks around at the audience, this win giving Sting the vision that maybe he does have some left in the tank, going the super long distance with one of the very best the online wrestling community has had to offer for years, Edge, and defeating him. Sting gets down and goes and stands at another TB, before getting down, looking at Edge, wanting to help him but after the devious things Edge did to him prior to this match and during this match, he just nods his respects and gets out of the ring, walking up the ramp shaking a few of the fans hands, all the way until he reached the top of the ramp, before turning around and letting out a WOO! and points to the audience, standing there breathing hard but cracks a smile. The Stinger would then finally head backstage, with his theme coming to a close to let Edge have his moment.

After a few minutes, medics would slide in to help the man who had been defeated after a long, hard fought war. The crowd would cheer loudly for the Stinger, who had gotten his revenge after Edge had attacked him. The Rated-R Superstar would slowly come to his senses, his whole body pained, but his ego was hurting even more. Years of desiring a rematch with his rival had culminated, finally ending with this legendary match. A match full of emotion, full of perserverance, of tenacity. Both men fought like warriors, wanting to showcase their heart, their skill, and their will to win. After it was done, Edge would sit in the middle, thinking of what just transpired in this arena. In the showcase of immortals, both men would cement their legacies as two of the greatest performers the profession had to offer. Slowly, Edge would crawl out of the ring, stepping on the concrete floor, his head down and breathing heavily. Edge had known defeat and knew how to deal with it. The Ultimate Opportunist walked up the aisle, not daring to look at the crowd. Yet, the crowd was dead silent. At the same time, no one wanted to cheer him nor boo him. They didn't want to cheer him due to the actions he had done before the event, which were completely despicable. Although, the crowd didn't boo him as a way of saying 'thank you' for putting on the great match that had happened. Also, Edge had been defeated in a great manner, losing bravely, never surrendering. They respected the hell out of his commitment to the match, and the will he possessed to keep on fighting, even in his last breath. Slowly, he made his way to the mouth of the ramp. Once he was there, he'd raise his arms and make the devil horns hand signal, maybe it was for the last time? Who knew. No one could ever predict what Edge's plans were. Maybe it was the beginning of another era in the man's career. Maybe it was his final goodbye to the business he loved so much. Nothing was certain and nothing had been written yet. For now, he'd have to go home and assimilate the fact that Sting and him had put on the very BEST match WRESTLEMANIA had to offer, above everything else. Edge would make his way to the back.
