Fortunately Sameshima had been allowed inside the village before all the fighting broke out. Now she was keeping her head down while following the directions that the men at the gates had given her. Eventually she arrived at the large building that had been described to her. From there it was easy to find the office of the kage. Making her way up the steps deeper into the office she found herself awed by the sheer size of it all. Back home they lived in wooden huts with grass roofs. At any rate she was there with a task in mind. The traveler had told her of a woman Chie who was in charge of these lands. She both had a letter for her and needed permission to access the training grounds of the village in return. Upon reaching the actual office she found herself face to face with a person sitting at a desk... This was a situation she wasn't really prepared for. Hell she didn't even actually know what a desk was. <Are you Chie?> she'd ask in the tongue of her people. If she were met with a blank stare she'd try to speak the common tongue. "You Chie?".
The timid secretary looked at the girl as she asked for Lady Chie. "Oh I'm sorry. I'm just her secretary." He said as his chime like voice would signal that he was a man, but not necessarily a masculine sounding one. "We do often get mixed up though." He said sheepishly. His bright pink hair and feminine features often did make him confused for a girl, and it was particularly brutal during the seventeen months he served in prison. The showers were never a fun place. "The Lady Uzukage right now has been dealing with the threat to the village. A clone of her should still be at the academy if you have any questions for her." He said as an escape to depart from the horrible thoughts his mind rekindled.

Sameshima was a better listener than she was a speaker so she understood most of what he said to her. Well at least the important parts, like that he wasn't Chie. Not really understanding the conventions of a ninja village and how everything worked exactly she scratched her head for a moment while trying to remember if she'd seen an "academy" on her way to the office... At first the word didn't register with her but then she remembered that on the way to the office several children had mentioned heading there. When she really tried hard to remember, it came to mind that the traveler had spoken of such a place. 'It over looks this massive scar in the land, and has the symbol for heaven on it, you can't miss it yo!' Not all of it had made sense at first but now that she had seen Uzushiogakure more of it did. "Sanks you..." she replied after a small awkward silence. she added in her ocean oni tongue before giving a shy wave goodbye. Though she didn't know why, the girl had a strange feeling that she was forgetting something important. Given time she'd probably remember. On her way back into the massive foyer of the building she tried to remember what she might be forgetting but it just couldn't be found. Pushing it out of her head for now she asked one of uniformed ninja where the Academy was from there and left once she had her answer. [Exit]
Coda's journey away from the nonsense at the Academy brought her over the office. She decided it was as good a spot as any to wait this nonsense out, and bid her bat friend adieu to sit on the roof. It was, to her ire, quite a bit hotter than she'd hoped. Especially after having spent the last hour or so literally flying around.
BAM! A loud banging sound could be overheard from behind Coda after she landed. Assuming she turned to look, she would find an awkward looking snake-man hybrid bust through the door the roof carrying a large stack of treasures from Ladyβs Chieβs office. A grumble about a scroll would be the only word she would be able to make out before the man caught sight of her and froze in place dropping the chest and other valuables onto the ground. It was painstakingly obvious by this little manβs demeanor that he was not supposed to be here at all and was ESPECIALLY not welcome to be on the roof. βUhm.. I can explain.β Was all her offered up before ducking over the edge of the building to seemingly fall to his demise. Although that was unlikely in a world where people could walk on walls. Before he leaped however, he left the young black-haired punk a parting gift of elongated scales that were deadly similar to kunai in appearance. βYouβll never take me alive b***h!β
Bent Arsenal Rank: X :: (A rank Simple) (-5 to reflex) Description: The user will begin by drawing the desired amount of projectiles into their hand. They will then skillfully toss each projectile, one-by-one, at their target. However, there is a twist... a literal one! Each projectile is flung in such a way that they will arch at a certain point, causing most Shinobi to evade right into the projectile's path. Each projectile is treated as a separate attack by defenders. The reflexes of any targeted Shinobi are treated as being slightly lower per rank.
Coda could actually have cared less about the looting aspect of what she'd just witnessed. As far as she knew there was no kage at the moment, meaning that stuff was someone's for the taking anyways. What was interesting was that it was being stolen by some kind of snake person, and that snake person thought it was a good idea to escape through the roof. She sighed, then kipped herself back up onto her feet. She calmly summoned her big new toy, gathering a bit of momentum with a step before propelling herself off the roof, turning to face down and find her target. Might as well chase the interesting thing down.
Things went from bad to worse for the little man when his pursuer summoned forth a large bat out of thin air. So she held a summoning contract did she? Of course she did who else could they send but the absolute best in order to defeat the great Raith! Well he wouldn't be going down that easy now! Before the lizard man hit the ground his fingers shoot off a flare into the sky that light up to multiple bright blue sparks and a loud boom, kinda like a firework. Why exactly he would do this was truly unknown however, perhaps he was calling for help? Just how deep was this thief group and how did they know the Uzukage was gone? It seems like Coda would have to catch the man to find out.
Meanwhile on the ground the lizard man summoned forth a wave of water the flooded the street enough for him to create a surfboard made entirely of plasma. His creation rocketing him off at quite an impressive speed. Anytime the water seemed to be running out move would simply appear in front of him to allow him to continue on his way.
Mission: A Third Attack?! A Rank The crook has vital information about a possible third party attacking the village in it's confusion! Catch him within five posts or help will arrive! Rewards: +1500 extra AC for each quest in this chain / Special Gift from Kage on the success of the final mission.

Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].
Threatening Rank E for some homemade fireworks A basic Ranton ability in which the user will slap an object and have it dance with light and boom with a cacophony. The noise is loud enough to overlap most other sounds for a brief moment. If used offensively, a slap directly to the opponent can cause temporary deafness and minor burns.
Coda soared after her newfound target, dodging the flares and racing to get ahead of him as the bat swooped down over the street. The massive creature corkscrewed as it drew close to the ground, dropping the genin off in the process. If the guy wanted fireworks, he'd picked the right person to get them. Shibuki rocketed out in front of her as Coda skidded along the street, raising hands to catch it in quickly hardening concrete. Without breaking momentum, she stepped onto the near vertical surface of the weapon. Her head flipped up, identifying her target as the water roared forwards, and then an explosion engulfed her in roiling flame.
Like a ball fired from a cannon, Coda flew from the smoke. A deafening crack followed the shockwave that propelled her. Her body twisted mid flight, aiming a kick dead center on the thief. Little was held back, but she wasn't aiming to kill the man. He'd picked a fight, and she was responding in turn, but his crime was hardly worthy of an execution. A few broken ribs were a fair trade for trying to turn her into a pin cushion, as far as the little punk was concerned, though. He could have picked someone slightly less crazy.
The boom from the explosion was enough to shake the little man but his wartime instincts that had been beaten into his body was enough to drive sense into his body even if his mind wasn't all the way there. Hand forming into a single handseal the lizard man threw back his arm behind him and launched a mass of black lightning emanating from his chest. This lightning then contorted into a large panther that leaped to collide with the crazy punk genin. All the while trying to continue his water creation to keep up his surfing. The sweat was pouring off his forehead now.

By aiming the still held handsign, the user releases a mass of black plasma in the shape of a creature to electrocute and burn their target. The technique is named as such because the most famous use of the technique formed a massive panther that laid waste to a significant portion of an army.

Coda's guess about the tiny man panicking were spot on. As soon as his eyes went black the lizard man let loose the most high pitch girly girl scream there ever was in existence. This was promptly followed by him tumbling forward off his surfboard and face first into the concentrate. Curled up in fetal position and starting to cry a little, a wall of electricity exploded from his body in all directions. It's okay Marvin.. all you have to do is survive and you won't get your head ripped off.. guys get here please! All coming together quite easily it seemed like all Coda had to do now was break through the barrier. Or was it?

A roving group of ten Masato clones landed in the area. The scene around them made little difference, he would open his Yomotsu Hirasaka Gate that connected to the Ninshuu Temple. " Everyone here needs to evacuate the village. We've only minutes before it is lost. " The clones would begin to usher those nearby into the portal to safety. Once they would be safely inside the portal, he would shut it and disperse the clones.

A massive meteor is headed straight for this area! Escape! Hide! Fight, if you dare! All caught in its path will be annihilated. Not really! You'll just miraculously survive, but try to make it interesting for your own an everyone else's sakes too!
Tengai Shinsei [ Heavenly Obstacle Quaking Star ]
The meteor requires 2 complete posts before it hits the ground. Unlike the canon, this skill only summons a single meteor. Should the strike hit the ground, the shockwave must be defended against by an S+ rank defensive technique by all INCLUDING the user of the skill.
