I have not!!! But i absolutely adore finding new authors and I'm legit excited now emotion_kirakira what is he like as one? o:
I have the same problem with a lot of mystery stuff myself :c seems like silly shock twists are all that catch me off guard now, and even then it's more of a "OH wow didn't think we'd... go here....oh..." instead of a scared or interested offguard :/

Read Rats, Lair and Domain. With the lights on. The Fog and Portent are awesome too. He's sort of like Stephen King but much less weird. His books leave you thinking that what you just read could totally happen. I prefer his earlier books, they're terrifying. His later stuff is about paranormal investigations; they're twisted but I just couldn't like his main character.

Utterly dreadful. Mind you I'm always disappointed when they make movies of books. I don't think I've seen one I liked yet!
They changed loads and it's his style and the way he makes you imagine what's going on, the suspense, what's not there in words but implied that makes it great. You can't do that with a movie :/

That just sounds so amazing! Should I read them in the order you suggested, or does it matter really??
Have you ever heardof/read or enjoyed John Saul?

The Rats ones should be in order, and his later stuff it helps because the main character has a backstory, but it's not essentials. Most of his books are standalone though so you can jumping anywhere smile

No I haven't but I'll definitely take a look! I'm rapidly running out of stuff to read xd Although hubby would disagree. He thinks I have too many books. I just think he hasn't put up enough shelves rolleyes

Yes, lasagna is the food of life! I don't take kindly to the idea of sharing, when it's involved! sweatdrop

That makes sense to me. I wouldn't like to share my favorite food either. xd

I'll bet! Lasagna is my "cake",
to be honest. But, I only have it once every 89 blue moons. sweatdrop

I'm totally with you on that one xd We have it every few weeks cause it's about the only thing that everyone in the house will eat.

I like it cold the next day. With broccoli *noms*
I like it cold, too!

Can I just visit, every few weeks? razz
