"There you go," she breathed out quietly. As the girl seemed to regret what had happened with the rabbit, Charlotte shook her head "It is alright. One thing at a time. We will work things out with that rabbit of yours," she said with a grin. Death sighed and watched as Kain and Shira walked off. "She is growing up too fast..." he muttered to himself. He remembered Vega then and glanced around, making sure everything was doing alright and also to see where the man was. He had an off feeling about the guy though he couldn't place what it was. Victoria grinned and nodded as Nariaki offered for her to come and help him and Nurse Mortem. "Deal!" she stated. She watched in awe as a swarm of bats came with Nariaki's food before glancing back at him as he asked about her mother. "Ah! Mama is doing well! She is part of the witch counsel which makes her extra extra busy. For me, I met my big brothers and sister and they said they would visit me more and I am really excited for that!" she explained as she finished the pie slice on her plate. ▬ ▬ ▬

By everything Zoey was describing she could have easily been describing Yosuzume or her mother Retsuna. The girl was clearly naive so who was using her? Certainly no one present at the party. "Well she could have started that way... sounds simpler than connecting eras."
Said the pink haired girl, but none the less thrilled to have at least known someone that could explain some of mother's work to her.
"Then, are there other people who research these worlds? Maybe they were mother's colleagues..."
She commented.

He spotted the little girl talking to Nariaki. "I see her," Herald replied, in a tone that showed his disinterest. "Notice anything strange about her?" "No. And I don't like games." Eric gave a sigh as he heard Herald. "You were never very good at them anyway." Herald's frown deepened. "I prefer the more direct method." Eric shook his head. "Notice who she hangs around most? The woman she calls "Mama"?" I'll be direct: the answer is Charlotte." Herald looked unimpressed. "Good for her." Eric frowned. "And bad for us." "Why?" "Who's the dad?" "Who cares?" "I do. You should." Herald still looked nonplussed. "Are you trying to say you're interested in Charlotte?" "What? No. All of her other kids are from the same person. The girls wavelength....it's familiar, and not just on Charlotte's side. It's very much like Mirai's." "Okay." Eric gave an exasperated sigh. "So Charlotte has another kid. Kain was a little unsure of what to say or how to address it, as he knew of the tension between those two and Divine. Of course, Kain still doesn't fully understands how Divine was able to come back, it took Kain a lot of planning and such to even get his body back and even then, there was a 80% chance of him remaining dead for good. Hearing Emma speak, Kain smiled, clearly she was trying to keep those two, Herald, especially, from causing trouble. Emit entered the house, though it was way past the time jack had told him to come by. It seemed to be a faulty mistake, even though Emit had slept past the time. Divine.....she was sure she heard the old demon kings name. He body tenses back up and her eyes dart around the room for the source. Yatagaratsu watches the proceeding fully worried. That energy he'd felt earlier was coming from a boy. The energy while diffrent was still remarkable similar. If the young man had a connection to Divine the familiar knew Yosuzume would eventually go after him. Yosuzume shifts her focus back to Zoey. I do have a friend who's interested in such things.
