Phane had entered the Mizukage's palace for the first time of his entire life, looking around it was badly damaged from the attack a while a go. He had never been here when he was growing up, and after the attack he had hoped nothing bad had happened to the palace. He was wrong as the doors had all be broken down, windows shattered, barely any repairs have been done. He ventured in deeper, going through the halls of the Palace till he finally found his way to the Mizukage's room. He looked around for a bit, cupping his hands around his mouth. "Hello? Mizukage?" Phane called out softly.

"One moment," said a voice from behind a desk along the wall. The ninja rose, rubbing crud from his eyes and he stretched, reaching his full height, an impressive 6'9. "What can I do for you?"
Phane was a bit too close to the desk as he heard a voice, almost jumping back a bit. He looked to the Ninja that rose and had his left eyebrow raise itself due to the surprise. "Um... I'm looking for the Mizukage... what exactly happened here?" He asked the man as he looked around, the windows broken and glass being located both inside and outside. Not wanting to be jumped and fall onto the floor next time, he decided to sweep the glass into a corner to keep it out of the way. "Do you know where he is?"

The lustrous composure of a beautiful kunoichi in lead allowed for Regula to grow unconformable. The only thing he could do was act as if the surroundings of the building intrigued him more than how the female's body was constructed. Her physique, to him, was truly appealing. Sure; he snapped a glance. Afterward a feeling of guilt set in as he questioned himself. Since when did he let himself become attracted to anyone before? The shinobi was young and prone for combat, not social experiences. He listened to his guide as she partially introduced him. "...Regula Kaguya of Kumogakure," he proceeded to add on to the end of the other's words. He hoped he would not be simply dismissed. It could mean something drastic, in the long.

Kaijuu strode up to the door sighing as he did. He had had nothing to do since passing the chuunin exams with flying colors being the only person to pass without having to fight another shinobi. It was time he received some sort of mission. He needed something to do in order to pass the time it was getting ridiculous just sitting around here waiting. He could tell the office was busy so instead just sat down outside of the door knowing people would be able to sense his chakra and he would be called in when his time came.
Clan and Bloodline ability:+2 rank on all lighting Jutsu. -1 rank on all lighting jutsu used against him.

Cecil sat in his office going through paper work and figuring out what squads to assign. It had been close to two years he had been Mizukage. It was unexpected, and it was so soon after he became a Jounin. He was 18 years old when he became Mizukage. The youngest in the history of the village, however he had led his village to being more prosperous and powerful. He managed to even get the Grass village to have an alliance with the Mist. What they did back then was forgiven but not forgotten. It would be dealt with eventually, till that time he would send both of them messages. It was time to deal with the leaf and this "Demon Country." He wrote the letters and sent them off with messenger birds.
"Brother look how far I have come, I'm glad you steered me from revenge." At that time it was all too late, he had killed the Raiken girl. Everyone who was with Zachery when he was killed were dead or missing presumed dead and Cecil had felt empty. Revenge, he hated the word the very concept. It never worked out like people want it to. Becoming Mizukage was what purpose Cecil was meant and he wasn't going to say no to the responsibility.

Kaijuu strode into the kages office knocking on the threshold of the door standing in its doorway waiting to be summoned. Kaijuu had grown taller over the past two years though it was an intentional aging. Elementals do not age normally and Kaijuu decided after half a century he had grown tired of seeming like a child so now he resembled a young man. He had come seeking a squad or to be placed in one being the only genin to become a chuunin after only the first part seemed to be the only thing he was known for and he wished it to change. His sword had grown larger as well Kaijuu had shaped it from the original hilt knowing he could not part from his blade but liking this one more. He stood awaiting a response from his kage hoping to take the next step after their meeting was resolved.

Cecil heard the knock on the door, he already knew who it was however. When you were Kage it paid to know who was knocking at your door. "Kaijuu, you may come in." He put down his paper work and waited, he would have a mission ready.

Kaijuu stepped in knowing the kage was new remembering he had been chosen due to their previous kage's inability to remain an active part of the village. "I have come to request a squad or to be placed into one." Kaijuu said in a plain and stoic tone. He could sense something different about this man but what that was he wasn't sure of yet. " My first mission was to organize squads and somehow even after doing that I was never assigned one." Kaijuu said noting his past kages shortcomings. Missions were good but Kaijuu wanted a team. He was very powerful in his field but had some extremely large weaknesses that would not be able to covered by himself. He needed others if he were to truly become an amazing shinobi and he knew this.

"Ah yes of course, lets go over your strengths and weaknesses first. You are part of the Hoshigaki clan, and an elemental. I share that with you I see. You excel in water but lightning is extremely strong against you. It would be best to put you with someone who could cover lightning attacks, a wind user. The person I'm thinking of is a handful however. I was once her teacher, can you handle a challenge?" Cecil looked at Kaijuu after he pulled out a few files from a filing cabinet. The files would be on a few certain ninja that would fit well.

Honchurue had recieved word that he was wanted in the Mizukage's office and made haste to there. Upon arriving he made sure he was not his usual level of stealth to allow the Mizukage to know he was there standing in his doorway.

"Good your here, I'm just in the middle of assigning squads." Cecil said as he didn't even look up from his paperwork. In truth it didn't matter how stealthy you were, one could not simple walk into this building without the Mizukage knowing about it. He then looked up. "Your a Chunnin with that specializes in Earth correct, Honchurue?"
