"You two look really happy together." Darian says to Kitara and Jay.

Kitara just smiles as Jay nods. He twitters something, but then realizes that he was talking in bluejay again.
"We.... ..are," he says with difficulties and nods again.
"Well then, dear, let's go out to see what the fuss is all about," Annalicia replies, turning to her husband as she catches his hand in hers, "Shall we?"

"I don't see why not." Gregory replies. He is tired of wondering what is going on. He wants answers.
"Jay," Darian says comfortingly, "Don't feel bad about speaking bluejay. It's been the only language you've been able to speak for awhile. You're bound to feel more comfortable speaking it."

Annalicia and Gregory walk out onto the porch and find Darian, Kitara and Jay sitting on the benches (Kitara in Jay's arms). The blond elf pauses, never seeing the two so close to each other.
"Kitara?" she asks, looking around to try figuring out what's happening, "Darian?"
Kitara looks up to her aunt and stays silent as she motions to a chair nearby, wishing for her aunt to sit down.

Darian looks up at his father and motions toward another chair.
Gregory sighs and walks toward the chair. He knows he will not get any answers until he sits down.

Kitara waits until both her aunt and uncle are seated before she turns in Jay's arms to face them.
"Aunt Anna and Uncle Greg, you've seen Jay and I close before. Well, we are a couple and would like your blessing on our marriage. We just want to get your blessing as well as his parents blessing before we wed," she says.
She pauses before saying, "There's more from me, trust me.."
Annalicia puts a hand on her chest, "My dear Kitara, are you saying that you're going to marry him?"
When she sees Kitara nod, her jaw drops, "Are you serious?"

Gregory looks over to his son. He knows that Darian had known Kitara and Jay were getting married before they had arrived at the village.
"Don't look at me." Darian says, noticing his father glancing at him, "It wasn't me that needed to tell you."

Kitara sighs, "I am serious, Aunt Anna and Uncle Greg. We're getting married and there is more for you to know."
Jay nods, laying a hand on Kitara's hand to encourage her.
"I do not wish to alarm you, Aunt Anna and Uncle Greg, but we are expecting. I'm pregnant."

Gregory looks at his son again. He is not sure he likes how good his son is at hiding things from him.
"Once again," Darian says, "Not my duty to tell you. In fact, you wouldn't have found out at all if Kitara hadn't wanted you to. Her weding, her baby, if she wants you to know she tells you. We agreed to that on the way here, althought we didn't phrase it quite like that."

"You don't believe me, do you?" Kitara asks her aunt and uncle before closing her eyes again, "It's the truth and, as Darian said, I wouldn't have said anything about any of this if I hadn't wanted you two to know. Darian wouldn't have said anything about it because we have an understanding."
Annalicia moves over to Kitara's side, "Darling, you're serious? You're going to have a child?"
Elvini nods to affirm the situation. Her aunt, Annalicia, lays a hand on her hand.
"I'm so happy for you!"

Kitara smiles and, slipping out of Jay's arms for a while, hugs her aunt as tears come to her eyes.
"Thank you, Aunt Anna. I'm sorry about the whole snapping at you earlier. I was full and I felt sick. I couldn't have any more and I couldn't handle the pressure...." she says, hugging her aunt tightly, "I'm sorry.... I just want your support right now, as we go through this. Both your support and Uncle Greg's support, as well as Darian's."

Annalicia nods in agreement with her husband and son, holding her niece close.
"You know I'm always here for you, Kitara. No matter what, we are family and are here for you."
The blue haired elf lady nods before pulling back from her aunt so she can be with Jay again.
"Darian.... your turn..." she says quietly, closing her eyes.

Darian takes a deep breath. He is extreamly nervous for some reason. He is not revealing anything quite as big as Kitara's double-whammy. "I have found someone I love deeply and who loves me in return." he says after taking several deep breaths. Why am I so nervous about telling them this?
