Ri was feeling more and more worn out as each second passed. She could feel her wounds start to bleed, but she still did not let go of her staff. Ironic that she met her match with not just any Reaper, but The Reaper. She tried her best, but being so young and her opponent being so strong, it still wasn't enough... She only wished it would be over. Frustrated, Rhiannon screamed for the shadowy creature:
"Where are you? Show yourself!"

She could only remember the demented smile of the Reaper as it ended her.

Muka found quite a bit of enjoyment in being able to beat up the demon mascot. He knew his brother had been around to see the House cup and since his entire family were demons besides him, it was just a bit of fun on his part to destroy it.

He started with his FEAR attack, concentrating the power to his talons, energy claws growing on his hands that he used to slash strongly at the floating eye.

The mascot fluttered away after the first strong strike. Muka ran after it, swiping in it's wake as it fled. He only took a bit of damage as it's tail lashed behind it.

He continued to chase it, but the eye was fast. It darted in and out of his reach.

Finally Muka spread his wings and pounced the mascot, destroying it.

Arriving for what was supposed to be the final challenge, Sulmanon was confused when all of the students there were made to wait...and wait...and wait... but then, someone shrieked. Looking around, Sulmanon noticed that the shadows were coming alive and taking the forms of the dorm mascots...and attacking the students! Realizing that this must be the true form of the final challenge, Sulmanon confronted a nearby shadow, one that she noticed had the form of the reaper dorm mascot.

Reasoning that shadows should be weak to light, Sulmanon quickly spat some fire balls at it, hoping that they would provide enough light to weaken it. From the way it reacted and swatted at her, she had to believe that her reasoning was correct.

Having used up her fear, all Sulmanon had left to attack the shadow with were her claws. Unfortunately, the first time she swiped at it, she only struck a glancing blow, while it bit her for much more.

Swiping at the shadow again, Sulmanon missed it entirely, but it did not miss her.

Swiping again, Sulmanon almost hit the flighty thing, but, instead was treated to a bite on the hand.

Swiping again, Sulmanon managed to nick the creature again.

Once again nicking her opponent, Sulmanon noticed that the shadow was finally starting to look about as hurt as she was.

Battle? Who wanted to do battle, why was he signed up for this all again?

As he was shoved into the ring, he stared at the little ghost thing. It didn't look that tough. But he wasn't about to stand around and let it hit him.

Andrew launched an attack that burned the ghost and the field and maybe that student standing a little to close to him. Oops. Well, at least he did a good bit of damage.

After throwing around a good bit of fire Andrew was a little tired. The ghost managed to sneak up and surprise him.

"Jacken ghost." he mumbled and tried to swat the thing away. Could he go home now?

He summoned up a bit more fear for another attack but the ghost went for his legs causing him to trip over it. Andrew fell flat on his face. "Owe."
