xxxxxStepping through the doorway of the Mizukage's Tower, Dancer took stock of the central room, noting the woman behind the desk and making his way towards her. He was there to have his first official meeting with the Kage since he became a Genin of the village. While he was decently excited - he was still appropriately terrified of the fact he was going to be meeting the strongest person in his village. Once he was directed upwards in the tower to reach the so-far faceless Mizukage, he ventured around the ever upward halls until he came upon the one door he was looking for. The dark skinned teen swallowed nervously before knocking on the door and waiting for a response before entering. The last thing he wanted to do was be kicked out before he even got a chance to do anything that really required punishment.

Upon arriving, he saw yet another Genin, knocking on his door. "Enter." He said, letting the Genin enter before he followed him in and sat at his desk. Tozuki removed his hat and revealed his mess of green hair, staring at the boy with a hard gaze. "I know you... I read your file." He finally said after a few minutes of deep thinking.

Kirigakure Chakra: 320
xxxxxDancer couldn't help the small flinch he gave as someone stepped up behind him and spoke. His nerves were on so much of an edge he didn't even register the person's footsteps. When he was told to enter the room, he nodded and did so without question. Stepping up to stand before the man who revealed to have as vibrant colored hair as a bird had feathers. He doubted the man's hair was to attract any sort of mate though. If it was, he chose the strangest color to do it with. Tozuki's voice snapped Dancer out of his thoughts as he mentioned the boy's file. His file? Ah, right. It would have had all of his information, including his physical capabilities and tendencies. It would also have stated that he had chosen to specialize in Eiseijutsu. While he would be less than supremely useful in a battle, his abilities would come in handy for keeping others in top shape and saving lives in a team that would protect him as much as he would do so for them. But none of it gave him an idea on what to say to the Mizukage sitting before him. The man hadn't exactly given him an opening for a response. He had only stated a fact. Perhaps he was testing to see if Dancer was as unruly and sharp-tongued as his teachers in the Academy no doubt probably noted on his behavior. It wasn't his issue that they continued to chastise him for a temper he didn't know how to handle well. So, the boy stood quiet before the older man and waited for something that he could respond to.

"Dancer Hawthorne... You are brash, reckless and headstrong, the qualities of a warrior. That would be fine if you were a warrior, but you have chosen to be a disciple of the Medical Branch of Kirigakure. That is not fine. Rule two of the Medical Ninja Corps, A medical ninja must never go to the frontlines." Tozuki started, watching the boy's reactions. He continued on by saying, "You have also shown a soft side as well, particularly to your niece... Don't let people know and don't be so open about your relationships." Tozuki warned, pulling a headband from his pocket and tossing it to Dancer. "Go train. Be strong. When you're ready, seek out the Anbu, Karu."

Kirigakure Chakra: 320
xxxxxDancer squared his shoulders as the older male began to list what he was well aware of. His attitude was one of the reasons he was doubtful he'd ever become a Shinobi in the first place. To have them laid out before him by the Kage himself was a bit of a slap in the face though. To his surprise, he was not told that he wouldn't make it in his field of expertise. Instead, simply reminded of what he was well aware of. And while he wouldn't be in the front fire, but he would be in the area to deal with the injuries of those who would be. But, while his body language gave off his normal bluff of strength and being battle-ready, he said nothing against the Kage.
His only slip was when his affection for his niece was mentioned. She didn't live in the village, and he doubted he'd get to see her for a long while while he continued to strive for better positions in the Shinobi world, but having her brought up in a conversation really threw him off. He gripped the metal band of the headband and bowed his head in respect to the Kage before starting to head out. Though, he couldn't bring himself to be silent the entire time, and threw a green-eyed glance back to the man behind the desk. "Even if someone were to know about her, they wouldn't live long enough to do anything about it. I'd rip their spines out with my bare hands and beat them with it before I allowed that to happen." He gave another soft nod before leaving the office and looking for a place he could begin to practice. He had no idea who Karu was or where to find them. He didn't even know if they were male or female.

xxxxxRreturning once again to the Mizukage's Tower - this time with a real purpose - Dancer went through the process of informing the front lobby girl what he was there for and being allowed up the tower once more. He knocked on the Mizukage's Office door and entered with the scrolls already ready at his side. Seeing the green haired Kage behind his desk, he stepped forwards and nodded his head towards the man. "The Hokage sent things back for you." Holding them out for the young Kage, Dancer at least felt slightly more at ease about not dying on the floor of this Kage than the one from Konoha. Though if his ease of mind was warranted, he had no clue.

As he straightened the stack and double checked that everything had been signed and sorted, he set the stack of papers off to the side, leaving his bare desk as bare as when he got it. In came his more recent Genin, Dancer, reporting back from his mission. "Ah, Dancer." He said, reaching out and taking the scrolls from the Genin. He opened the first and looked at it, reading through the scroll. The Hokage did indeed want to have a Chuunin Exam soon it would seem. He then broke the seal on the second scroll and opened it. He could tell it was a sealing jutsu from the markings. Smirking a bit, he exerted his chakra into the scroll and pulled out the Nuibari, one of the lost swords of the Legendary Seven Swordsmen. "Ah yes. You and Karu have done well... Go see Karu about more missions, I will have something further for you in the future."

xxxxxGritting his teeth as the Mizukage called him by his first name, Dancer watched as the older of the two began to read through the scrolls he had been given. The smirk the man gave was a little off putting as Dancer watched him pull a sword from within the seal on the paper. His eyes widened as he saw exactly what it was. "Needle..." he said to himself. The likeness it had to his senbon was evident with a glance, and he wished to take a closer look, but knew better than to do so without permission. The praise he received from the Mizukage got his attention off the weapon and onto the fact the man wanted him to once again meet with Karu when he wanted another mission to do. Meeting up with her was training in and of itself; even if it was only a training in his physical and mental endurance. He was pretty sure being around him wasn't a walk in the park either, but still. "Something further?" he asked before he caught himself - curious about what it was the Kage had in mind for him if his first mission was to meet with another prestigious village leader.

xxxxxDancer did as he was asked and held out his hand towards the Mizukage. Perhaps he wanted to send him on another errand. Hopefully it wasn't to fetch his laundry or a grocery list this time. When the Kage placed the sword in his hand, the teen went ram-rod stiff - unable to process what it was he was holding on to. He turned his green eyes up towards Tozuki as he was warned about the pointy end. Dancer wanted to state that the pointy end of any sword would be sharp, but he was far too concerned about the experience he was getting to dole out useless information. "I-It's a lot lighter than I thought it would be... Is this really one of them?" he asked, the amazed smile on his lips giving the Mizukage all the information he needed on how grateful he was to be able to touch such a treasure. If he was on the verge of bouncing out of his boots from the energy coursing through him.

Torrential Blessings Rank: S : : Training Description: Having completed all that the user may learn, they have but one task left to complete. The user must practice the flow of chakra, and be sure that their control is the finest that it can be. By doing so, they must repeat the exercise performed earlier with Blessed Rain, all the while, they perform technique to the brink of exhaustion. • Chakra pool +65
The Task of the Next Generation Rank: S : : Passive Description: Upon the master of the school of Shigure Souen Ryu, it's the user's responsibility to develop the next generation! • The user is granted one [1] custom slot usable only for a personal Shigure Souen technique.
Drunken Dancing Training :: Rank E The first move one will learn in this style, it is nonetheless the most important. Drunken dancing is simply that: moving around, be it stumbling or the Tango, as if you're drunk. It prepares the neophyte, really, and can really add some flair to whatever situation is at hand. This is the most basic move in the arsenal of a Suiken master, but the most important.
Crazy Legs Training :: Rank D The user simply focuses on fluidity, movement and simple attack routines. From now on, the user's movement is a bit more graceful and liquid.
Jazz Hands Training :: Rank C As with Crazy Legs, Jazz Hands is meant to increase the fluidity and speed of the practitioners hand movements. This doesn't really raise any physical stats, it is just advancement in the style.
Drunken Tango Training :: Rank B Just like Crazy Legs and Jazz Hands, this is another passive training technique. This time, the user trains their entire body for the coming techniques. It's all for grace and power.

xxxxxThe teen nodded eagerly as Tozuki instructed him on things about the sword. "I've never actually held any weaponry before. I have some basics, but I've never needed to do more than make sure they were in my pack," he admitted before tearing his gaze away from the Kiri symbol Tozuki had pointed out to him. "Isn't it dangerous to let me hold it though? I mean, this thing won't break if I drop it, I'm guessing, but I doubt I should be holding it at all..." Looking back down at the sword and giving it one last long take in, he held it back out towards Tozuki to take. Getting to hold one of the famous swords was something he'd never forget.

"This blade is practically indestructible. He then slashed hard at the ground with the rapier and it bent a fair amount before it snapped forward, leaving a deep gash in the stone floor. "Also very sharp." He said with a nod, resealing it in the scroll and tucking it in a scroll pouch beneath his robe in the flak jacket.

xxxxxDancer wasn't expecting Tozuki to slash into the ground. He felt sorry for the people who would have to fix that later. Did the Mizukage do that often? He hoped not. "I see that... Ah, thank you, by the way. For allowing me to hold it. I never thought I'd see one in person, let alone touch one, and never in my dreams be able to hold one. Do you mind if I ask why Konoha had one of our village's swords in the first place? I doubt they had it just laying around."
An interruption from the streets, namely the marketplace caught the Mizukage's clone's attention. It seemed that a specific trouble maker was making trouble for his village. Sighing, Tozuki donned his robe and hat before jumping from the window to the marketplace.
