Mitsu nodded at that, not terribly disappointed but it would have been interesting to see the places Shun liked to go. Or maybe he didn't have anything like that? A safe haven to get away from it all.
Shaking her head a little she followed her reaper back to his bike, grabbing her helmet and placing it back on her head before climbing on behind him. She would kind of miss riding the bike once they were gone. Maybe there was a way to bring it back with them?

"Maybe we can check out some other places the next time we're in the city. And.. it'll be on our own terms," Shun suggested. As in, they could come and visit this place without the need for being summoned first. Before getting started with the bike, he paused as he heard his phone going off.
Taking off his helmet yet again so he could use it, he frowned lightly as he saw the emblem of his family on the screen. It was his Father. Silently, he answered.
"I forgot one thing earlier. As you're old enough now, if you're serious about joining back in, you are to get the crest tattoo. I don't care where." the voice said through the speaker. Without waiting for an answer, the call ended. Kaitou was rather to the point there.
At this set of orders, he wasn't entirely certain how to feel. He didn't really harbor ill feelings to the Family itself he supposed. It was mostly Kaitou. Perhaps he could do some sort of modification to it too. Thinking this over, he peered over his right shoulder to look at Mitsu, thinking.

Hearing Shun's phone go off Mitsu paused in wrapping her arms around his middle and waited for him to answer. When he seemed to have an odd expression on his face she pulled the helmet back off her head in time to hear about the crest tattoo.
"Tattoo?" Her brows furrowed a bit, her hand reaching up to touch the back of his neck. "Like this one?" He had turned a contemplating gaze toward her but she had no idea what was going through his head. Why was it important that he got a tattoo?

Feeling her touch the back of his neck, he nodded slowly, knowing what she was touching exactly. He hadn't forgotten about that spiral mark that Medea had given him.
"Kind of. Only I'd at least know this would be permanent. All of the members of the Family get it when they become a part of it," he explained, thinking, "In a way I guess it's to show where your ties or loyalties are."
Or something like that. Shun was still trying to figure out how exactly he felt.
"In which.. if I'm to get something like that, I may as well have something to show where my heart is too.." he said quietly, looking at her with his good eye.

Mitsu still didn't understand the purpose behind the mark. Sure Shun explained what it would mean but how so much significance could be put on a tattoo she didn't grasp. It was just one more thing she was going to have to learn but she tilted her head again curiously when he mentioned his heart. How would he go about showing his heart along with this crest tattoo?
"I..I don't have to get one do I?" Mitsu had no idea how tattoos were actually given, probably by some magical means but she felt her body was marked up enough as it was.

The Reaper wasn't sure of how he was going to go about it either just yet. He would have to think about it.
"Not unless you want one," he said to her. Shun couldn't really see Mitsu wanting to get a tattoo though. Placing his phone away, he thought things over some more.
"If I recall... Lattice and Needle can do tattoos. I'll have to speak with one of them when we get back home," he mused prior to putting his helmet back on and finally starting up the motorcycle and carefully went on to drive on back towards the building they were staying at. If he couldn't get a hold of either twin or they didn't weren't up for it, he could probably find another tattoo artist somewhere around.

Well that was a relief to hear. Mitsu was afraid because of her ties with Shun she would be required to get the tattoo as well. If she was had to she would but she preferred not to mark up her body any worse than it already was. The only thing she hoped now was that it was something that Shun was actually willing to get and not one more thing he had to do because it was part of the deal. It seemed like a horrible thing to force one someone.
When Shun placed his helmet back on Mitsu did the same and then wrapped her arms around his waist so that she could hold on. Likely they were headed back to his home and from there she really had no idea how long they were going to stay. There were still a couple of things she had to think over but hopefully she could work something out before they left.

The ride back went fairly smoothly. Shun was still getting used to driving with just one eye, but he was being cautious. No blazing through the streets for him just yet. Though, it was still fairly tempting for him. He knew better than to try that out when he was still adjusting to this, however.
Once they were back in the garage of the building, he removed his helm and waited for Mitsu to get off so he could as well.
"Is there anything you'd like?" he asked. They could always pick up something in the immediate area before going up the elevator, "Otherwise.. I could show you to a few of the other areas in the building."

When they finally arrived back at the garage Mitsu hopped off the bike showing a little more ease with the task than she had previously. Once both feet were on the ground she removed her helmet and placed it back on the bike for safe keeping. Or for Shun to move it where he pleased.
She thought they were headed back upstairs but the invitation was extended to pick up anything if she needed. At first, Mitsu was about to decline, there was nothing she really wanted or needed but then an idea came to mind.
"Do...you know where to get a mooncake? Would they have that here?"

Once everything was in place, Shun turned towards Mitsu and nodded to her.
"Yes, there's a bakery on the corner that should sell some," he said before extending a hand out for her to take. It wasn't really the time of the year for moon cake, but bakeries often had it year round regardless. When he had her hand, he went on to guide her out to head towards the place.
"The bakery may have some other sweets you'd like as well," he stated.

"Oh good." To her mooncakes weren't so much out of season but then again her family had used them to celebrate the full moon which occurred once a month. It was a tradition that even though she had not celebrated since she was very small was something dear to her. Hopefully the little shop in question had a good selection of flavors.
"Well...its actually not for me. It's...for your father. Do you know what he might like as a filling?" Mitsu wasn't sure Shun would know but if that was the case she would probably just wing it. Custard would probably be a good fall back, it was a simple yet tasty filling.

Shun gave her a rather puzzled expression at that. She wanted to give Kaitou mooncakes?
"You.. want to give him mooncakes?" he asked before thinking for a few moments what his father may like. It wasn't really something he thought about all too often, and he was curious as to why she might want to do this. Perhaps this was a part of her plan to try and change the man?
"He... may like red bean?" he said, though he didn't sound very certain. Despite the fact that the man was his father, he didn't really know too much about him for things like this.

"....Yes?" The answer came out almost uncertain as she turned to look at Shun. Maybe she should have waited to explain her plan...or at least waited until she had more of a plan to tell. "I just figured it would be...something nice before we leave?" She shrugged lightly hoping that it wasn't that big of a deal.
"We can get a couple of different flavors depending on the price." Mitsu offered. Mooncakes weren't huge but she didn't want to get too many. Maybe a variety of two or three would cover all bases. "I know your father isn't going to change overnight, and especially not because of a single mooncake but this it's likely...unexpected? It might give him something to at least think about. Sometimes small gestures can have the biggest outcome in the end." Or at least it made sense in her head.

It was a curious thought in the least. Shun didn't completely understand it, but he supposed it could work. It seemed like she was thinking of taking baby steps with this process.
"Well... it shouldn't hurt at least," he said while continuing to guide her. He really wasn't sure how this would work exactly, but he was willing to give it a shot. Who knows, maybe it would be able to push things slowly in the right direction.
It was just a bit of a foreign concept to him.
Walking on into the bakery, the moved up towards the counter. The place had a number of different things from a typical bakery. It had things such as egg custard tarts, and other various goods. And of course, a variety of mooncake.

Nodding at that Mitsu followed Shun to the little shop and entered finding the aroma pleasant and inviting. Sweets always had that way with her though. Chocolate always smelled the best, so tempting, but she knew it would make her very sick.
"Maybe...we can pick up something for us too," Just because she had something in mind for Kaitou didn't mean they couldn't enjoy something as well.
With business in mind first, Mitsu made her way over to the counter where the mooncakes were. The designs on the top weren't the usual festive patterns she was used to but they were still very similar in nature, now it was just picking out the flavors. Red bean was the easiest to pick out, it was the largest quantity there aside from a few random flavors. After a moment of searching she also found custard and pointed both out to the man behind the counter. Two would be enough right? One she picked out and one Shun picked out.
Now with that done Mitsu went about looking for a treat for herself. There were so many choices between tarts, and little cookies filled with cream and fruit. Her eyes drifted from one item to the next but she was obviously having a hard time deciding for herself. Everything looked so good.
