Wandering through the halls of the the kage’s tower, Iwao led the three Kumo-nin to the office. Once they reached the office door, Iwao pushed it open and went in, holding it open for the others. Once they were inside, Iwao made a chair for himself from his iron sand as he said “Pull up a chair you three, Kay-chan might be a few minutes.” Once he had sat down, he figured it didn’t hurt to ask, “So Nariomi, what is it that Koneko sent you guys here for?”

Following Iwao though the building Nari made a mental note of each turn and twist they made. Not so much out of worry of treachery but more so from a force of habit. Growing up in a large city you tend to develop quirk's like that. Thanking Iwao for holding the door he took a seat once Iwao did though when he was asked he simply sighed and began,"Unfortunately the only person I am authorized to tell the full extent of that to is the Kazekage. Please do not take it as a gesture of ill trust or disrespect I simply was ordered to do so for her only." He slowly reached up to his vest and unfastened one of the scroll holders and slid the elegant looking scroll from his vest and into his hand. "I know not what this scroll contains in regards to the kazekage though I can tell you the other half of my orders. Milady Koneko has sent me to review the battle readiness of your villages shinobi as she believes such is her right as your ally. I could venture a guess that something along those lines lies within this scroll for our village but as I said it is for her eyes only." Nari truly hoped that he would not view this as an insult and instead simply him following his orders.

Serah walked through the town of Sunagakure, admiring how resilient these people who lived here were to the heat. She could never endure anything as harsh as this kind of weather, but still, if other people were able to make a living here she was sure she could deal with it for a few days or however long it were to take.
Once inside the Kage’s office, Serah took up the burly man’s offer to have a seat, being rather tired from travelling so much. ‘Geesh I really wanna go train or relax or something. I’m tired.’ Serah glanced over to Nagato to see how he was doing in such a foreign place, but he seemed unreadable. He might’ve been scared though deep down since he was so young and to her, naïve to everything going on. It must’ve been nice. Listening to Nariomi though, Serah got a little nervous. She didn’t like ruffling feathers, especially in a town where she was the outsider. However, instead of getting involved she sat quietly, hoping that everything would just work itself out.

[☬] Being guided through the Kazekage's tower Nagato stared all around him, it was very different in some ways from the Raikage's tower, not that he actually had a great deal of time to look at it but from what he remembered rushing through the place. When they finally made it towards the top of the tower the large man held the door opened for him, nodding and smiling as to say thank you he proceeded into the room after Nari had done so. Moving into the place he turned back glancing at Serah wondering what they were doing here. But that thought was quickly cut short due to the large man named Iwao producing some sort of ability creating a chair for himself all the while offering them a seat as well. Taking the gesture as a act of kindness Nagato spoke up speaking to him as he did so. "Thank you." He nodded again and reached out grabbing the nearest chair and sliding it to him before moving in front of it resting himself down into it. As they sat there Nagato just crossed his arms leaning back into the chair awaiting the arrival of the Kazekage it was during this time that his yellow eyes shot an intense glare towards the larger man Iwao when he pronounced Lady Raikage's name rather than her title. 'How disrespectful.' He thought to himself but quickly looked away now annoyed with the current situation. But once more it didn't take long before he heard it again, this time it was from Nari, that was it. "That's Lady Raikage to you." He spoke out of turn even as Nari had told him not too, but he couldn't have someone disrespecting the person that was responsible for his life sitting right in front of him and getting away with it. And to both Nari's and Iwao's ignorance of his clan it was normal for him to be more aggressive. "If we're to show you respect it's only right that you do us with the same." With that he leaned further down into the chair not thinking about the true consequences that his outbust could have with the Suna-nin. But Nagato felt he was right in this, with Iwao and Nari.
Sitting there talking with Nari, Iwao nodded at his answer, “Fair enough, though my sister doesn’t keep much from me when it comes to matters of politics, as I’m generally the one more suited to it. So I’ll probably learn f the scroll’s contents not long after Kaori sees it.” When Serah sat down, talking about being worn out, Iwao chuckled, “Yeah, I’d bet, it’s usually hard for people from other villages to take the heat here in the desert, it really saps the energy out of you if you aren’t used to it.” When he saw the look out of the corner of his eye as Nagato’s demeanor changed and he snapped at Iwao and apparently Nari too, Iwao looked over at the young boy, “Nagato, calm down, I mean no disrespect, and I’m sure Nariomi doesn’t either. Koneko is an old friend of mine and my sister’s, which is why they decided to form the alliance I would expect, so we tend to refer to each other much more informally. Hell, Kay-chan gets mad at me when I call her ‘Lady Kazekage’ or anything formal like that” the big jounin let a full laugh rumble from deep in his chest, thinking about how he tends to speak overly formally whenever he feels like messing with Kaori. He then looked over at Grym, who stood up slightly onto his hind legs and clapped his paws together as Iwao raised his hand. Three large cups, made entirely of iron sand, would form, one in front of each Kumo-nin, and water would condense into them. Smiling slightly, Iwao would comment, “Here, some water would probably replenish your energy a little, wouldn’t want the emissaries of our allies to get too dehydrated.” He would then hold his other hand up, creating another large cup for himself, which would fill like the others before Grym went back onto all fours, and took a quick sip of the water.

Kaori and Nova both walked into the office and raised an eyebrow at the three foreign ninja and her brother relaxing surrounded by the ungodly amounts of flora in her office. She had heard one's outburst about not calling Koneko by her proper title, and Iwao's subsequent response. She shook her head and moved further into the room, her tail swaying with every step,"Welcome to Sunagakure, I see my brother has shown you proper hospitality," She had to stop herself from making a face at the formalities she so despised, but she walked through them dutifully before she sat on the edge of her desk and looked them all over, "So, Lady Koneko sent you to see little ol' me, hmm? I hear you have something for me?" One would almost think it was her birthday, what with all the things being given to her today. Though so far the first was hardly something she wanted, and this second one was still pending. "You can call me Lady Kaori, or just Kaori while you are here in my office, I hate formalities, and Nova tends to try and eat people who get formal with her, so please, just don't." Nova nodded her head and padded up to Grym and sat beside him with her tail curled around her paws, "Formalities are a waste of time most of the time. It's why Kaori let's Iwao handle them." Kaori huffed and shook her head,"What else are little brothers for? Now, I know Koneko well enough to say that I'm sure she said only discuss things with me, so, the Genin are welcome to explore the village, or train in the dojo or academy as they see fit. Iwao is welcome to show them around, or stay here, I don't control him."

Well that lasted about as long as he had expected what with Nagato's little freak out. Pinching his noes as Iwao spoke up. Rising his hand up quickly he nodded,"Nagato, your not the only one who knows the Raikage as someone more than that." Before he could say any more he was offered a much appreciated cup of water. Taking it with a smile he thanked the man and took a healthy gulp before rising to his feet and giving a proper bow when Kaori entered the room. To say that she was not what he expected was the definition of an understatement. He had heard rumors of her beauty but this was something else. Though now was clearly not the time for this so shaking his head he smiled and extended the scroll,"From the desk of Lady Koneko, Lady Kaori. You are correct in that my gennin need not know of its contents." Turning to his team he nodded and said,"Ill see you guys around, your free to do as you like. Ill meet up with you later." Once they left and closed the door he continued,"Now that matters may remain secret I can explain. Lady Koneko sent me to deliver that progress report to you. It contains combat data of all our shinobi. In addition to that, with your permission, she requests the same so that should the military need arise our shinobi are capable of being assigned into a coalition that is capable of working together effectively. I worry that she foresees a large scale conflict upon the horizon though with who I know not."

Serah watched as the Kazekage walked into the room, she was both beautiful and powerful, something that Serah wanted to be, not on a Kage level, just strong like her though. “It’s an honor to meet you. My name is Serah Katto.” Serah bowed, deciding that it would’ve been wise to ignore the argument about formalities that had taken place just moments ago.
Upon hearing that they were free to do whatever they like, Serah took up the kage on that offer. “Very well, I shall be in the dojo if anyone needs me. Bye!” Serah waved to Nariomi and Nagato before walking out of the office, eager to start her training. With the two tamers, Serah realized she had a lot of work to do if she wanted to be even close to being stronger. [Exit]

[☬] When Iwao spoke to him he looked towards him listening to his words and trying to decide within his mind if he actually trusted him or not. He understood what it meant to have known someone for a long time, after all he knew Koneko for all his life, and owed her all that. Nagato though just couldn't see it or at least he didn't understand as they had been taught to always address the Raikage with respect and that was within the Academy. But here in this village it seemed different, and Nari was going along with it. He wondered how Koneko would react to such informal speech. It was then that the large bear behind the man began to clap and before him in the air a cup formed and water appeared within it, looking over at the man who had made a chair Nagato could only assume that the cups were for him. "T-Thank you." He spoke out reaching outwards and grasping the cup before slowly taking a sip of the water.
If they were to form an alliance then why would they go to the trouble of killing genin such as themselves, or at least why bother? That was Nagato's thinking. Drawing his attention the door opened and a woman came striding into the office area, her body swayed back and forth before finding a resting place right along the front of the desk, Nagato just stared up at her as she looked down upon the genin and then to Nari. Movement from behind her his eyes fell down upon the massive feline that traveled behind and then in front of her and soon found it's own resting place beside the bear. Hearing the Kazekage's words about no formalities Nagato found himself a bit annoyed but much like he had told Iwao, he would show them the respect they asked for as well. Nagato hadn't meant to ignore Nari but with all that was going on how could he keep his attention on one person at a time, let alone try to assess what Serah was going to do after being told they had free reign over the dojo and academy. Nagato slowly stood up and looked towards the Bear and tiger first, they both looked so...soft. He wanted to touch them. A gut feeling told him otherwise so he just bowed towards the Kazekage and then nodded to Nari turning around he glanced back at the large male Iwao. He wanted to know how he was creating things out of thin air. "Umm...Iw-wao" He tried to pronounce the unfamiliar name. "Iwao...would you mind if I asked you a couple....a couple of questions?" He was a little hesitant. But soon after asking Iwao made a clone and it seemed to lead Nagato out of the Kazekage's tower towards a more suitable place.

Kaori watched the Genin leave her office and had the stray thought of how they had reacted to her office full of flowers, but she quickly dismissed it and turned to look at the Chunnin in her office,"So, what's your name? I missed the real introductions, and I personally don't care to call you 'The Chunnin' in my head." She took the offered scroll and unrolled it. While she briefly reviewed the contents, confirming what she was told about the contents, Nova stood back up and stretched, then circled the room, like she usually did while bored. "I'll have a return scroll ready for you before you leave the office today." She promised as she set aside the scroll and then gathered a scroll and pen and started writing. "I'm sure there were other things to be discussed though, am I correct?"

With a sigh he leaned up against the wall being careful to avoid any plants as he listened to Kaori. After she finished he nodded,"My names Nariomi Senju, but everyone just calls me Nari. I must thank you, its rather bothersome dealing with formality so your candid demeanor is much appreciated." Taking another swing of water he had to smile,"Your hospitality is also much appreciated. Ill be sure to return the favor should you or one of your shinobi find yourself back home in Kumo. Though to answer your question I honestly dont know. Aside from delivering that scroll I was only instructed to make myself and my team at your disposal. So if there is anything we can do to help you or your village, please let us know."

Kaori paused in her writing and looked thoughful for a moment, "If any of my chunnin wish to spar, I'd like you to test them for me, I know Kaz is always spoiling for a chance to prove himself. And Senju, I've heard of that clan, though I've never met one in person, if you would be kind enough to help us with wood production? I'm sure you noticed the obvious lack of trees in the general vicinity. And my own clan is only known for our flowers." She commented before she shrugged her delicate shoulders, "Unfortunately, this is a time of peace, so I don't have too much to give you, as far as tasks are concerned."

Nari's soft smile spread a bit when he heard she had heard of his clan. With a nod he began,"No worries Kaori, no matter the circumstances I always prefer peace to war. Few understand the importance of such things as internal training and upkeep. I am glad to see that lady Koneko has a worthy ally indeed. As for tree growing I would be more than happy to help you, I coudlnt help but notice the village could use a few more shade trees. Though truth be told I am not capable of producing anything nearly as impressive as the great senju of old I will still try my best of course." Having finished his piece he took another sip from his water actually enjoying the refreshing drink.
