No one even screamed yet, she liked when they screamed. She made her whole self visible. "You guys really are boring. And loud, I can here you next door! My poor states trying to sleep and you guys are being drunk and loud!" she yelled at them.

Florida said despite the fact that by now it was pretty obvious everyone else could see it and it was not a hallucination. Maybe Venezuela was right that he was a little too easy going about some things. "Pay it no mind. These things happen when you drink too much!"
"Hm... It does look somewhat familiar, though," Rutilio mused. Unfortunately for Connecticut, his ghost friend was probably more popular and recognized than he was. The "********" Sunshine State yelped when he was whacked on the head and clung tighter to Cuba although this time for comfort. "I take it back! She is not cute at all!" he said. "What did I ever do to deserve that? Ok, maybe I did drink a little too much tequila, but I'm not the worst behaved by far in the Union!"
"I don't know where she came from, but I don't like her and I want her to go back from the Hell hole she crawled out of!" Rutilio said sulkily, offended and flustered by being insulted for no reason. He got enough of that from his own neighbors and didn't want to need to put up with it from some random ghost. "Hey Connecticut is not a hell hole! Well sometimes it is.... But for the most parts its nice!" she said trying to defend her home. "And your home isn't so great either!" she picked up the two pillows she threw at Cuba and put them back on the couch. "You guys are boring, how come you can’t be scared!" the ghost almost looked like she was about to cry.

Whoever it was, they sounded over priced and boring to him. He quirked a brow at her question about their fear. Being one one of the top most haunted places in America had exposed him to more than enough ghosts not to have an issue with her. She certainly wasn't the scariest thing ever and the tears only made her seem even more harmless. "U-Um... I am drunk!" he said in his defense even though that honestly should of made him easier to scare.
Well, at least Georgia thought he was nice and the state was a bit startled to have someone raising their voice in his defense. Not that he didn't have friends in the states. Of course he did! However, he was far more accustomed to them picking at one another. Rutilio blushed a little at being called a nice place instead of a tourism whore or retirement home.
The Sunshine State quickly looked away, trying to act like something else more interesting than a ghost invading their party was happening. "Oh, look! The pinatas are done~!
