I blame you for being part reptile (that's what my friend said when i told him i'm always cold...and he believes that about all girls!)
I don't think I ever learned how to do customer mix analysis in my business courses, but I now need to do it in an assignment! (btw, if I tried googling..asking friends etc...didn't help...if anyone knows please pm me!)
