I guess it depends on the art project... if it's just a drawing, then color pencils. If it's something I'd spend at least an hour on, then paint.
If you had to stay the same age for forever, would you want to be:
Age 8
Age 13
or
Age 18?

18, you're much more free and can do much more then a younger person can.
Would you rather fall deeply in love with a person and have that perosn die or not love at all??
