She was quite painfully aware that there was still a text waiting for her on her phone from her best friend. Yet there was no way LW could check it now. Not with Sarias having her fun. The she-wolf growled against the ground where she was now pinned with Junko by Riley. Yet another table had been hurled at them and, thanks to Riley's quick actions, the three ghouls (LW considered Riley a ghoul, otherwise her mind might malfunction trying to figure out if she should be male or female or....yeah RILEY WAS A GHOUL in her mind). Oh she was getting riled up now.

First she was stuck on this Jack damned small boat. Second she was stuck on this Jack damned small boat with none of her close friends or snuggle buddies. Third, she really really hated the ocean and this boat.

"Jack damned....transparent b***h." LW hissed towards Sarias. Why had she gotten stuck on the same boat as the ghost ghoul? WHY?! Their resident dragon was also getting irritated. Great. They would all be lucky if their boat made it in one piece to...wherever at this point.

And she'd be even luckier if she made it off said boat without any damage from Sarias. Speaking of, here came another table. LW wriggled and pulled until she wasn't stuck under Riley, tail thrashing around behind her. She did NOT like being stuck and unable to do anything herself. Well, since they were already flipping tables....and LW was quite fed up at this point, she crouched down, fingers curled under a fallen table - hey was that a pink seed too?!

"THINK FAST YOU BODILESS TRAMP." She hurled this table right back at the ghost. Oh yes. When Ren and Gabrian found out, she was going to be one dead puppy.

exclaim SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED! exclaim

Red said that the boat was going to be stopped only for one day. SHe said that as soon as they got enough food that they would move on. Red honestly wasn't counting on her crew being so productive, and was actually feeling good about the whole thing until she realized something: there wasn't enough room for all that food. The boat even agreed with her, and the pile that was building up on the deck was making the ship uneasily tip forwards.

"ABANDON SHIP! she yelled, diving overboard. It didn't matter whether or not you followed it immediately. Even if you attempted to stay on the ship it sank, and the waters weren't exactly comfortable to swim in. Actually, it wasn't too bad. The water wasn't as cold as you were expecting it, and some of the food you caught floated to the surface.

Then something brushes your leg.

There isn't time to cry out in shock or dismay, as whatever it is somehow picks you up onto its back. It's... It's a shark. You hurriedly grab whatever food you can grab in order to try and bribe it, should the opprotunity arise. Weren't loan sharks into making deals anyway? Wait, were these loansharks?!

While debating the possibilities, it turns out there's more than one shark. In fact, there's a whole herd of them, each carrying a student with some supplies. Red and Special Gal have their own, but of course Red has the biggest one. She's too busy yelling at the shark for "taking too long" and "breaking our deal" to answer any questions you may have.

The rest of the voyage is pretty uneventful. Cruising through the ocean on the back of a shark isn't too bad, though it is awfully wet. Things are going rather swell until

CRASH!

You were forcefully ejected from the back of your shark, landing either on top of someone or right onto the sandy beach. Maybe you landed in water, only to finally wash up on shore. Whatever the case, the sharks had failed to notice the shallow water and rocks littering the island. From what you can see, only two shipwrecked boats remained, docked against the island, but every other sign of the voyage from Halloween was gone. Especially the sharks -- looking around, you can't see fin or tooth of them. Stupid sharks.

The fog is stifling, choking almost, making everything not immediately within eyesight nearly impossible to see. You try to invoke your natural ability to make yourself feel at ease: it does not work. You can barely walk without feeling a huge amount of exertion.

Upon reaching the shoreline close to the boats, you notice two tents set up. One of them reads For Staff Only, and the other seems to be littered with a growing mass of students; slowly you gravitate towards that destination. From what you can make out of their faces, everyone seems a little confused. What exactly is going on?

And where are the staff? You can't see either school staff or any of the Trick or Treaters anywhere...
