Painite listened to Rosalind as she explained all the things she should have been compared to rather than a dirty mop, but her attack was much more important. She wanted to show the particularly vain Senshi not to come into a fight wearing frilly dresses and not expect to get hurt or dirty.
Plus, she didn't really like being insulted. Being called boyish wasn't too uncommon, but a heinous witch (or had she said b***h?)? That was just mean, and unnecessary. So now she had to do something to earn that insult.
"If this is just a toy, why are you so scared of it, hmmm?" She called, though she cursed as she missed her attack. Or... had she? She seemed to have a Senshi on a Stick now, a Rosalind kabob of sorts, though not quite the kind she had intended. It might have been better if Mr. Saddles had gotten some flesh, but at least she had a kind of advantage.
Kind of.
It started raining, and Painite was baffled by the sudden shift in weather. She hadn't heard the senshi nearby calling out her attack, but was suddenly introduced to it as a lightning bolt from Alcyone's storm struck Mr. Saddles, the electricity, which didn't seem to follow the normal rules, shocking both nega and senshi.
"Bloody hell!" Painite yelped in surprise and pain, jerking backwards and toppling over.

Her bunny had been hit by that tiara last time.. leaving Serandite wiser and smarter. Simultaneously, both the General and bunny did a back flip, missing the tiara between them both by a narrow margin. As Serandite nimbly landed on her feet, she expected her bunny to do so as well.
Except for somebody's kick. It knocked the bunny over to the side, temporarily giving the wind senshi the interlude he needed to introduce himself. This time was different however-- the bunny would not be detained by such a weak kick. As a General, the link between her partner weapon and herself was far stronger than last time. With black eyes and a cape that flowed behind it, it stood almost majestically before the Princess and Zephyr.
"Time to do it! Secret Move #13!" Serandite shouted out, the bunny's paws stood proudly at it's sides, opening it's mouth as if to unleash a giant major attack. What it released next.. ....
.........
.......................
FLASHLIGHT EYES LASER BEAM.
The light emitted from both eyes were meant to blind Chronos and Zephyr as Serandite slid under it's feet for a sliding round kick to take out both their legs.

Birhan was reluctantly impressed by Wolframite. The little kid knew how to compensate for what others took to be his weaknesses, that was for sure. Still, she was a seasoned fighter, training for years before awakening as a senshi. One little boy taking advantage of her added momentum wasn't enough to catch her out. Crossed forearms braced against his kick to her face (well, that's where she thought he was aiming - he wasn't quite tall enough to reach it). With a Captain's strength and the force he was propelling himself towards her with, he knocked her back a meter or so, but she remained standing and in her guarded position.
She didn't have time to worry about the near-numbing of her arms from his kick. Her left foot shot up as he landed. On your average guy, it would go for his groin, but on Wolframite... it was more like his stomach.
And while she kicked, her left hand was yanking the knife out of her right arm. Maybe not the smartest move, as now nothing was preventing a faster flow of blood, but now she had one of his knives... and wasted no time slicing at the blinded side of his face with it.
Between the kick to her arms and the knife wound, that might be both arms out of commission for a while. Lucky for Birhan that she was a kickboxer.

"Oh goddammit," Foramen cursed as Spinel refused to take him up on his goad. Thrown objects he could do something about. Physical fighting was something he preferred to avoid.
Spinel caught one leg before Foramen could dodge. He just managed to get both hands down first and swing himself around before he hit the dirt sideways. As it was, he was now crouched on all fours like some kind of feral animal. The 'smile' that bared his teeth didn't detract from the comparison.
In retaliation, he focused on the large bell that Spinel had originally thrown at Foramen's head. "Foramen Rift, Slice!" he said, and the bell disappeared before Spinel's hand closed on it. It appeared a foot above Foramen's raised hand, smacking down into it.
He grinned at Spinel. "Finders keepers?" he asked.
(It didn't seem like a particularly useful thing, considering it's only purpose so far had been to smack him in the head, but Foramen thought it might piss the corrupted senshi off, if nothing else.)

Chronos blinked at the blue-haired senshi, trying to place him. She didn't think she had seen him before, although she supposed that more senshi knew her than vice versa. "Any help is appreciated." She told him, just as the tiara reappeared back on her forehead. It seemed as though this battle would take a while, especially since the two they were up against were stronger than she remembered.
And also possessed different attacks.
The bright light caught her off by surprise, and as she shielded her eyes, she felt a swift kick knock her backwards, right into the male senshi behind her. As they landed, the hum came again in her ears, and it seemed to be louder than before. Even clapping her hands over them, eyes squeezed shut, did nothing to quell the sound, which seemed to tug at her from the inside. Something was urging her to head in another direction, and Chronos did not understand. "Do you hear that?" She asked Zephyr, using her staff to aid her in getting up. "That sound... it's coming from... somewhere here..."

As Painite went down, so too did Sailor Rosalind. Being at the long end of the stick wasn't always a good thing, or so it seemed. As the rain poured all over the battlefield and berated Rosalind's lovely locks, the Soldier of Wealth pushed herself off of Painite and teared the stick out of her minty-green collar. "Scared? Me? Psshaw. The only thing that would scare me is if your toy was an ugly stick."
Unfortunately, up-close fisticuffs were not Rosalind's forte. Give her some time to calculate a battle plan, and she was good to go! Right now, though, she had an agent to contend with. So what did she do? Rosalind began to rampantly slap in Painite's direction, like a crazy fly swatter out of Hell. Who knew, maybe it would scare her off.

Zephyr's hand immediately went to shield his eyes from the blinding beam, while Chronos near him could hear him asking, "Is that even legal?" -- Which in itself said a great deal, since Zephyr could care less about legalities. "..s**t." Why was he even dealing with this?
A bunny shouldn't even be equipped with those capabilities. Or rather, Zephyr was beginning to really question the Negaverse.
He ended up falling beneath Serandite's kick, landing on face-flat in the dirt. "Owch." Zephyr lifted his face to stare warily at Chronos above him. Chronos was knocked backwards indeed, but instead of merely falling against Sailor Zephyr, she fell upon him. "...." His answer was a bit delayed, "..I'd like to say I heard something, but all I can feel is lower pain in my back." His back was killing him. Princess Chronos wasn't heavy, but he really wasn't suited for this.
As she stood up, Zephyr let out a relieved sigh. Although her next words would confuse him as well, "Sound?" Zephyr raised an eyebrow. He heard nothing. Instead, he picked himself, feeling much abused. If he had known that he was coming to Elysion to be a landing pad, Zephyr was rethinking it already.
Their enemy still remained, as easy as it was for Chronos to forget that. He would leave Chronos to her delusions, but he was not willing to let Serandite hurt her further. "If you'll be kind enough to leave her, I'll still be your enemy." He smirked to Serandite, looking to both her and her bunny. He would have to be prepared for everything with this particular general.

Painite wasn't sure what hit her.
Well, no, that wasn't true. She knew exactly what had hit her: a lightening bolt from some Senshi she hadn't even seen, as she knew it hadn't come from the girl at the end of Mr. Saddles' stick. No, it had been from outside her little fight, and she should have been paying more attention to the things around her. Or above her, as it were, like ominous storm clouds.
She couldn't get her head back in order fast enough. She was stunned from the intense shock, her body slow to respond to her orders as it tried to recover itself. She needed something to help bring her senses around.
Like a slap to the face. Or several. It took her a moment to realize what was happening, but soon enough she cottoned on to the fact that the senshi was slapping her relentlessly. Not liking this, and reacting on instincts well dulled by lightening, she found her own hands flying up in her defense, slapping at Rosalind in return. A slap fight, pure and simple.
But as her mind restored itself, she realized a slap fight was not going to get Rosalind away from her, and wasn't going to end the fight. On short notice, she did the only thing that came to her on her improv-honed instincts. A headbutt.
And she didn't hold back, not exactly trained in the art of the headbutt. She slammed her forehead to Rosalind's, which backfired near instantly as blackness hit her before she could even see if her attack had done any good.
(Lol, goodnight Painite!)

Well, that was something. A rat cornered by a feline ended up having some punch left! As Painite came to after being zapped n' slapped, she had that same deranged look in her eyes that she did prior to their brawl. Rosalind didn't like it, and it didn't seem like electroshock therapy worked on her crazy mind.
And then the headbutt that felt like a meteor smashing into her face.
Darkness ensued as Rosalind slumped back, invisible stars swirling around her head. If they lived in a cartoon world, the Soldier of Wealth would of had giant swirly marks for eyes and a gaping hole of a mouth. Hopefully she'd be back up for the count in a relatively short amount of time!

((Maru gave me permission to post this XD So...this is from earlier, when the wave was still crashing around :U ))
The entire battle had grown hazy in his mind, a distant sort of thing that he could vaguely recall watching and yet couldn't bring the details to mind. Weapons clashed, powers exploded. There went a Senshi down! But...he thinks that one over there was a new officer, one he hadn't seen around much. People were injured, people were dying. His friends might be out on this field somewhere, bleeding or even dead. ZINK was out there someone. PARA was too. But even that couldn't will his shattered kneecap back together so he could rush into the fight.
s**t was happening so quickly even he couldn't keep up, and it was around the point that he saw a flustered looking quail land nearby, look at him with what he -assumed- was a sad quail look (he had, actually, never even seen a quail before) that he figured he had totally lost his ******** mind and was just hallucinating now.
"You might want to move." Said the quail, before giving an agitated little hop and then fluttering (quite ungracefully) away. Scheelite had to laugh, because really...a quail just told him to move. He couldn't move even if he -wanted- to. Silly little talking quail!
That was about the time he had finally caught sight of the giant WAVE rushing through the battlefield.
Straight.
Towards.
Him.
The officer could do nothing but gape as the wave ran him right over, which left him with a mouth full of something that tasted quite familiar. "...Is that ******** Koolaid?!" Scheelite mumbled in awe before passing out once more.

"Like the cats...." At least he'd met one that could talk, she'd turned him into this, but it was still odd.
The mention of the battle brought his attention back and he tried to shift to stand up before hissing in pain as the sensation shot up his leg. His ankle was bleeding now from the burn the electricity had left on him. Being that close to whatever the captain had set off had -not- been a good idea.
"I should be helping ... fighting..." And yet he was sitting here being -useless- because he'd let himself get hit by the damn Negaverser. He'd be lucky if he didn't limp for weeks at this rate. Not only that but he'd lost Denebola.
It hadn't even occurred to him while he'd been tangled up with the blond captain. He'd spent so much effort trying to find her and now she was lost somewhere in the damn fray. He couldn't even get up and go look for her.

"You do not help our side by getting yourself killed. We are not like them, not willing to kill our own to win one battle in an ongoing war." At least some of them weren't. It could be argued there were those among the rank of 'good' that would have made such a sacrifice. Quail's Eye was not one of them.
"They are powerful, but they will not win. This place was not meant for them, and it -will- remain free of their corruptive hold."
The quail fluttered around, occasionally darting off into the battle to help before flitting back to check on Arsinoe.
((If anyone wants to state that Quail helped them, please feel free to do so. I'll be at work and I don't mind him being used in passing to help out whoever needs it :3! He'll just always return to Arsinoe when he can))

Fayalite was hauling a** away. Tossing herself too and from in the fray, clutching her still burning arm. ******** cats, why must it be a ******** CAT. Why not guardian...squirrels. Or mice. Those are easily stepped on. But no... Cats. Her Achilles heel. She was so allergic that if she was too close for too long she would need to be hospitalized immediately because she wouldnt be able to breath.
She didnt see any hospitals in the area.
She was still running...unsure if the cat was following, she turned her head around. Good... she wasnt. Though Fayalite really should have watched where she was going.. because she just tripped over Sailor Corvus and went flying torso first into the ground. "WATCH WHERE YOUR G-........ YOU!" She pointed.
---
Lyra has just about to land a punch, on Obsidian... she was trying to be cautious with that sword. Though, she just was not fast enough, The sword managed to hit home, slicing open her left arm like butter. Obby probably never even felt it connect, it didnt go deep enough to hit bone... but boy was she bleeding.
She was backing up from him, just in time to see him being FLUNG towards... who was that? She wondered, eying the priestess.

"I apologize." Chronos offered softly as Zephyr complained about the pain of being knocked backwards and having someone land on him. However, she was evidently distracted as she stood shakily on both feet, eyes not trained on Serandite and the bunny as she should, but looking about frantically for the source of the humming. There was further confusion when he confirmed that he could not detect it... did that mean that was she the only one who could? It wasn't the first time this had happened, she realized with a jolt. Once upon a time, voices had spoken to her, encouraged her, bade her to follow their instructions, and it had resulted in her re-awakening. What then, did this now mean?
Whatever it was, it seemed to reverberate within her, but she could tell that the source of the humming was coming from somewhere else. It sparked longing within her, a tug that actually made her take a few steps forward to wherever it was that had been calling out to her. As if it was a part of her that had been ripped from her calling out to where it truly belonged, to return and be whole once again...
Of course. It all made sense; the realization of the matter hit her like a ton of bricks, and once again, Princess Chronos dropped to her knees. Not in surrender to Serandite or her weapon, nor to Zephyr, but her gaze was focused on somewhere else, scanning the area. Her hands clasped together, staff held in between, as she looked about, pinpointing the exact location of...
"There." She breathed, her eyes fixated on a particular spot. To others, it might have seemed strange, because there were no Zodiacs around in that particular area. There was nothing of interest for the Princess of Zodiacs, or was there? It could have been her own imagination, but it seemed to be where she had flown into his arms in her dreams, but then again, it wouldn't have been surprising if it had found its way to that very exact location just a few feet away from the Sanctuary...
If there seemed to be nothing there, everyone was soon proven wrong. There was a flash of bright pink glow as the object she had been focusing on revealed itself. It was a milky crystal which was iridescent, in the shape of a butterfly; one the Zodiacs would know without a question to be the Opal Crystal they had been searching for.
While many were busy fighting, this strange occurrence may have caught some attention, and if they attempted to get closer to the Princess or the Crystal, they would have discovered it to be futile. The glow had surrounded both Chronos and the Crystal, and formed an impenetrable spherical barrier; anything or anyone would have ricocheted off if they tried to attack it.

The leopard must have painted a 'please target me' sign on his back, he was sure of that the second that he could even think about standing again. It felt like his body had lead weights to it...and that those weights were tied to white hot knives that were lining his back from shoulder to hip, among other aches. But standing up...just in time to find yourself in a mini monsoon? He was starting to wonder what the hell made him such a viable target.

Chase was surprised when Raite came and attacked Chaonis at nearly the same time as he did and at first he was irritated, because he had attacked the senshi first. But he said nothing at the other lieutenant's weapon successfully whacked the senshi's head. He could see that Raite was just as irritated as he was that there was another lieutenant stalking his prey.
Oh well, the other boy seemed to take a step back as Chaonis lunged at him.
He slid back a bit so the senshi couldn't get a good, if any, hit on him before he swung his flamingo again. He didn't seem to care or notice that both boys in the surrounding area were off put by his weapon and didn't seem to think that it was a very effective one. But what they'd soon realize was that plastic hurt, especially when said plastic had a pointy beak.
--
When she spotted him relief and distress flooded through her at the sight of him. She was relieved because he was alive but she was distressed because he was on the floor, injured. She hurried over to Arsinoe's side. "What happened?" She asked without second thought kneeling beside him.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to get separated, I..." she shook her head. This whole war was a mess. "Who did this?"
