"Thank you very much Professor." Vladimir sugared. He dipped his form into an elegant bow, then sat back into his seat with a flirtacious smiled still on his handsome face. "If I should need any... assistance I shall call you."

Takes a bite of the apple, and begins to work on the switching spell. Focusing on the image of the two fruit switching, I point my wand at the fruit and mutter "Transvorto." After a few seconds I open my eyes, to see that nothing appeared to have happened. I reach into my bag and pull out my potions knife and cut into the apple. I noticed that its flesh was now orange, but it still resembled the white flesh of an apple. "Okay lets try this again" concentrating once again on the fruit switching, I point my wand and say "Transvorto." This time the fruit loses color and then after a few more moments the apple now appears a dull orange and the orange a shiny red.I reach down and pick up the fruit I cut into earlier, its flesh now resembled the wrinkly inside of an orange.

 Zillah walks over to Heart and she sees the apple and orange seeming trade places on the desk.
Wonderful Job Heart! Fifteen points to Ravenclaw for making such progress. Does the inside match the outside?
She walks over and smiles at Vladimir, coupled with a slight nod.
Should you need anything, just let me know. I'm more than willing to work with students that make the effort to ask,
She wanders over to Telvanni and smiles down at his progress and that he had enough snap to make sure the transfiguration was thoroughly completed.
Outstanding job! Ten points to Gryffindor.

Aludra Yvette... She just sat at her desk and stared at her apple and orange, desperately hoping that they would magically switch places on their own. "I have no idea what I'm doing. I cant concentrate! I hate this class!" she suddenly shouted, rubbing on her temples. ...6th Year Slytherin

"Thanks Professor...let me check, one moment." Taking out a plastic knife from her bag, she begins cutting her fruit. When she finally finishes, the insides do match the outside. "Okay, the fruit are in good shape."

Zillah's head snapped up at Aludra's sudden outburst. She rushed over to her side, placing what she hoped was a comforting hand on her shoulder. A look of concern etched on her features.
Did something happen while I was away Aludra? You're one of my top students. I'm sure you can do this. If there is anything I can do to make something clearer please let me know.
She gave her shoulder a gentle squeeze before slowly walking to the front of the room in order to give Aludra her space and to avoid causing her embarrassment.

((Awww! Thanks! I get a lot of crap from my mom since it doesn't pay much and the like, but I like it. You are super sweet! I hope I'm a good teacher. I don't want to waste anyone's time. I want to teach middle school math. There are so many people that tune everything else out when they hear "math". Not that I think I can make kids be like "YAY MATH!" but I hope that they don't see math as some kind of scary monster that will eat them in the middle of the night. lol. I want to be a role model and let my kiddies know that no matter what, I'm hear to listen and help them however I can.
BTW. I love love love your avi!))

Wondering or not whether to keep this information to myself, and whether or not this was the reason for Aludra sudden outburst, I finally decided to tell Professor Zilah what happened the other day. "Professor Zillah, Aludra and Liviana both had a bad experience with a Dementor the other day in D.A.D.A. class, that might be the reason Aludra might not be at 100% right now."
((I have to say Zillah when I saw the word Math i was like  . It's an important subject and regrettable both Math and Science grades in the US are terrible when compared to the rest of the world. I hope you can find a way to make math fun and exciting for the newest generation of students smile )

((I saw the word math and was like dramallama 'mmm math'. I really do like math but I would much rather teach World History or World Cultures. Im super interested in other cultures of the world and very intriqued by their histories. But I can garentee your going to be a top knotch math teacher. Hopefully you can whip these kids into liking numbers and not fearing the mean math man under their beds. And thank you!!! I love your avi too.)) Aludra Yvette... Liviana placed her apple and orange a good 12 inches apart on her desk. She closed her eyes and imagined the smooth red skin of the apple becoming dimpled and orange. Just like a basketball, she thought. She watched the insides of the apple become segmented and acidic, and the orange becoming firmer and grainy on the inside. She opened her deep azure eyes and narrowed them into a determined stare. She raised her wand and mimicked Professor Zillah's movements while commanding, "Transvorto!"
The apple and the orange miraculously appeared in each other's places. Liviana borrowed the knife off of Heart's desk and sliced open her fruit. The insides were of a perfectly ripe apple and orange. She smiled, and passed half of the apple to Aludra, and bit into her mouthwatering half. (*Feeling left out* I'm going to be a teacher too! Except I teach 8-12 communication. I just got back from teaching a little while ago!)
