Arikku laughed. "I remember that. That was and interesting question Miharu-san." she said and giggled nudging her in the arm.
She then moved her focus back to Shagatsu. "Nothing really. I just noticed that it's not easy to move away from your family." she said and looked down at the floor. She felt she wanted to cry because she was reminded of them but she held it in.

Shagatsu unconsiously put his hands on the cross Arikku gave him and began to play with it. He realized what he was doing and took out a knife and played with that instead. He took a loaf of bread and broke it in a few pieces. "bread anyone?" He said kindly

Arikku shook her head. 'Why did I have to bring that up?' she thought to herself. She sat down and put her head down holding it up with her hands. She was trying her best to hold her tears back and took a deep quiet breath. She was tougher than that and she knew it.

Shagatsu moved near Arikku and put his arms around her. This must have been a sore subject for her. But he knew. He knew what it was like to have no parents at all. A tear fell down his face but was wiped away before anyone could see.
"It is okay Arikku. Its not something you have to keep hidden all the time. But i believe there is something here to be learned of grace. You musnt be sad for them. They probably are doing better than you right now!" He said with a small smile. "Its gonna be okay. Cheer up!"

Miharu questioned as she took a niblet of bread from Shagatsu.
"I know it's hard Arikku-chan, but we still need to be strong to survive."

Arikku smiled and nodded. She wiped her eyes and felt a little better. She smiled at the two. At least her parents were alive. She smiled agian. She then looked to them. "You all always make me feel better." she said and giggled.
She watched Yokome. "Hey Yokome-san." she waved.
