 Chris & RyukenLocation: Chris - South Ortus Island: Beach Ryuken - The Contest Hall A wave of jelousy rushed over the young man! Is she serious!? Why would she say something like that to me, is she testing me? Whatever the case, I don't wanna seem like a possesive jerk, play it cool Chris, play it cool. Though Chris tried to act like he wasn't worried with her statment, his body actions proved otherwise. Unintentionally, he begins to tighten his hold of her ever so slightly. Not enough to really make a difference, but there was no way she wouldn't have noticed it. Yet, he seemed completely oblivious to his own actions, he hadn't realized it at all. "Well, what if you told her you had met someone!?" His voice so calm, he surprised himself. In reality his heart was racing, he had to convince her not to go home. Just by that statement, he could tell her mom would be the picky type. She probably would find something wrong with him and forbid Robyn from ever speaking to him. Or maybe he was just overeacting; for a person who normally kept a relaxed air about him, any of his involvement with her had totaly hidden that side of his character. "I personaly didn't know where I was going after this." He had hoped to go to Johto, but now, he just wanted to go where she went. Ryuken and Stardust walked along, nearing the contest hall. Ryuken was glancing over at the Vulpix occassionaly. She got mad at me, I could feel it. She got mad when I said I wouldn't want her to get hurt? I don't get it, that was a sign that I actually cared for her well being. Females never make sense to me. As they entered the contest hall they found themselves lost in a sea of Pokemon and people. Ryuken looks about, taking in the sights and sounds. He had never been to something like this before, it was a strange expirence to him. Then something caught his attention, out of the corner of his eye he spoted a familiar figure. "Buns!" he exclaimed aloud. He looked over at Stardust to see if she had noticed his random outburst. He stared at her in discomfort for a moment, "Ummm, I think I just saw a...friend, you can follow if you want, but I'm headed to the back stage area." He dashed off, following whomever he had seen. Was that really her!? I thought I'd never see her again, her trainer hated me so much.

Robyn Robyn's Location: Ortus Island: Beach
Stardust's Location: Ortus Island: Contest Hall You think you have the answer...Robyn was forcing herself not to laugh at her little prank, but all of her mirth disappeared when she felt Chris's grip tightening. She looked at him from the corner of her eyes as he asked his question. His voice was surprisingly calm, although was that a beating heart she heard. No, it was probably her own painfully pounding one. She averted her eyes out of guilt. I shouldn't have joked around like that. After a few seconds, the female trainer fixed her eyes back onto Chris. She had to fix this, somehow. "I said I was planning. I have no intention of doing so now." On impulse, she kissed his cheek. The contest hall was unbelievably crowded. How could anyone enjoy parading around like this, Stardust had no clue. Although, the Vulpix had to admit, she found some of the outfits beautiful. She knew her trainer would've found this fascinating. Every aspect of the contests would've scream fun to Robyn. Stardust started to imagine her trainer in one of the coordinator outfits, but started to laugh. She knew the teen would probably get easily bored of that part. Ryuken outburst snapped Stardust out of her thoughts. It seemed as he had saw a...friend. She tilted her head at him. He must mean that kind or friend. This will be amusing. She followed after him at her own pace. ...I laugh and watch you fall.

Chris & Ryuken Location: Chris - South Ortus Island: Beach Ryuken - The Contest Hall Chris sat there for a moment, just soaking in what had just happened. Was she saying she would go wherever he went? Then there was the cheek kiss, should he kiss back? This was all a big confusing whirlwind to him. He'd never hit it off with a girl quite so quickly before. But then again, he'd never enjoyed a girl's company quite so much either. He couldn't help feeling that his invitation to the island was fate. He smiled at Robyn before kissing her on the cheek. Then he turned his head to look out at the ocean. "You know, I've always wanted to see Johto. Johto is really rich in traditional cultures, and I hear they have a really nice stadium complex called the Battle Frontier. It's almost identical to the one in Sinnoh." Ryuken walked along at a hurried pace, squeezing through the crowd, paying little mind as to weither Stardust had even followed him. Finally he caught up to who he was folowing. Ryuken taped her on the shoulder, "Buns?" he asked. The Loppuny turned to look at him, glaring for a moment before storming off, bumping into a Weville that was busy admiring herself in a mirror. "Wait! I just want to talk!" Ryuken stood angered and a little saddened, she wouldn't even speak to him. He turned to notice Stardust standing beside him. He looked at the Vulpix for a moment, she obviously seemed interested. What could it harm to tell her? Ryuken begins to speak in a low voice so as not to draw attention, "She was...I...I...mated with her. But then there was her trainer, after she found out she went all crazy and yelled at us. I think she even tried to call the police, not that they would respond to a call like that. But her trainer was a very rich human, as such she kind of expected everyone to do as she said. Anyway, long story short, I never saw Buns again." Ryuken now seeming a little angered, smacked his forepaw against the wall. "Now I finally get to see her again and she won't even speak to me!" A tear runs down Ryuken's face, he quickly turns his head to prevent Stardust from noticing.

"Okay everyone, get ready because we're going to begin the first portion of our contest. Everyone listen for you name to be announced so you can go out there and perform your appeals!" The young woman backstage cried out. Out in the main auditorium on stage, where the audience was seated eagerly awaiting the Contest to begin, a young pink haired announcer walked out with a microphone in hand. She faced the crowd with a smile. "Welcome one and all to the Ortus Island Pokemon Contest!!" The young woman exclaimed. Her voice was rather cute and she had a very bubbly air about her. "Are you ready for the Appeal portion of the contest!?" She asked raising an arm toward the audience. A loud applause echoed within the auditorium. The young pink haired announcer jumped up and giggled. "I'm your host Cecilia!! So let's get this thing started already!!" She declared with a bow. The audience let out another applause. The young announcer then introduced the judges and began calling out contestant's names, after which they would get on stage and perform their appeal. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kasumi Location: South Ortus Island, Contest Hall: Backstage Kasumi nervously sat in one of the seats. Her leg was shaking uncontrollably and her stomach churned. Kasumi was confident in battles but contests made her so nervous. The judges looked at so many things. She watched the other contestant's appeal on he monitor backstage and each one was spectacular. The young woman working backstage approached her. "You're going on next dear. Break a leg." She informed Kasumi. Kasumi nodded and inhaled deeply. She rose from her seat and called Lilith into her Dusk Ball. "Let's do it.." She said under her breath. "What a wonderful performance by Jerry!" Cecilia announced while clapping. "Looks like his score was rather high! He may have a chance of advancing! Now everyone put your hands together for a special contestant, the Gym Leader of Amoniac City in the Conan Region, Kasumi Motosuwa!" She exclaimed. The crowd roared with applause. Kasumi gracefully made her way for center stage. She waved at the crowd and posed showing off her elegant dress. She then took hold of Lilith's Dusk Ball and launched it into the air. "Lilith! Front and center!" Kasumi called out. The dusk ball spun in the air several times and burst open with a dark shadow followed by stars cascading around a Weavile in it's purple dress. Lilith twirled as she landed and finished with a curtsy. "Excellent, Lilith. Now let's begin.. Start things off with a Swords Dance!" Kasumi ordered. Lilith's claws began to glow as it danced and swung it's arms. It finished the dance by posing with it's claws crossed across her chest. "Weavile!" Lilith cried. "An interesting start for Lilith! Let's see what Kasumi does next!" The announcer comments. Kasumi smiled and said, "Great, now start using Ice Shard!" Lilith immediately begins forming a rather large shard of ice in it's paws. "Excellent! Launch it into the air!" Kasumi ordered. Lilith followed up and threw it high above the stage. "Jump!" Kasumi cried. Lilith leaped nimbly into the air, approaching the falling ice shard. "What a great trick!" The announcer commented. The ice shard had now fallen rather close to Lilith. Kasumi raised and arm and called out, "Aerial Ace!"Lilith cried out and then flip-twisted while still in the air and slashed the ice shard, causing it to shatter into many tiny shards of shimmering ice. The crowd roared with applause. Now Ice Punch toward the ground!" Kasumi continued. Lilith clenched it's fist which began to become shrouded with a hazy mist. Glowing a light blue. She accelerated her decent and hit the stage with her Ice Punch. Several icy stalagmites appeared around Lilith. She rose and the tiny shimmering shards of ice fell to the ground as well. Kasumi and Lilith both curtsied simultaneously while the crowd erupted with more applause. "What a finish! That was quite the performance! Kasumi has received high marks according the judges and it's possible she'll be heading to the final round!" The announcer exclaimed. Kasumi called Lilith back into her Dusk Ball and walked back stage. She exhaled deeply. Finally her nerves were calm.. The announcer began calling out the next contestant. "Next up, we have..."Lillith  Kite  Yuki   Frosty  Dinah  Sue

Pokemon Contest Hall As the announcer began calling out the next contestant."Next up, we have..." Announcer: " Blue from Sinnoh, give him a cheer". Blue got in to the stage and people started to cheer for him. He was really freak out cause he didn't know what to do. Blue mind: " Move darn it move !!!!!!!! ". Then the announcer said to him.... " Are you ok? ".Blue quickly snap out of being scared and throws a pokeball saying....
" Take the spot light !!!! ".A big and green pokemon showed him self to the people of that place. Blue said to the grass and flying type pokemon...
" Leaf, use Magical leaf ".The pokemon spread beautiful leafs from his back showing how cool he was. Blue then quickly said to his pokemon...
" Leaf know Sweet Scent and then, use Energy Ball to absorb the Sweet Scent from the air ". The green ball started to spin in the air absorbing the pink mist. The pink ball stead still in the air will Blue gave his next command to his pokemon saying.... " Leaf, fly as high as you can and, use Giga Impact !!!! ". The pokemon got so high know one could see him then from the sky a big meteor was coming to down, but it was just Blue pokemon. Quickly the pokemon smash the pink ball in to the ground splashing beautiful colors to the people that where sitting in the chairs. Leaf with a cool look saw all the people sitting and every one started to cheer. The announcer said.... " Give it up for Blue from Sinnoh ". Blue hop in to Leaf back making wave with his hand smiling at all the people there saying with thank you with his hand. He walk in to the hall and saw the next contestant saying... " Good Luck ".

Robyn Robyn's Location: Ortus Island: Beach
Stardust's Location: Ortus Island: Contest Hall You think you have the answer...Robyn was elated when Chris kissed her cheek. It felt like her heart would beat through her chest. Her mind went blank. She dragged a deep breath through her nose, forcing her brain to think. She had almost missed what he had said. He was talking about Johto. The female trainer had been through that region right before heading to Kanto. It was beautiful and she much enjoyed the two towers in Ecruteak City. "Johto is wonderful. It's filled with so many mysteries. You should really travel that region." She paused for a few seconds before saying in a questioning tone, "Battle Frontier?" She had heard of it while she was in Sinnoh but it didn't hold any interest for her at the time. Since Chris seemed interested, Robyn decided she should learn about it. The scene between Ryuken and the Loppuny-Buns-was interesting. The normal type Pokemon gave the Lucario the cold shoulder. Stardust tilted her head, curious. It was like watching her own personal drama. She shook her head at the reference, berating herself for thinking that way. Ryuken explained the situation and his voiced sounded upset. Stardust felt pangs of pity for the fighting type. The Vulpix would hate to be separated and treated like that by the one she loved. "Maybe-" she began but was cut off by the contest's announcer. She started to try again but the roar of the crowd was too much. The fire type's eyes strayed to a monitor to see what all the fuss was about. She was able to catch the performances of a Weavile and a Tropius. They were both mind blowing performances. When she realized her attention had been dragged away from the situation at hand, Stardust had forgotten what she had been about to say. ...I laugh and watch you fall.

Zach Strife - Chapter One Continued
Zach watched in interest as the first two contest participants completed their performances. He had always equated trainer-Pokemon coordination as a deciding factor in battles, but he had never seen it used in a contest setting before, despite traveling through all of Hoenn and most of Sinnoh for years. After the second performance, he leaned back in his seat and looked up at Seven, who was still hovering near Zach's head. The Pokemon seemed as interested in what they had just witnessed as Zach himself. "It's pretty incredible what these trainers can do, isn't it?"
Seven nodded, his gaze still seemingly fixed on the contest floor. Zach reached into his bag and pulled out a piece of jerky. "If these guys are this skilled at contests, I wonder how skilled the tournament entrants will be?" Zach said, chewing bits of meat in between. "I'm getting all excited thinking about it! We could use some tough bouts to keep us sharp."
Seven nodded in agreement, and began to slowly circle Zach's head while the two waited for the next contest entrant.

Nakamura and Masato "Next up, Give it up for Coordinater and friendly Trainer Nakamura from Sinnoh!!!" the announcer shouted towards the crowd who let up a cheer. "Come out to play Kabutops!!!" Nakamura shouted throwing a friend ball. "Kabutops use Ancient Power and then use Stealth rock to hold the stones in the air. Then use Night Slash to break them." Nakamura told kabutops. Many "ooh"s and "ahh"s rose from the crowd but Nakamura was not very hopeful on getting into the next round. "Now use ancient power." Nakamura shouted "Kabutops jump up and use night slash on the stones then jump and grab onto the ceiling with your scythes." Nakamura shouted "Ka-Kabutops!!!" shouted the pokemon "Okay now jump down onto the Floor while spinning, and to finish it off use a swords dance." commanded nakamura. Nakamura and Kabutops both bowed in unison and walked backstage. "Wow, What an astonishing performance, let's give it up for Nakamura and his Pokemon Kabutops!" Said the announcer. "Good Luck." Nakamura said to the next contestant as he walked off to find Masato. Masato found his way around while Nakamura was appealing. While heading back, he ran into a Vulpix and a Sobbing Lucario. "Friend... are you okay??" Masato said as he handed Ryuken a poffin his owner made especially for the taste of it. "Eat, it is good for you." He told Ryuken.

Johnny Slayer Location:Ortus island contest hall Alright lets give a round of applause for our next contestant Johnny SlayerJohnny walks out in a clean brand new outfit HHmmp time to do our thing Johnny reaches and pulls a a pokeball with a seal on it "Muddy its show time!" stars float around mukip as he swirls around them landing swiftly on his feet. "Muddy use muddy water 50% power!" Mud! Mudkip shoots out a slimey puddle of dirty brown water onto the floor. "Good now use whirlpool 75% power!" Muuudddkkiiippp!!! from muddy's mouth come a huge whirlpool. " Now mix the wirhlpool with the muddy water!" Mudkip throw the whirlpool upside down to make the shape of a cone where the muddy layed on the ground. "Jump into it and seperate the waters" mudkip jump into the water which looks pretty gross startin from the very top he slid around it seperating the brown and clear like a swirled cone Wait for the right momment "Now jump! Use Ice beam!" mudkip jumps into the air firing a ice down at the whirlpool and the land on the tip top of the frozen clear and brown swirled scruture. Muddy and Johnny take a bow and leave

 .:Thomas ClamingtonThomas was enjoying the show when suddenly, the judged called out his name. His eyes widen, "Wait, did I accidently signed up for the contest?" He walked forward and sighs, "Well I guess I will give it a try...I still got the battling to do. Come on out Angel." He tossed up his pokeball and Jigglypuff shot out with stars gathering around her. Its something that he bought for her even though he knew it was mostly for contest people. "Ok Angel, I accidently signed us for this, so let's do our best. You know you like the attention. Water Pulse into the air." Angel opened her mouth wide, and shot out a blue ball into the air.Thomas then called out, "Ok, now thunderbolt, the water pulse!" Angel grinned and yelled, "Jiggly!" Then she opened her mouth again, sending out a stream of lightning into the air. The thunderbolt shot through the water pulse and it burst into several pieces sending water drops to rain across the ground.Thomas was really getting into it and so was Angel, "Ok, now for the finishing touch. Jump into the air, while spinning and use a light flamethrower!" Angel did as she was told and jumped into the air, spinning. Then she sent out a stream of fire, causing the water drops to sparkle and glow from the light from the fire."SING!" Thomas screamed from the top of his lungs. After he said that, he clicked a button on a ear piece that was hidden by his hair. This created headphones to block out Jigglypuff's singing. Angel did as she was told as she let out a beautiful sound. She surely looked like an Angel as the glitzening water drops surrounded her and the her song lifting up hope and spirit. Then the rain all hit the ground as did Angel and then she jumped onto Thomas's shoulder. He bowed and walked off stage.

Chris & Ryuken Location: Chris - South Ortus Island: Beach Ryuken - The Contest Hall The thought of traveling Johto was exciting, it was a land of many myths and legends, much like Sinnoh. But above all else, it was in close proximity to the Indigo Plateau. The centre of Pokemon battles for both the Johto and Kanto regions, and possibly the world. Many of the world's top trainers had come from there, and now this new battle fronteir was opening in Johto, it was enough to get any trainer excited. But then another thought crossed his mind, something that could make it all even better. What if Robyn was there with him? The young man smiled at Robyn before asking, "Maybe you could show me around Johto then." Hoping that his tone of voice didn't sound overly excited. He waited to see what she would say before explaining to her what the battle fronteir was. "Battle Fronteir. Well, I've been to the one in Sinnoh a few times, and I hear the new one in Johto will have the same layout. Basically, it's a huge network of Pokemon battle stadiums. Each stadium host tournaments daily and there's special rules in every stadium. Then, at the very center of the Fronteir is the Battle Tower. 100 floors of battle arenas." Now Chris's fighting spirit was begining to build, he couldn't wait for the tournament to start. Ryuken stood, tears welled up in his eyes. No one can see me like this, especialy not Stardust. Wait! There's another Lucario here! No! He senses me, he can feel my emotions. I've got to keep my head turned. The approaching Lucario speaks to Ryuken, then offers him a poffin. If not for the situation, he would have accepted, but at the moment he was angered. Angered by Buns' trainer, angered by Buns herself, and angered by this invasion of his privacy. His rash nature was taking over, he watched as Buns walked out on the stage alongside the human that had turned her against him. Just when he thought he had something special, it was ripped away from him. Then, to make it worse, this "something special" is presented to him again, only to have it pulled away once more. He had to have her back, and he didn't care what her trainer said. He couldn't feel it, but he just knew. Somewhere deep inside the Lopunny, she cared about him. The two had stopped, they were about to begin their appeals, he couldn't wait, he had to go to her now. Without a word to the other Lucario he ran forward. No longer caring that those around him could see the tears. He stopped on the stage in front of Buns and her trainer. A powerful Aura surounded his body, his eye's glowing a brigh red. He forcefuly points a forepaw at the formaly dressed young woman. She was apualed that even a Pokemon would be rude enough to interrupt her show. Ryuken's eyes glowed in fury, "You!!! You turned Buns against me!!!" By this time one of the judges was yelling for Ryuken to get off the stage. Buns stared at Ryuken in complete shock. He turned to face the judge. "Shut up!!! This has nothing to do with you!!!" Ryuken hadn't even considered the amount of fear that his outburst would create in the crowd. Many people were trying to leave or sitting in nervous anticipation of what was going to happen. After all, a talking Pokemon was not a common thing. Without warning Ryuken dashed over flipped the judge's table, spilling papers about the floor. He turns around, tears in his eyes, as he walks slowly toward the Lopunny. "Buns, please...just tell me you at least care for me..." Buns, slightly scared, turns her head up before responding. "Lop lop lopun loppuny lop." Ryuken froze as the statement sunk in. "You mean nothing to me, you were just a Lucario..." Then she nearly sneared as she spoke her next words. "I don't even remember your name." Ryuken couldn't stop the rage building inside him. He slamed his fisted paw down against the stage, leaving a crack in the floor. Then, slowly, he stands up and begins to walk toward the back stage area, not wanting to cry anymore in front of the crowd. He stared behind the curtains at Stardust as he approached. Maybe she could understand how he felt, maybe talking to a friend would help. But, as if to add insult to his emotional injurys, the snobby young woman reached inside her Pocket and produced a Pokeball. She tossed it out, revealing a feirce looking Persian. It cryed out as it appeared in a flash of light. The trainer points toward Ryuken, yelling out a command. "Feral, attack that Lucario. It was threatening me!" The Persian charged forward, claws ready. It pounces at Ryuken, but he was prepared. Ryuken drops to the floor as the Persian soars over him. He springs up and delivers a kick to it's underbelly as it passes over, sending the now uncontious Cat Pokemon soaring into the crowd. A small group of people rush to get out of it's way as it crashes into the seats. Buns looks on in horror, but her horror only increases when her enraged trainer commands her to attack Ryuken. Nervously she runs forward and begins to swing her paws at him, trying to land a blow as he dodges around her. His battle rage was gone, replaced now by concern. "Buns! Stop! I'm not gonna fight you! Stop this!" But the Lopunny wouldn't stop, in fact, she seemed intent on beating him sensless. But Ryuken couldn't bring himself to fight back.

Nakamura and Masato Nakamura walked out towards the beach when he saw a shiny glaceon wandering around in the grass. "Hmm, that is odd for any glaceon to be so close to the ocean, considering it is an ice type." Confounded Nakamura looked around for it's trainer. "Excuse me miss, sorry to bother you but is this your glaceon?" He asked a passing police officer. "No, not mine." The woman replied. How strange for a glaceon to be so close to the beach with no trainer... He thought. "Okay let's try to catch it. Kabutops go!!!" Nakamura shouted as the green friend ball that held Blade, his scizor, opened as the pokemon embraced the red light, almost happy to be in a battle. "Blade use double team and then go into a metal claw." Masato told the pokemon. "Sci- Scizor!" Blade responded after hitting the glaceon hard. "One more time." Nakamura said. Blade, although a little rusty from not having to battle lately, managed to OHKO the Glaceon with only two Metal Claws. "Okay now Friend Ball GO!!" The pokemon was embraced by the red light. Yes Nakamura thought after the Glaceon was finally caught. "Kabutops, return, Blade return." the two pokemon obeyed. Masato He just left, without even saying goodbye to this poor vulpix. Masato thought chasing after ryuken. Finally catching up to him, Masato saw him being attacked by a familiar face. "Buns?! What are you doing here?! Ryuken get out of the way i'll handle it!" Masato yelled paralyzing the unexpecting Lopunny with a Force Palm attack, making sure to leave her concious. "You alright?" Masato asked ryuken "She will be fine i just paralyzed her, don't worry i'll explain to the young Vulpix you were with. You just go win back that Lopunny." Masato stated

Stardust's Location: Ortus Island: Contest Hall You think you have the answer...As Chris said about maybe having Robyn show him around Johto, her mind went off into her imagination. Most of it was of the two of them around Johto, having fun. She blushed. What was she thinking? She shouldn't be off in her own little dreamland. There was a competition coming. "There's an old man in Cherrygrove who would be more than happy to show you around that town, if you're looking for a tour guide," she joked. "I think I'd be too dazzled by everything to be much of a guide-even though I've been there before." The last time the female trainer had been at Johto, she hadn't spent much time visiting the sights. She had been far more interested in the Pokemon. "A hundred floors of battles? That'd be a lot of Pokemon. It sounds like fun."Stardust couldn’t believe her eyes as she watched the scene unfold. Ryuken had positively lost his mind as Buns and her trainer took the stage. The Lucario flipped out on stage. The fire type understood how upset Ryuken was but it was no excuse to take it out on all those gathered. Just when she thought things couldn’t get wrose, Buns’s trainer ordered her pokemon to attack the fighting type Pokemon. Ryuken easily took care of the Persian but seemed unwilling to harm the Lopunny. Stardust gaped at the scene. How could she?! Why is she?! I know she’s following her trainer’s orders but she still has free will. Arceus knows even I disobey my trainer when she says something I disagree with. This wasn’t right. Robyn liked Chris, who was Ryuken’s trainer, which made the Lucario almost family and no one-not even Arceus himself-would get away with harming the Vulpix’s family while she could do something about it. A thousand options flowed through her mind. What move to go with and how to execute them. “If I use a fire attack I could hit Ryuken.,” she mused to herself, then smiled. “Then I’ll have to make sure not to hit him.” She crouched low to the ground, her hackles raised. A low growl was issued as she began her charge toward the Lopunny. She had almost not noticed what the other Lucario had done. He had paralyzed her target. “Well, this’ll make things easier, she thought to herself, her furry full blown. Inside her, Stardust could feel her fire begging to be released. It burned in her throat but she forced herself to contain it-to concentrate it. She wanted her attack to be at it’s strongest and that would only happen when the fire hurt too much to be contained. There, she was almost on top of the almost defenseless Lopunny before the Vulpix’s attack was to be released. Stardust opened her mouth to unleash her pent up fire attack. The Fire Blast soared from her mouth toward Buns-the force of the attack blew the Vulpix back. At such a close range, Stardust knew the attack would be more devastating than usual. ...I laugh and watch you fall.

Arcanas Location: Ortus Isle Battle StadiumArcanas woke up from his nap from a commotion he had heard going on in the Contest Hall. What in the world is going on here? He picked himself up, and rubbed the sleep from his eyes and made his way over to the contest hall where he had heard the sounds of battle breaking out. He rushed passed the crowd and the security trying to keep him back. This is a contest, why would pokemon be battling?! When he finally made it past the guards, who weren't trying very hard to stop him, he saw a horrific sight. Ryuken, Chris's Lucario was being assaulted, and that girl's Vulpix looked as if she was going to burst. "This is wrong...just wrong. Zelgius, Sharptooth! Both you out out here now!" In a burst of red light, the two pokemon appeared. They looked confused, but because of Ryuken's distress, his mastery over Aura had told the two pokemon all they needed to know. "Zelg, Tooh! HIT THEM ALL WITH EARTHQUAKE!" The trainer commanded his pokemon to use a very risky strike, both of them using Earthquake at the same time, knowing it would strike anything and everything, including each other, but this was desperate. At this moment, Arcanas didn't care who hated him for this. This battle was unnecessary, and he had a feeling there was something more to this island than what was told in the letter. The two pokemon heeded their trainer's command, and Sharptooth took to the skies. They were very familiar with this attack, having done it many times before. In what seemed like an instant, both pokemon were in position, and within seconds of each other, slammed down on the ground shaking up everything in the building, due to the confined space. Arcanas braced himself as best he could, but even he couldn't withstand the force of a W-Earthquake from two very strong pokemon.
