Bianca and Bastian arrived at the apartment building they'd just purchased, jointly, eyeing it suspiciously. It didn't seem too bad, maybe a little . . . . industrial, on the outside, but it was theirs.
"It needs some flowers, or chairs on the front porch. Or something," Bianca spat dryly.
"Definitly," Bastian nodded, folding his palm pilot away after jotting a note or two, "We'll take care of that eventually."
They slipped inside and scraped their boots off, a pair of pale twins, as they looked witha more appreciative eye around the interior of their new investment.

((Hurrr it's Toussaint... Can she have 32? Also, /imagines her in different clothes and stuff. For move in day.))
Toussaint tugged on her short ponytail, trying to get it tighter and hopefully more presentable looking, although nothing could be done about the scuffed sneakers, ripped jeans and faded old band shirt. She had a bright turquoise suitcase in either hand and a French/English dictionary shoved in her back pocket, just in case, and she was ready to take on a whole new life. Toussaint took a deep breath and purposefully assumed a "breezy" air as she passed through the door into the apartment's lobby, looking around for an office or some kind of reception.
Spotting the young man and woman in the lobby with her, she stepped over to them without hesitating, started talking.
"Excuse? I am Toussaint. I would like very much to find lodging here," she said proudly, with a thick Gallic accent.

ShtrDrNGry Tristian blushed profusely as Lucius made his exit, and offered a nervous laugh to Yoshiko. Well then...I guess that leaves just us to get to know one another?(woooo! yoshi-chan is aliiiiive! et: toussaint! elle est francaise! elle est tres mignon!)

Bianca and Bastian turned, curiously. Bianca smiled charmingly and Bastian rolled his eyes. It was starting already.
"Hel-LO, darling! My name is Bianca Quinn, I'm ne of the building's owners."
She slipped an arm into the other girl's gingerly taking one of her suitcases for her.
"We've just arrived as well, you'll be our first tenant, technically. Oh! This is my brother, Bastian."
Bastian merely nodded, politely, and toddled off to work on some figures in his palm pilot. Let Bianca flirt, she had to get it out of her system sooner or later. Better sooner than later.

Toussaint giggled and waggled her fingers at Bastian in a wave around the handle of her suitcase, smiling around Bianca, and then at Bianca.
"You 'ave no other tenants? But surely it is not empty, such a lovely home." She glanced around the lobby. While it didn't look lived in, it certainly had the feeling that people passes through it often enough. "Any'ow, let us go to my room, okay?" Toussaint practically beamed with happiness at working in a colloquiallism.

Bianca led her up the stairs, wagging a finger at her playfully,
"Ah, ah, ah, I said you were our first tenants, not the building's first. My brother and I have only recently come into posession of the building."
She stopped at the door to room 32, taking a ring of keys from her belt.
"Let's take a look here, no? It looks like this one's empty."
She didn't know this for sure, Bastian had all the specs on his computer. Luckily, the room DID turn out to be uninhabited.

((okies... since I don't have them yet, Katharina is a Yuri skintone 4, and Daire is a Sarus skintone 4, since it's nice to actually know what they look like... ))
After only a short while of searching for some sort of living quarters, Daire and Kat came upon this, small apartment building. Daire headed up to the front door and made his way inside, Kat following close behind him. Once inside he looked around for the landlord, or someone who might know where to find them.

((I know she certainly took charge of Toussaint. Although I imagine she's probably more interested in scoping out Bastian. XD ))
Toussaint smiled and stepped into her very own apartment, looking over the room from floor to ceiling.
"C'est certainly lovely. And such a lot of space." She grinned wickedly. "I will have to find someone to keep me company, yes?" If the landlords were any indication of what the rest of the tenants looked like, that would be a fun chore. In fact, she'd love to spend a little time with the distracted looking Bastian. "So, dear Bianca, what is the... euh... money?"
