Jack too fell under the effects of sheer fearful jitters as the Eevee spoke like he was something out of a cheesy horror movie. In that moment Jack would have taken the initiative to step forward and comfort the tormented soul but a flash of light struck him from nowhere and left him seeing spots.
"T-that sounds good..."
The Lopunny agreed shakily to what was suggested to him. He considered informing the Ice of Shimmering Ice next chance he got over what he had just seen, but they hadn't even gotten the kid's name to do so with complete details... Maybe this was just in incident that should just be put far far behind them.

 NikolasNik nodded in response, and carefully floated back up to his usual height, placing a comforting hand on the Lopunny's shoulder as the pair shoulder. He removed his hand just moments later, waving a silent farewell to the waitresses.
"Sorry if that caused any disturbances for you." He told them quietly, feeling embarrassed and shy.
That Eevee had been so... He didn't even know what he was. But he'd certainly made a strong first impression.
He turned and left the cafe, following Jack as the white-furred Normal-type moved ahead of him.

   Tetris && Luka && Flash"Why are we here?" Tetris asked flatly upon entering the cafe, looking around with slight confusion.
"Cuz it looks like a nice place, an' we haven't really done nothin' or gone much uh anywhere since we started livin' here." Luka answered without missing a beat. "'Sides, Ah've been cravin' chocolate like yew wouldn't believe lately."
Tetris didn't argue any further, and followed the Emolga to a table and settled into a chair, watching his partner then trot up to the front counter rather than wait for someone to come around and take their order. Honestly, Luka could be so impatient sometimes.
After a minute, the rodent came strolling back to the table with a fudge brownie on a small plate, which he dug into happily the second he hopped into his seat. He looked up in between bites and noticed that Tetris was staring at him blankly. "Whut? If yew want somethin', yew kin go up there an' ask for it."
"I don't eat, remember?" the Porygon remarked with the closest thing to a raised eyebrow as he could get.
Luka stopped right as he had been about to take another bite. "Right...well...That don' mean yew can't enjoy th' atmosphere." he mumbled sheepishly.
Over at a table in the far corner, a black-and-white Glaceon glanced over at the duo with a sigh, shaking his head at the cheerful display. It was the sort of behavior so darling and typical of guild newbies that it was almost sickening. He took a sip of the hot cocoa in front of him and tried to tune out the other occupants of the cafe, ticking through where he could go after finishing his drink in his head.

Tetris && Luka && FlashLuka paused and turned to the Ponyta in surprise at being addressed, swallowing the hunk of brownie in his mouth before answering. "Really? Ah don' think mah kind're that rare..." he said curiously, tilting his head to one side slightly.
"Mmh, not especially, but Emolga aren't exactly widespread either." Tetris chimed in thoughtfully, "It depends on where you live."
Luka digested his partner's words for a moment before turning back to the Ponyta with a shrug and a friendly--if not slightly lopsided--grin. "Well then, Ah guess there jes' ain't a lot uh us where yer from, wherever that is." He hesitated, taking in the Ponyta's appearance and feeling he should give some kind of comment in return. "But Ah ain't never seen a pokemon that's all rainbow buhfore, so Ah guess we're even."
Oh great, there were more of them. The Glaceon's ears flattened against his head in displeasure, sighing softly and glaring at the ceiling for a moment. Things were getting noisier in here, and he was already in a bad mood...Maybe he'd have to drink his cocoa a little faster, despite it being hot.

Tetris && Luka && Flash"No need for you to worry. Mostly I was just watching him eat, and there wasn't a lot of room for conversation with how enthusiastic he was." Tetris remarked without malice, oblivious to the glare being shot at him from across the table.
"Well anyway," the Emolga turned back to the rainbow Ponyta, "Mah name's Luka, but Ah guess yew could call me...uh, that, if yew really wanna. Ah kin recognize it well enough." He chuckled a little and popped the rest of his brownie into his mouth, while Tetris peered curiously at the other two pokemon.
"You were also prizes in that claw machine? Interesting...It looks like there were ordinary pokemon inside as well." he rambled, as much to himself as to them, glancing the duo up and down to make sure there weren't any real similarities between them and Daisy.

Tetris && Luka && FlashThe faintest of whirring noises could be heard as Tetris paused in thought, then he tilted his head to one side in his version of a shrug. "Yes, we won a Budew from the same machine. Or rather, our other recruit won her, and she has become quite attached to him because of it." The tiniest hint of amusement entered his robotic voice. "She's taken to calling him 'master' and following him everywhere he goes. A rather odd little creature...I wouldn't have thought something like her could function as a living being."
"Ah...adorable...Th-thanks." Luka mumbled, keeping a smile on his face despite the inner instinct to react harshly to being called such a thing. He shook his head a little and cleared away the thought, grinning genuinely again. "But now Ah don' know whut tuh call yew. Ah assume yew've gawt a name?" he asked.

Tetris && Luka && Flash"Arceus..." Tetris echoed thoughtfully. "I have to admit I'm curious about this religion thing, as I've never been able to understand it. I've seen a cathedral in the neutral territory, but I haven't had time to go in and investigate for myself." he mused, almost as much to himself as to the others.
There was a tiny click, and the Porygon blinked. "But right, Daisy. The perplexing thing is that, for all intents and purposes, she is a doll. Alive, but a doll. With buttons for eyes and everything." He sighed, shaking his head a little at the sheer mystery of it all.
"Skittles, huh? Ah kinda like that." Luka chuckled, leaning back a little in his seat.
He grinned awkwardly and rubbed the back of his neck with one paw at the mentioning of his accent. "Uh, thanks Ah guess. Though where Ah come from it's jes' th' way ev'rybody talks."

   Hestia + Heimdall + Iris "Skittles"Hestia let out a serene smile at the mention of a cathedral, "Really? I never knew there was a cathedral for Arceists here." She then sighed, "It sounds so wonderful..."
Heimdall raised a brow, his almost always serious look replaced by one that showed curiosity, "A doll? That is...interesting." He then remembered the other subject, "As for the religion thing...well...I guess it would seem odd to a program right?" He then sipped his hot cocoa some more, "Really, it's a mysterious concept in and of itself...as there are multiple types of it. As for the one Hestia and myself practice...really it's just one of faith." He then thought for a bit as he mulled what he would say next over, "Religion in itself is a way to have something to believe in and fight for. I guess...like say the program equivalent would be a backup disk or some such?"
Skittles smiled, "I'm glad Skittles is a nice name then~ I still never got why I have it but...oh well." He/she then giggled at the explanation of Luka's accent, "Well I think your accent fits well~ It's really interesting~" The rainbow Ponyta finished gazing at Luka in admiration.

"Look at them all, so nooby and pathetic, huh?"
A squeaky little voice sounded right next to where a particular monochromatic Glaceon was sitting.
Sitting right next to him was a rather odd sight.
A Mew, mutilated with burn scars, who hadn't been there before.
The Mew's golden eyes flickered over to Flash as she cracked a little smirk.
"Hi Flash... Havin' fun?~"
Stella knew exactly who and what Flash really was.
However, in her physical state, the Mew wasn't very sure if Flash would even recognize her.
Stella had only recently been released from the Infirmary after recovering from the nasty burns she received whilst helping the Guilds with one of their big missions.
However, the scars still remained.
She used to pride herself on her adorable looks, which she could easily play off to be cute and cuddly.
But now, things were different.
Stella didn't know how to not be cute.

Tetris && Luka && FlashTetris nodded casually. "I'm not certain if it's specifically an Arceist church, but I've heard that there have been a couple marriages within the guild performed there and that it's supposed to be rather...pretty." he remarked, and he turned to blink at the Togepi.
The whirring sound returned, only a little louder and with a couple clicks added into it as the Porygon mulled over the explanation of religion with a perfectly blank look in his eyes. "I see. It is...'spiritual', and a concept people just...feel." The way he said it made it clear that they were ideas that were purely alien to him, but he was at least making an attempt to understand. After all, it seemed important to some pokemon, so it was probably worth knowing something about.
"Fits?" Luka repeated, his earring jingling as his ears twitched curiously. "Huh, Ah never really thought about it that way. An' Ah guess it's interestin' to yeh, jes' like all uh y'all 'round here's accent is interestin' tuh me." he gave a lopsided grin again.
The Glaceon looked up sharply from his cocoa at the new arrival, staring at her as though struggling to remember something buried deep in his subconscious. He knew her, she was...ah...There was so much he didn't think about anymore that it was hard to recall it when he actually needed it!
"I know you..." he said slowly. "I...s**t, when...? Nnh." He huffed in frustration and stared into space, ticking through memory after memory to try and find the little legendary in them.
