Arikku smiled to the young maiko, "Doitashimashite." she said and bowed back. She cleaned off the chair and looked to Kioku with a smile.
"Will you do Kikaru-san or will I Kioku-sama?" she asked walking over to her. She kind of hoped she could do both of the girls. She found doing their hair to be very much fun.

'I can do her hair, if you'd like.' Kioku said with a smile. 'But if you want to, you can.' Kioku said taking out the finance book.

Akasha smiled at Kioku and gave her a hug. "Thank you for getting me to finally do this. It is very fun and gives a sense of accomplishment." she said with a smile. She then bowed realizing that she was over reacting a bit.
She turned to Kikaru and motioned for her to sit.

"Very nice Isayu-san." Kikaru smiled and her gaze flicked to the stylist. If she could do that with Isayu's hair, she wondered what the stylist could do to hers. Her nervousness lessened a bit as she went to sit down in front of Akasha.

She smiled to Kikaru to let her know that everything would be all right. She knew it would hurt in the beginning, only when the wax was first applied. Iyasu walked over to Kyoku and stood next to her. She wasn't sure what to do next.

Akasha smiled at Kikaru, "Don't worry I know exactly how to put your hair." she said in reassurance. She stould up and walked to get some gloves and wax. She put the wax on a stool next to her and began to apply it.
Akasha sculpted Kikaru's hair as with Iyasu's but only into a different style. She mad sure it stuck in the exact spot it needed to. She got a few bows to hold the bun in place and a couple other spots that started as ponytails.
She folded the poytails back and stuck them down with some more wax. She then began to wrap the bun. She fastened the bun and did a couple finishing touches.
She throught the gloves away and got a mirror agian. She handed it to Kikaru. Once agian she was pleased with herself. "You look beautiful Kikaru-san" she said and smiled.

"Once Kikaru is done, Ayami should be out with some kanazashi for you to pick from. Then we can head back home." Kyoku smiled faintly and watched the process of changing a girl to a siren.

She nodded to Kyoku and waited for Ayami to appear with the kanazashi. In the mean time, Iyasu watched Kikaru have her styled. She smiled to her and waited to see her reaction when she looked in the mirror. Her fellow maiko and 'sister' truly looked beautiful.

Kikaru stared into the mirror, barely believing it was herself she was looking at. Her hair was sculpted beautifuly. She looked a little like a doll. Lowering the mirror slightly she looked over to Isayu and Kyoku and smiled, before holding out the mirror for Akasha to take back.

Akasha took the mirror and smiled. She put the mirror on the table behind her. She then looked to Kikaru, "You like it?" she said and smiled agian at the wonderment on the maiko's face.

Kikaru nodded, "It's beautiful, thank you." She looked up at Akasha as she said that, then stood and walked back to her Onee-sama and fellow maiko.

Akasha smiled and bowed to them, "Thank you very much." she said and smiled. She moved the cart over to the sink to start cleaning up. She felt happy to know everybody was happy.
She turned and walked to Kikaru and Iyasu and nodded to them, "You look very beautiful." she said and smiled.

Iyasu bowed a thank you to Akasha and then looked to Kyoku-san. They've been waiting a long time for the kanazashi.

((sorry for the long absense, the whole week's been final crazy!))
"Gomen nasai!!" Ayami apologized hurriedly as she practically flew back into the room. "It was so difficult to choose, the kanazashi were so pretty, and I nearly dropped then several times!"
Giving everyone apologetic smiles, she put the kanazashi on display. One was pink sakura with seed pearls embedded into the silk flowers, another a delicacy of rosy carnations where a tiny dove with blue-pearl eyes perched, tiny silk carnations trailing down so that they would brush the cheek of the one whom they adorned. There were two of blue-silk waves showered with seed pearls to imitate the stars in the night sky, one embroidered with golden thread the other with silver in the pattern of water splashes. Three combs also, one inlaid with mother of pearl in the shape of sakura, one with golden cranes playing in a zirconium rice field, and the last with silver doves and a large pearl moon. Single pins adorned with sakura in various hues of pink and pearls spread out over the table Ayami had put to display them.
"Please, choose whatever you like! I'm sure we have others in different colors if these don't suit..." she added with a bright smile.
