Cadence: here is your answer:
Shinobi types:
Medic Type: Can master all medical jutsus
Chakra Control Type: Can master medical jutsus up to jounin
Any other type: Can master medical jutsus up to chuunin
Our reasoning, medical jutsus require you to have precise chakra control, so yeah...

gregar828 You can have the 4 elements since technically, Youton is the Yonbi's element, your just taking it from him. And you could also start our with fire and earth, but you wouldnt be as proficient with one (As in you cant learn all the genin level jutsu for that element at genin, while with the other one you can), and your third element would be at jounin. Bitchin~ I mean, wohoo! Time to go create some Youton jutsu...Bwuahaha.

Satetsu's shinobi skill would be the ability to manipulate iron sand, that's really it. The melting point of iron is 2786 degrees Fahrenheit. That's enough to char the person using the katon, and whomever it hits... That is a tad excessive. Not to, well, order you around. Well when the sand is melted it can no longer be manipulated, so no, it couldn't really be turned back on the user. Also no it doesn't really cost any more chakra than normal it just takes a strong enough jutsu ( I would say at least chuunin rank for a demon, though I think that even an A rank katon technique from a regular shinobi should be able to melt the sand)

I realize this, but that's like saying that the dragon fire jutsu (which if I remember correctly the description says it can melt stone) should be able to damage the user of the jutsu, but that's not the case. I know that in a perfectly logical world shooting fire hot enough to melt stone out of your mouth would lead to serious repercussions for the user, but this isn't a perfectly logical world, this is the world of naruto. My point is that while I believe that logic is very important, sometimes we have to let things slide to keep gameplay fair, and to correspond to what we already know about the naruto-verse.
As for the turning demon fire back on the user, I think that there would certainly be some ways to do so, but it's not like you can take control of their flame without the use of some jutsu.

I understand that some things have to be different, it wouldn't be Naruto if it was logical. I'm saying that the metal sand seems a little fragile, if you can melt it. I always assumed that Fuuton would be the main problem for a user of this jutsu, since it's a lot easier to scatter the iron sand than melt it. At least, until the metal solidified into a spike or cone, then it would be the Raiton element that might mess with the magnetic field. I'm just spitballing here. I don't know if that makes it weaker as a jutsu, and if the Katon weakness balances it out.
It's possible to make some tubing with the sand and use it to direct the fire back towards the user. Like pipes.

1.You guys say to post our thing in the bloodline check in thread... bu we dont have permission to post there so how can we?
2. Also the sharingans copy abilities... since they watch the enemies hand signs to do it... (at least that was i could tell from the manga and show) Can they copy support ninja jutsus since they require little to no hand signs to pull off jutsus?
3. So your only allowed 3 chunnin rank jutsus when your gennin? thats what i was told but i was also told you could learn any amount.
4. for the people who start off with 3 elements >.> what are the restrictions when it comes to amount of jutsus per element can they learn..
normaly when you hit jounin rank that element can only be learned up to jounin rank >.> at least that was what i was told
5. when the 3 element people get their fourth element how much is the learning limited to?

i haz question...hinote has a rpc in iwagakure right? i know he was there he played the anbu interrrogator npc and his rpc was at the office too so why do i see another at sand academy?

Queston 1: Can I still be in the cloud village, the other day when I made Rykuku and Kataka it said that the cloud village was open... could they atleast that Kata's old spot, seeing as I didn't notice that we had to be accepted.
Queston 2: Can someone please look at my new profile, I would very much appreciate it, my internet is acting funny, so I would like to know in case my internet goes down. so I can post in the abcences thread that I might be gone a while. because as far as I'm concerned until my char is approved, I really don't need to say if I'm going to be gone a while.
Question 3: Can someone please check my Bloodline application, and tell me if it needs to be longer on the rp sample? please do this before you approve my profile.

Fixed it 2. Yes 3. That is what the announcement says, that is what I said, so yes up to 3 chuunin jutsus. Remember, this guild is changing a lot every week, simply because we are still a new guild. We may put in one rule and see that the rule either doesn't make sense, doesn't apply, or is just a bad rule in general. 4. Mokuton is your bloodline jutsus. It's like Aburame clan jutsus, Nara clan jutsus, etc etc. That's the reason why you technically have another element. Aburame have another element if we look at it this way. So you still have earth, water, and your third element is only up to jounin. But at the genin level, to keep things balanced you can only learn 3 chuunin jutsus. 5. I don't understand this question, so i'm going to go with up to jounin, cause that's when you learn your '4th' element
