"For starters, that squirrel doesn't feel a thing...the senbon thrown at it is coated with a very strong sedative. I'm not that cruel," Drake smiled lightheartedly as he held out two fingers. "Second of all, what do you get out of practicing on a dead fish. It's dead and there's no way of bringing it back unless your practicing forbidden jutsus. So a live subject is the best way to train you understand?" Drake pointed out as he explained the next part. "Now Chiyute is the healing hands techniquee. Using your chakra, focus it into a ball, holding it tightly with your hands. This will repair physical damage to another person or creature. The first stage is Karui. The squirrel is just small enough for this to work effectively," Drake told her as he took food from his pack. He broke it apart into little crumbs and began feeding the squirrel to ease his nerves. The squirrel smelled it and began to eat out of his hand.


Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor)
Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

Drake smiled at the kid as he tilted his head sideways, looking at Fenrir curiously. "It's not my place to heal it, it's her job," Drake responded. "And you're hurting it by picking it up, at least when she was lying down she felt no pain."

"You don't understand, my medical skills aren't as great as everyone thinks they are. At most I would be considered a lower chuunin ranked medical ninja. I'm a mere peddler...so if you get injured and the injury is too much for her," Drake explained, "then you could be severely crippled, or even worse die," Drake told him simply. All the time having that same childlike smile across his face.

Fordon ran by focused on his task of being as quiet and quick as possible when he moved. it was a tremendous task do to the double weights and the exhaustion of his body. he keep going though. pain did not phase him anymore. he was starting to get used to the burning sensation. he practiced a few strikes but then left for the next area

The young man quickly snatched the squirrel by the back of its neck and flung it towards a tree. When it looked like it was about to smash into the trunk the squirrel shot out its arms and glided up through the air onto a nearby branch, where it ran off into hiding. The animal-like young man glanced at the peddler. "Well?"

The young man's eye twitched. "So is it gonna be me, or dead animals that you use for your little medical training crap, cuz if I have to sit here all damn day to make sure you don't start chucking shuriken at baby kittens I will!" he barked angrily.

The young man crossed his arms and looked at the peddler in the eyes with a fierce look of resolution. "I already gave you your choices. Quit stalling and pick one." he growled.
