As she got to the person she was running towards she stopped.
"Iris!!!" Cadi grinned. "Hey I heard you became a trainer!" She looked at the pokemon that surrounded Iris then grinned. "it looks like I heard right! How are you?"

"Cadi!" Iris grinned back at her friend, " Yep, you heard right. I'm good. Training pokemon is everything we'd thought it'd be." She joked. "How've you been? Are you a trainer now too?"

Cadi chuckled and then smiled. "Yep! I'm a trainer too. Yeah training pokemon is great but it's a LOT of work. I rest in between long periods of training. I also set goals for myself before I stop. Oh Iris, I have a gift for you." She set the gift box on the ground.  Then backed away. "Okay! Hiro!" She had given the "gift" a special command to do once she called out those words. As soon as she spoke those words out popped Hiro! a lvl 5 male Pikachu!

Iris' eyes lit up, words couldn't to her mouth quick enough or in the right order, her words stumbling. The Pikachu was adorable! She hadn't seen that coming. "Thank you!" She finally managed out as she picked up Hiro, bring him into a hug.
"Thank you, so much!" She couldn't think of any other words to express how awesome this was.

Cadi grinned big watching Iris and the pikachu. She smiled gently. "I've been calling him Hiro, he hasn't battled yet at all I figured you would want to train him all by yourself. ...Speaking of which, Iris do you wanna battle? I've been fighting wild pokemon and other trainers but I'd love to battle a friend."

"Hiro huh?" She spoke softly to the Pikachu. "I like it." Iris turned her attention back to her friend. "Of course! I haven't had a chance to battle another trainer yet but battling you should be fun. How about a two pokemon battle?"

Cadi nodded in agreement. "Alright! And since I've been training so hard I won't use my normal team. Instead I will use my newest pokemon, Geodude and Weedle!"
(Reminder Note: PVP battles use a 1, 6 sided dice. and must list their pokemon species, lvl and HP. (example: LVL 5, Weedle, HP: 12/12 --- The amount rolled on the dice is what you deduct from your battling pokemon's HP. The first pokemon to reach 0 HP faints. - Players may switch out pokemon, but only between the pokemon they are using in battle. The player that has both pokemon faint first looses.)
