Cathrine jumped onto the bed and curled up next to Coree, 'Friends,' she said, 'That sounds good... and I have only heard of foxes in fairy tales my mom use to tell me... it was always about this courageous fox name... well I can't remember the name something like Marvin,' she said, 'But its the truth... seriously... so sorry for not believing you... anyways I think you more of as a box,' she said with a grin.

Mist growled a bit, but let it slide. Annoying female... He thought.

Kyoshi stayed quiet between the two females conversation and almost pulled the trigger on his Beretta. As both females parted ways he walked slowly to where his apartment was but then turned the corner, down two streets and into a car garage. He entered the elevator and went up to the fourth floor. As the elevator doors opened, he walked down the semi-lit hallway and stopped into the what appeared to be a waiting room. On the other side, the was another person waiting. "I knew you would come." Said a sultry, female voice. "You didn't give me much of a choice." "I highly doubt that." "Just cut to the chase and tell me what you want." "I want you to kill somebody for me." "I got that much. I mean I am a hitman." The female voice chuckled softly. "You haven't changed abit, Kyoshi." "I prefer to keep this transaction professional." He said with an edge in his voice. "Of course. Now, I have here an envelope. I want to read it when you get home for security reasons." A large, yellow envelope slid in front of his feet. "I do apprecitate this, Kyoshi." Her tone sounding affectionate. Kyoshi barked with laughter. "This doesn't mean I accept the job you know." He picked up the envelope and turned to leave. "It really was good to see you, Kyoshi. I hope we meet again." She said with hope. Looking over his shoulders he gave her a dark look. "I never want to see you again. Even if I take it. If you get in my way I will kill you." He looked straight ahead at the exit to leave. "Your still upset about what happened to her?" He stopped. "Upset doesn't even beginning to describe it." He left, ignoring whatever else she was going to say. Leaving the garage he went to his apartment, alert if anyone decided to follow him. Thankfully, no followed. Entering his apartment he threw the large yellow envelope on the table, ignored Dusk and went to his room with the envelope Zaine gave him. He hid it where no one could find it and then laided down. He wasn't going to take the job. No matter if was going to be paid a million or a billion dollars. It was the fact that his would-be "employer" was from his past. As for having Dusk, he wouldn't be able to take on jobs since he was babysitting until Zaine came back, however long that took and well in the mean time, he could consider this a vacation. Laying down on his bed, sleep came to him quicker than before.

Dusk was huddled under a blanket when Kyoshi came in. She was about to yell at him but shut up when he threw the envelope on th table. Her curiousity peaked and she waited till he was in his room. She listened for him to be quiet, stood up, and put her ear lightly to his door. The calm breaths telling her he was asleep.
Well then, She thought. Off to raid the house. She smirked and began a search, quietly, of his house.

'It was good to see you again, Kyoshi.' The voice kept repeating in his head. It was like a chant that never cease to say those damning words. His dream was blank at first, in which he welcomed, but then it went into a nightmare with his would-be "employer" showing her face. 'The viper!' He yelled at her. 'Vixen!' She smiled. 'Traitor!' She laughed. 'I hate you!!!!' He was tossing and turning, again the nightmare holding him in place. It was no wonder he sometimes was tired and grouchy. He couldn't wake up, sweat was beading down his forehead. This was the worst night in the world!

Dusk walked around the smallish house, a few pieces of colored glass in her hands when she heard slight thrashing in the room that Kyoshi was in. "Huh?" She put her ear to the door and listened. His breathing was almost frantic, and she could feel that something was wrong. Quickly, Dusk put her findings on the table and went back to the room.
"Hey..Kyoshi!" No answer. "You ok?" still nothing. "Kyoshi!"

'No! Get away!' Kyoshi heard her voice. The viper's voice reached him like no other. It was constricting. This was her plan. Instead of being the hunter, he was being the hunted and it looked as if the traitor was going to claim her prize. 'Have to get away.' He said breathlessly. He turned on to his side and curled up into a ball. It may have seem childish but if one knew what he had gone through in the past and how bad it effected him, one would feel for him. It was tearing him apart from the inside out.

Dusk smelt the air, and sensed darkness. "s**t..." She tried to open the door, finding it locked. "Well...I'll just fix it later." She used shadows to get inside of the room and saw Kyoshi curled up. What? She thought. Walking over, She touched his back lightly.
"Hey...you ok?" Dusk was in a stance that was ready to run, just in case she was attacked.

Something ice cold touched him. Without clear awareness, he slapped the hand away and curled tighter into a ball. The laugh was still going. It knew no end. It was the never ending laugh. He had wake up. There was no way it was going away. He had to find solace in the reality of the world instead of this dream world. It was nothing but a trap.

Dusk clutched her hand. "Ow!" She glared and kicked at him, pushing him off the bed. "If you hate the dream so much, wake up!" Quickly, she went to the door, ready to sprint if he chased her. Dusk had a feeling he wasn't someone who liked to be awoken....

Then it happened. Something kicked him off the bed and he hit his head on at the corner, stars were circling his head. That woke him up, the fading image of "her" and her smile and her laugh. It was receeding away and nothing was left. Kyoshi opened his eyes, everything a blur and his head bleeding. He touched it and looked at the red liquid on his fingers. He wasn't going to take the job unless it ment he could kill the one thing that made him wonder this god-forsaken earth as a total outcast. His mind began to clear and then he thought about Dusk. Was she even here? If she was, she must be sleeping. If she was sleeping through all that he would be amazed. It felt bad in treating Dusk the way he had but it was just his nature. He was the jerk and he wasn't going to deny it. The bleeding didn't stop and he just refused to get because he didn't trust his legs or his mind. He just hoped that Dusk wasn't around to see him and ask him personal questions.

Dusk noticed the blood. "Oops...sorry..." She ran to the kitchen and grabbed some towels, wetting them with warm water. "I didn't mean to kick you that hard!" She knelt by him, well crouched. Dusk was prepared to run soon, knowing that he probably didn't like being kicked.
"Um...here!" She held out the towels. "Please don't kill me..." She could run quickly, but it was raining, and she had gotten wet enough today.

Kyoshi blinked at the moisted towel in her hand. He took it and placed it over his bleeding head and left it there. The towel covering his eyes and put his hands down, not even applying pressure. She saw him. She saw him in an uncomfortable situation. "I..." He cleared his throat. "I don't kill innocents. Don't you ever pay attention?"
