Blade finished the meat on his plate and burped, excusing himself, and rubbed the bulge in his scaly belly. He reclined on his tail and was clearly much more relaxed than he was earlier. "You have great skill in cooking." He told his hosts pleasantly. "The meal was very good."

"Good night ma'am. I hope that you sleep wonderfully." The vampire said, "Thank you for accepting us into your home, and for giving us jobs. Jobs were not an easy thing to come by for vampires. She would take any chance she got.

Aika nudged Talos gently as she nuzzled him before waking up. She’d smile as she had a bright idea of how to wake up. Another swim under the moonlight with him this time a bit more romantic as she kiss his lips and broke the kiss. “Romantic moonlight swim?”

"Are you sure you are ready for another swim my love?" Talos said glad she was awake but unsure if she rested enough. He sat next to her and kissed her as he hugged Aika lovingly letting her know that she did not have to push herself harshly.

“I’m ready for a swim, if you are.” She’d kiss him back fully as she deepened the kiss with happiness. Her eyes closed as she placed her hand on his cheek. She showed him that she had the energy to do this. She wanted him to know that she would be okay for another swim farther out this time.

After a few minutes of passionate kissing Talos pulled back slowly and nodded as he smiled.
"So long as you are sure my love I will be glad to join you." Talos said as he offered Aika his hand to get her out of the bed. "First I want to see you make it to the lake my dear lady."

Aika took his hand gently as she smiled. “Shall we?” She’d stand up as she looked at him. Her body seemed fully restored and healed as she stood next to him again kissing his lips passionately. She was truly happy as she placed her hands on either side of her own face upon his.
She'd soon break the kiss as she released his face from her hands. She'd then begin to walk outside of the house to where the lake was. She wanted to swim in the lake with Talos dearly especially now that she was rested enough that she didn't feel tired anymore or sleepy.

(OoC: Whoa! I've really fallen behind here...)
Jasper felt a pull on his mind and shut down to investigate it. He mentally followed the trail of the pull, trying to stay anchored to his body but unaware of what was going on around him. A sudden asault of images and emotions forced him to recoil away and draw back into his own form. His eyes opened and he stumbled slightly dazed. Jaz didn't know how long he'd been out of it, but it had been long enough for him to forget what Sheena had said or asked him.

Sheena would change her tactics as she looked at Jasper. She would take his hand in hers. She’d eventually just hug him close to her floating form as she fluttered her fairy wings in the air. “It will be alright. Stay anchored to this world. It is where you belong.” Her voice seemed calm choosing not to usher in worry or panic as she placed her head upon Jasper’s.

Talos followed after Aika satisfied that she was not going to pass out so soon. They found themselves at the lake once more and Talos hugged Aika warmly before they entered the water.
"I'm glad to be able to share this moment with you Aika." Talos said as he kisses her neck. The more he was with Aika the more his feelings swelled with affection for her.

Aika smiled as she placed her hand to his head. She enjoyed his kisses dearly. She’d turn herself gently as she hugged him and started walking backwards pulling him into the water with her. She wanted to enjoy the water with him and if it meant leading him into the water for once she would. Her eyes closed once they were both submerged as she moved his lips from her neck to her lips once they were fairly deep in the water that it would look like only bubbles coming to the surface. Something would happen however that felt off to her as she felt like the forest was crying out.
A crisis she could not foresee as she broke the kiss feeling something happening above the surface as the water began to freeze over. The forest was fighting back after the tether between Aika and the forest was broken as she began to shiver in Talos arms. It was nothing like before as a storm raged above the surface and she felt like she couldn’t breathe that she had to kiss Talos again just to retain any air still in her body and hope that he could help her breathe as she felt like she was going to pass out.

Talos was confused as he felt Aika shiver in his arms. Her lips that pressed against him seemed to be feeling colder as well as Talos knew there was something wrong. He quickly surfaced to discover the skies had cracked open with a violent thunderstorm.
He looked at Aika to discover not only was she getting colder but the lake itself was suddenly getting colder as well. He quickly took her in his arms and ran back to the house to get her out of the rain and icey water. His strong legs bounded across the land with little difficulty as he looked for a blanket or anything that could warm her up.

Aika shivered violently as she lay in his arms. Her body seemed to be cold to the point she seemed hypothermic. Her entire body couldn’t compensate for the cold she felt as she could tell the forest was fighting her. It was fighting back for the tether being broken as she started to try to recreate the link before the forest did kill her in a more physical sense.
“Here wrap her in this and quickly, before the cold kills her. I’m afraid she’s going to have to reestablish the link to the forest if she is to survive beyond getting warmer. The forest is fighting back now. It needed her to survive and now it’s making a stand by becoming wild.” Sheena looked at Talos holding a large blanket and a fur that could be used to warm Aika before returning to Jasper’s side.
Aika continued to recreate the tether but with a few failed attempts she managed to reform it, but by that time she had already fallen unconscious from the extreme cold that the forest was waging upon her.

Talos hurriedly covered and embraced Aika as best he could. He cursed out the natural world that clung so to the person he loved. His heart filled with much anger as he found himself having to control himself before his appearance changed. How pathetically pitiful of the natural world around here to strike out at the woman who sacrificed so much for it already.

“The tether is formed again, the nature should quell to peaceful and make peace with her. Take her to the lake. I shall purify and warm it enough to possibly reverse the affects of the previous damage.” Sheena would have to leave Jasper as she kissed his cheek gently and flew outside to the lake and begun her dance which didn’t take long to do. She got rid of all the ice and heated the lake considerably. The lake was like hot springs now. She’d return shortly to Talos as she looked at him. “Take her now, but breathe for her for the time being.”
