Indeed. He lived in a fairly small loft. One area was the kitchen area, a few other areas were partitioned off by curtains. Dax sat on the couch and gave her a little smile. Smudge on his cheek!

Dax closed his eye (A wink or a blink, one couldn't tell). "A lady wouldn't want to set foot in this place." He smiled. "At least it's clean and nice."
There were a few books on the table, looked to be schoolbooks.

Nadia noted them and looked away. School was a private thing, especially when you were as old as Dax. Clearly he wasn't pursuing higher education, but instead learning something he'd missed.
