"Woah. You've been through a lot in the time we haven't spoken." Lance and Clyth now reached Alayah and Raiden and Lance saw the stone. "Hey. What's this?" he asked although he was pretty sure he had an idea. It shined not brilliantly but he figured that it was mostly because of the rain. Lance tried to look at it but it was hard to do so as his normally burning red hair was now wet and in front of his eyes with that blood color to it. His eyes scattered wildly about as he examined the jewel that may very well have been priceless. "Wait." he commanded. "Something about this possible gem seems very familiar. It may or may not be fake but if it's worth a lot and is very hard, we could probably find out what it is." Lance finished as a cold wind whipped around his face causing him to tighten his knuckles from the sting. Lance had managed to hear what Raiden had said just as he and Clyth interrupted. So now he was able to say "However, I do agree with the idea of Raiden's that is to seek shelter before trying to learn anything of this stone or one another." Lance was freezing, his hands clenched so tightly his knuckles were as white as the snow that he had so often seen fall threw the bustling city where he normally stayed.

"Yeah, lots..." Clyth agreed. he has his arms stretched far out. When he caught eye of the jewelry he payed little interest but still looked at it. "What are you doing with that rusty chain?" Clyth asked as the chill went through the air. Clyth didn't seem to notice since he was hardly ever bothered by cold.

((Is not. >.> ))
Raiden sighed heavily at both boy's comments. "We can wash it off at my apartment." He said, an edge to his voice he didn't mean. Turning sharply he moved quickly, eager to get out of the wet. His brown hair was plastered to his skull, thoughts of the mud below him came to mind as he pushed wet locks from his face. The gem that matched his eye's in color stayed at the front of his mind, the size indeed made him think of a child's plastic toy, but it struck at some distant memory, or a dream of a dream. All in all, he would of rather had the other two not of seen it.
And maybe if he had lost them, yes, the Imariquan would of liked that too. They seemed to drag trouble around on a heavily frayed leash, it always tempted to break out and turn on the ones who might try and control it. He paused a few times when walking to home, checking to see if he had lost Lance, Alayah, or Clyth, his name was Clyth?
Several times he thought he saw Minixi's demon eyes watching him from rock or tree, but a second glance always proved him wrong. "It never seemed this far away, my home that is, I guess the rain just makes it seem further..." Raiden tried to make idle chit-chat, as he turned towards a building, leading his group up several stairways, he stopped at last in front of a door. His door. Room 403. "Do not," he hesitated when getting out a key to unlock the door to emphasize his next few words. "Get mud on anything, so take off your shoes outside." Finishing with the key, he slid it back in as just as he kicked off his shoes. The dirty souls landing flat on the ground just to the right of his door, and with a sigh Raiden entered his home in socks and flicked on the lights.
But, how safe was his apartment compared to every other place they could have gone? All he hoped for now, was that the seemingly reckless ones would not break anything.

Lance was first in line to come in and he first took off his shoes before stepping in. He placed them beside Raidens and then looked around. "Hey." he said curiously. "What's this?" he went over to a strange object that not even he had ever heard of and began to tinker around with it. *Tinker, tinker, crack, SHATTER!!!* There was a loud sound from what Lance had been toying with. It had cracked and the pointed top he was playing with fell off. His eyes widened to the size of dinner plates and he said "Oops. Sorry." He picked up the piece in his hand and tried balancing the swirled scrap of metal on the top of the object it came for. He looked at Raiden with a disappointed, look on his face looking like he was a little boy who had just broken his mother's priceless diamond ring. But when he looked at Raiden he was disappointed by what he saw. 'Uh-oh." he said as he began to cower with his arms in front of him.

((of course, haha, you knew it was coming...))
Alayah followed close behind Raiden and Lance. Her flat, slip-on shoes made a very slight splashing sound as she stepped through the thin layer of water over the cement. Her black shoes ran together with the dark and deserted street that they crossed. Soon, they were back on the sidewalk and heading into the apartment complex. Alayah arrived on the doorstep, and delicately slipped her shoes off before stepping over the threshold, careful not to step on the outside before she stepped inside. Otherwise, she might track in a small bit of shoe-dirt. As she stepped inside, she saw that Lance had already made himself at home; too at home. Soon after she walked in, there was a slight crash as Alayah gasped slightly. She didn't even have to look; she knew what had happened. Alayah sighed. After that, she raised her hand and slapped her forehead down in it ((*facepalm* xD)). Without making eye contact, she sighed again and said, "Lance... you're hopeless..." Alayah gave an apologetic look to Raiden. She had just entered, and she felt like she had overstayed her welcome. "How much human do you have in you anyway..?" she asked Lance. "I'm five-eighths here..." after a minute, she said, "You can't find pure bloods anymore, there's just too many humans and our race is diminishing. Either that, or... going back... home?" she said in a questioning tone, raising an eyebrow at no one in particular. Would I really call it home? I don't even remember it... I'm not even sure if I would recognize it...

"Nice going Lance." Clyth said from the hallway. He did not enter the room, he was just happy to be in a building. He leaned against the wall and looked out a window to the city. "I'll stay out here for awhile..." Clyth said in a tired way. Food and rest were lacking in the previous hours, so he almost fell asleep when he slumped down against the wall.

"I'm actually pretty close. My blood type is OX so I have little human blood in me. But that little is accounted for. I have many habits of humans but many non-habits. I think I'm about 8/10 or 4/5. So I must have strong human blood in me." Lance was still wandering around when he found a couch and a lamp next to it. "Hey. How do I turn on this lamp?" he asked. He was already tinkering with it when he heard something.

Raiden winced, sighing as his small carousel-like music box from home was broken. It had always reminded him of the towering pinkish red and white tents that the circus came in. This one though, had figures of people riding horses, figures thought to be of legend and myth. An mournful song would play if you twisted a small dial hidden on the bottom, which reminded him a few songs played in a 'epic' movie he had viewed a few times- Lord of the Rings. His father's favorite, actually, for it reminded him of the tall tales he had grown up with. Raiden twitched as he held back anger when the poor human-like thing tried in vain to fix it. One of the few things he did have of... Home.
But Lance had only broken the top, and so the song should still play. Raiden breathed out slowly, counting to ten silently on his fingers, a habit he took from his mother. Flashing a light smile when he was done, he turned to Alayah- Ignoring Lance, "Don't worry, I can fix it later." Taking just a few steps, he hummed the Music Box's song to himself as he picked up the broken bits and gently took them to the other room. His apartment wasn't huge, by any means, but it had three nicely sized 'rooms'. The cozy kitchen attached to the living area, a bathroom in the hall down towards his bedroom. No room for this many guests to spend the night, which made the Imariquan smile in spite of himself.
He glanced to Clyth, standing alone in the hallway, with a frown. "Why not sit on the couch while I retrieve some towels?" He nodded to himself, half listening to the other two talk to each other as he quickly got four fluffy white-blue thick plush towels from a half-hidden closet and handed them out ignoring the female's questions about 'Lance's percent human', he only paused in his rushing to stop Lance from attacking his Lamp. "Like this." He tossed his towel, the most worn, over his shoulder after having given out the others. "Just turn this little switch..." Raiden moved back and rubbed his blueish towel on his hair and, laying it across his shoulder when he was done once more he pause to survey his guests. Did any did want to change clothes? "Anyone wish for some thing dry to change into?" He raised a brow, eyes placid. Turning to move to the kitchen to rummage for snacks he waited for a reply. Coming back soon after, Raiden laid out bags of chips and other such foods that were readily available on a short dark wood table in the middle of his living room.
Only Hoping they wouldn't cause him to have to lie tonight.

Lance saw the snacks and asked "Are these for us? Wow. Thanks!" Lance stood up and took a bad of Doritos which he could never seem to resist no matter what the situation. Of course, he tried to open the bag in a more formerly way: usually he would just pop the bag open by squeezing it from the bottom and catching the spicy, cheesy chips that came out of the bag and into the air in his mouth. But this time he merely opened it from the top and began to eat them one by one without stuffing his face as usual. But before he opened the bag he said in response to Raiden "Well I do have a another change of clothes in here." Lance paused to take out a small backpack little in it except for his clothes. "I suppose I'll change in the bathroom then?" he finished with question in his voice. Now he was walking towards where Raiden had said the bathroom was but slowly so as to hear the response from Raiden.

"Hmm?" Raiden forced a light smile at the fact that Lance seemed to hold himself back from making a mess with the chips, with a gesture behind him- towards the bathroom, he shrugged lightly. "I'm surprised you have a change of clothes..." He took a few steps the left to get out of the way, "And, yes, yes use the bathroom..." He licked his lips, trying to hide the fact that the way Lance had devoured his chips disgusted him. Once again he moved back to the kitchen, walking lightly as Raiden tried to make his sock-covered feet's footsteps as quiet as possible. As he always did in his house, returning from the cold tile floors of his kitchen, he set random numbers and canned drinks on the table next to his snacks. "I have some apple juice too, if you want..." Raiden let his voice fade as he held back a heavy sigh.

Clyth shook his head to Raiden. Unlike some of the others might he wasn't going to bother with making himself at home. "Thankyou for letting me inside, I am fine." Clyth said nodding his head so it hung limp, and had his eyes barely open. His cuts finally got a chance to heal, and were no longer bleeding. He mumbled something, then slumped down even further.

Alayah gave a slight snort as Lance replied that he was "nine tenths Imariquan." He probably didn't know... Alayah looked at Raiden with unchanging sympathetic eyes as he tossed them towels, then set out to get some snacks and drinks. Alayah caught the towel, but almost dropped it in the process, looking down at the towel, then back at Raiden. There seemed to be something uncomfortable about him. Most likely, he was just overwhelmed at having so many people invade his personal space. Which reminded her how gracious he was being, seemingly against his will. "Thank you very much," she replied, her eyes changing to a kind and grateful look.

Raiden pursed his lips at Clyth's words. "At least sit on the couch, I mean... It's simply more comfortable." A light smile lit his lips, but the small sign of happiness did not touch his eyes. Nor did any of the smiles he had shown today. He licked his lips, eyes gliding over the room, pausing to watch as rain splashed his window. At the thought of water, it was as if a small creek had started flowing, bearing memories of his brother. Did he really have to rain, today? Ripping burnt aqua eyes from the window, he built a dam holding the river back. He silently built up the wall to suppress though depressing thoughts, and with a few steps drew a thin drape over the window. All of this, only took a few quick seconds in his head, as he had raced against himself to block those thoughts. "No problem, Alayah." Raiden smiled, grinning with eyes placid. "Do you need something else? Either of you?"

Alayah shook her head and smiled. It was a true smile, almost saying that he'd done too much. She was slightly embarrassed, but she tried to be the most sincere she could be. Alayah took a chip and bit into it. There was a small crunch as the taste of Doritos woke up her taste buds. She finished eating the chip, then reached into the bag once more. This time, she pulled out three chips and extended them out to Raiden, then turned to Clyth, rotating her hand in offering between the two.

Clyth still didn't move. He was practically asleep and soon he was. His unkempt hair drooped down over his forehead, shadowing his face. His head wrap loosened and fell to his lap.
