Aen sat, refusing to tell the covanent the location of Lord Hood. The brute from before had an expression in his eyes saying 'Damn Elites..... Brutes would just kill the weakling and be done with it. The Elite asked again. "Where is Lurd Hud?" Aen laughed at this, being said wrong by the Elite.
(If you remember from the book Halo: The Flood, the Ossoona said, instead of 'Keyes', 'Keezz')

Sarah just gritted her teeth when she saw the explosion a ways off, and managed to use the chain to pull the block out just a little bit. When she could get a grip on it, she pulled with her fingers to have it fall onto her leg silently. She grinned and turned, hiding the now open loop from view.
A few minutes later an Elite strolled into the room and ordered the brutes to leave, suprisingly. When they were alone in the room it stalked up to her. Sarah thought the thing was stupid to think she was still tied up.
"Where is your Lord?" It asked, thrusting its head in Sarah's face. "Tell me and I will not kill you...yet."
Sarah took the oppertunity to slide the chain off, ever so quietly. When she did not answer, the Elite thrust its head even closer and repeated its question, this time more threateningly.
That was all Sarah needed. With the side chain gone and her hands in front, Sarah quickly thrust the iron chain around the alien's neck, crossing her hands and pulling it taunt with all the strength she had. The Elite's would-be yell was cut off instantly. She continued to squeeze it tighter until the alien fell dead, its oxygen supply depleted. She let go and the Elite fell to the ground. She looked herself over quickly, noting a few bruises where the Elite had tried unsuccessfully to undo her iron pull. She breathed a soft sigh of relief that the alien had thought she was done for, and thus brought no weapons. Quickly she pulled the cloth down from her mouth, the chains knocking quietly against each other.
"I knew these chains were bad for people, aliens and humans alike," she muttered, before searching the Elite. Soon she found a key, and tried it. It worked on her feet.
"Probably was going to take me somewhere else if I didn't answer," she murmured while slipping off the shackles. With that, she got up and ran out silently, looking for Liz or Tex, keeping watch for her weapons or any enemies, and marveling that one Elite could actually be so stupid.

*Looks up and hears Shinta's scream*
"What the hell was that!?"
Sees the Brutes that are standing gaurd next to a door, and quickly gets out of the open. Luckily, thy were talking with each other and didn't notice
"Phew!"

Aen stood up, holding his side, the brutes were strong with thier kicks. "Nice seeing you here" He said. He looked around, and one of the walls seemed to be bending the light, taking form of an Elite. It was faint, but he could see it. "We still have company" He said, pointing with his head at the Elite.
(Wow........... well, anyway, what color armor do Ossoona's wear?)

( Usually black, although sometimes the really "Prophet-blessed", as they are called, have pure white armor on, and are equipped with shielding for the active camo. Another type of this is the Elite Honor Gaurds, who have orange-ish armor on, and a sword, but without shielding.)

Liz ran around a corner, spied several grenades and a Brute weapon, but one that she hadn't seen before, it was shaped like a giant warhammer. She ran over to it, picked it, along with the grenades up, and waited in the shadows for the Hunters to come around the corner.


Meanwhile, back at the hangar bay of the ship...

Tex turned and raised her gun, then, seeing the Elite's form, stopped. "Oh, it's you." She said as the Elite unvieled itself, the pure white armor glistening in the light. "So it seems that the Spartans are not all dead on the ship yet." He turned to Aen and the Grunt. "My name is 'Nossasami (nOs-sas-am-E), and I am cloned from that Elite. The cloning process on Aquatos was able to continue, thanks to you, and with the fast cloning process, I was able to be formed before you lifted off. I have been taking out any other patrols that have passed near you as you saved the Marine." "With my help." The ST said, looking at the Elite. "Doesn't matter. We need to get the Vette back or Liz will kill us." Tex said, picking up the KO'ed Elite and walking out of the room.
