Mike recalled all of his Pokemon and ran over to Mitsu, eyes welting with tears. He grabbed her arm and ran towards the Pokemon Center.
Upon arrival Mike almost threw his Pokemon at Nurse Joy and collapsed on the couch, speechless.
He looked over at Mistu, with a blank stare on his face.

"Venerax?" Kasiya winced, the bike slipping a bit. "What kind of name is that?" She grit her teeth and ignored the pain. "And why would you have a question for me?" She cried out again as the bike slipped to the ground. "Stupid wrist!" she yelled at the ground, her eyes growing all teary again.

She was once again hurried to the PokeCenter as she watched Mike give his Pokemon to Nurse Joy. They had been threw a lot and she did nothing. Mike collapsed on a couch and he looked up to her with a blank stare. Mitsu, who was still standing looked into his eyes for a split second and then turned away. "Why wouldn't you let me help?" she asked, her voice shaky as a lone tear found it's way to the floor.

"Well, Venerax is kind of my name, you know born and raised with it," Venerax replied sarcastically, though softened up as he heard he cry out. "Well, actually you knew the best place to take the fossil, and since I didn't really anyone else that I could call for info. . .I thought why not the almost complete stranger who beat me up, but at least gave some good advise." He leaned up against the tree."

"I...I didn't want anything to happen to you...if even one stray drop of poison hit you I'd feel so terrible. I really care about you alot Mitsu and I don't want to lose you!" Mike rose from the couch, turned Mitsu around, and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into a close embrace.

"Can I call you Ven for short?" she managed another chuckle, kicking at the bike on the ground. "You know," she said finally. "I think my wrist is broken. And it really, really hurts!" She sat down on the ground, and let Ariel numb it again with her cold Water Gun. "Don't you remember?" she said again, blinking back tears, "that I told you there's a research lab on Cinnabar Island that is working on fossil regeneration? You need to find a way there, but you might have to Surf there on a Pokemon. I don't know what the trains are like."
She stopped for a moment, before realizing she had dropped the Moon Stone she had in her pocket for Mike. "Oh no, where could it be?" she asked, sounding panicky. "Come on out, Shocker! Use Flash! Help me find the Moon Stone," she said desperately.

Mitsu stood frozen in his warm embrace. Her heart skipped a beat. "M-Mike," She began, "I don' want anything to happen to you or your Pokemon either." She pulled away. "You won't be able to protect me forever. Any amount of physical pain can't match the emotinal ones I felt when you wouldn't let me help." She closed her eys as more tears found thier way to the floor.

"I'm sorry, I won't let it happen again, I'll let you help next time if you let me alright?" Mike wiped the tears from her eyes and smiled, some tears of his own finding their way down his face.

"Oh no, I know that I have to get to Cinnaba...FLASH! That's why I'm calling, I taught Cal Flash, but he can't use it to brighten areas, he can only use it breifly in battle," Venerax exclaimed. "And I don't know why. You're wrist might be broken then why are you trying to ride you're bike? You'll just end up hurting yourself more! And yeah you can call me just Ven."

"Okay." She replied. No longer crying she wipped her tear stained face and hugged Mike once more. A smile found it's way to her lips as well.

Mike felt safe in Mitsu's loving embrace, his heart started to flicker as the two drew closer. "I'm glad you are my friend Mitsu, you are the greatest..." he pressed closer to her, not wanting to let go.
