Well, that's the question. Do I destroy the Hand from within, or do I USE the Hand to become something better?
There is no law in New York right now. Surely you've noticed. The cops are as bad as any street gang. Hell, the cops are in business with the street gangs, now.

Social progress? ******** social progress. We're talking about basic survival of people who can't defend themselves. How can you hunt wolves WITHOUT a weapon?
I trust cops a lot less than you seem to think I do. But there have top be some cops that can be trusted.
