The stench of death was stronger than it was last night. "Somebody was killed here recently..." Slowly, he made his way into the park and checked around him for that vampire he had a confrontation with last night.

She let out an unexpected shiver. "Kamahl....." She had not expected him to come back so soon. This wasn't good.

Kamahl walked over to where Layna was standing. His face looked rather solemn right now. He sniffed the air about him and finally said, "The vampire who is hiding can come out of the bushes."
Kamahl looked back at Layna. "I know what you've been up to. Word has been spreading about outside the vampire coven."

She bit her lip and looked down. "I'm sorry...." She muttered. "I have a loyalty to uphold with my friends. I can't just let them die....."

"Loyalty is a rare quality nowadays....but don't get your loyalties mixed up. The elders will find out this so-called betrayal soon enough, unless they have already found out. I can't protect you or your friends from the upcoming onslaught."
He continued to scan the area about the two.

Ligato "Well isnt that a fact." Jeff smiled at the man. He wondered about this human. "There's plenty of things that go bump in the night that I'm not in the least bit worried about... are you?" "Oh really now, what kind of things would you be talking about?" He would not say anymore, just stand there wondering about the person he was talking with. It was strange, they acted like they knew about the creatures that wandered here at night.

Kareesata In a distant corner of the park, a human body fell limp to the ground. In his neck, there were two distinct marks - puncture wounds. It was clear his death was of a vampire.
From where the body fell, a young girl sat high on a branch. This was only one of many of Takiko's recenty feedings. Now she finally felt content with how much blood she possessed.
Takiko knew the fresh kills would attract someone's attention.
Silently, Takiko jumped off the tree, landing silently on the ground. With soft footsteps, she walked through the damp grass on the ground.

"When they come for you, you will be dead. They will show no mercy towards you or any who attempt to protect you. The best thing for you to do now is go back to lycan territory....go back and lay low until the battle is over."
Kamahl paced back and forth a bit while he was thinking. "If not that, then you must go plead your case to the lycan elders. They may show more mercy than the vampires will."

Neveah had no real intention of coming out but his foot snagged one a root and he came tumbling out of the bush landing at Kamahl's feet. He quickly jumped to his feet and dusted himself off like nothing happened. "u mm... Hi I'm Neveah."
