Toshiyo looked around a the random happenings of the dining hall trying to figure out were he was going to sit at, when he stepped foreward someone bumped into him making his mechanical arm hit the edge of the table, sure if this was any normal arm it wouldnt do what was about to happen. From that a loud shreiking ring rang out in the whole dining room for a good 3 minutes, possibly leaving those with sensitive ears deaf and others just annoyed. He looked around as people started to cover their ears, he wanted to say sorry but too late now it was all done mind as well go find a place to sit. Toshiyo walked to the back corner into an empty booth and sat down immediately the booth around him froze into a winter wonder land.

Kana nodded quietly as she listened to him speak, still chewing slowly on her mouthful of fish. It seemed very true, actually. Well... maybe not. She'd really only met a few people, the first being Koichi. He, Kazan, and Kaze all seemed pretty happy, and they still had a family that they were able to go visit whenever... She blinked, absently poking the salmon with her fork, when Yuri suddenly asked the question. She blinked, stabbing into the fish in her surprise. She stared at it for a second or two, eyes slightly wide, as she slowly pulled the fork back out of it and set it down. Then she looked up at him, head tilted very slightly. "Does that mean..." she paused, sounding uncertain. "Does that mean you'd always be around? What if you have somewhere you have to go? I can't ask that of you..." She quieted for a second or two, and then looked down at the table. "Besides, I... I'm teaching myself how to use my powers, so I'll be ok..." Though, she knew she'd proven just earlier how bad she was at that, when facing Suka. But she also had a feeling he was pretty strong and she was just a beginner. She didn't really stand a chance at all. "I can't... ask you to do that..." she repeated again.
Then she suddenly froze as a shrieking sound rang throughout the building, lasting a few minutes. She slammed her eyes shut, clamping a hand over her ears that'd already flattened against her head. She bowed her head low, trying to block out the sound, but having a lot of difficulty. When it stopped, she could still hear ringing in her ears, and they stayed pressed firmly against her head. She blinked a few times in confusion, slowly looking back at Yuri. "What was... what was that?!" she cried, nearly yelling since the ringing in her ears was hindering her hearing.

Resting his head on his hand on the table, Gino watched curiously at Ashley's responce of Razzers. He laughed. "Well, I did hear of Vampires, and alot of other types too. But if you asked me, I don't really know about the wolfs and other things.." He said, as he looked up at the roof. He turned over to Razzer. "So, Razzer, how long have you been here?" Gino questioned, just somehow curious. "You don't have to answer, it's just a curious question that I just came over." He said, still looking at him.
Gino got over the fact that he was half squid, and also got ready to see the other types of people it had at Ria. "Oh, and also," He said, still curious about one more thing, "Do you posses any other Arts?" He questioned. "If you already answered that, sorry. I guess I have bad ears." He said with a crooked smile and sweatdrop. His ears twitched, at the sound when he said 'Noise'. It made his ears get agrivated once more.
He sighed, and just decided to bare the noise. The Neko just sighed mentaly to himself. He could tell, that if Nika was there, she would have sent him a mental slap across the head. " Baka! If you don't like it in there, then leave!" He could imagine her say.

Razzer turned to Gino, the neko kid, who had begun to talk. He explained to Ashley that he had heard of vampires, but didn't really know about the werewolves either. Then the neko looked at Razzer.
"So, Razzer, how long have you been here?" he asked. "You don't have to answer, it's just a curious question that I just came over."
Razzer thought back. "About a week or so." he responded. Then Gino asked another question. "Do you possess any other Arts?"
The mage nodded. "I've got two specialties. Teleportation and water manipulation." As a demonstration, he raised one of his tentacles and pointed it at the half-eaten (and cold) bowl of ramen on the table. With a slight flick of his wrist, he raised what remained in the bowl up into the air. He let the floating blob of ramen drift for a moment before letting it back into it's container.
"It comes quite in handy when fighting." Razzer commented, remembering his recent fight with Jeg Shin.

Ashley broke from her thoughts as she looked back at Gino. She blinked at him, trying not to stare at his ears. She wanted to rub them again, and play with them, but made her keep her hands to herself. They rested in her lap, hidden completely by the long sleeves of her sweatshirt. "Oh..." she said quietly once the neko had finished speaking. She watched him a second longer and then looked at the table, frowning slightly. Strangely enough, she still wanted to meet a vampire now, but had no idea how to find one, or what she'd do if she did. She so fell to quietly wondering as Gino began directing questions towards Razzer instead.
Though, she was snapped out of it when she saw something rise out of the corner of her eye. She stared, watching the floating ramen through silghtly widened eyes. "W-wow..." she breathed, leaning forward slightly to peer into the bowl after he'd returned the noodles inside it. She thought about trying to lift it herself, but then decided against it. She'd probably end up hitting a random person and starting a fight, or perhaps shattering the bowl into pieces. She didn't really want to risk that right now... She'd have to find time to train in private, even though she had no idea what to do. That would be safest.

Razzer watched as Ashley looked into the ramen bowl after he let the ramen settle back into it. He could tell by her facial expression that she was considering trying to manipulate it herself.
"Don't bother." he said. "It's an inherited trait. Water manipulation isn't something that anyone who wants to can do." the mage chuckled. "Though teleportation is a different matter. I may possibly be able to teach it to you. That is, if you have a magical bone in your body."
The squid-man slid out of the booth and picked up his bowl of ramen, tossing it in the nearby trash before returning to the table.
"This ramen isn't nearly as good as the ramen at I Ai's Ramen Stand down by the Gates." he said to no one in particular. "Have you guys been there yet?"

Ashley blinked, shifting her gaze back to Razzer as he spoke. Her face flushed slightly red as she shook her head. "Telekenisis," she said quietly. "I was going to try moving it, but that might not be a very good idea..." She paused, watching as he moved over to the trashcan to dispose of his leftovers. Once again she found herself wondering how the tentacles could possibly support his weight. Were they that strong? Did it take a while for him to get the hang of walking? Her mind flicked rapily from question to question, but she certainly didn't say anything aloud. Instead, she distracting herself with what he'd asked. "Ramen stand..?" she echoed, and then slowly shook her head. "I haven't had time to wander around too much yet.."

Razzer nodded. "Yeah, the I Ai Ramen Stand. It opened up a couple days ago just outside the Gates to Ria. Best ramen around. In any case, it beats what's served here at the Dining Hall." his mouth began drooling at the thought of their ramen.
Just then, his stomach gave a loud and obvious rumble. The squid-man rubbed his stomach with a tentacle and stood up again.
"I'm still hungry, I think I might go get some of their ramen. Meet me there?" Without waiting for an answer, Razzer stepped away from the table, glanced at Ashley and Gino, then muttered a couple of foreign words.
A moment later Ashley and Gino were alone at the table, accompanied only by a small cloud of blueish smoke.

Rekyi came back to the dining hall, looking forward to a good meal. He hadn't had a half-decent one in quite some time, always rushing here and there, grabbing the snacks last minute. His dark chesnut hair fell sweepling into his face, blocking his chocolate eyes and he brushed it away, quickly ordering a hamburger, some onion rings and a cola, and started on the long journey of finding a spot to sit. His warm eyes sweeped the room fallin upon the table where Ashley was sitting. He headed over, a little unsure of himself. "Sorry to interupt, but could I perhaps sit here?" He asked them hopefully.

Ashley watched Razzer quietly, blinking as he said he was still hungry. She didn't see how. The single piece of pizza she'd had a moment ago had filled her up, but she'd somehow found room for the ramen he'd bought so she wouldn't waste it after he went through the effort of getting it. She continued watching him for a while, jumping slightly as he suddenly disappeared. She jumped from her seat in alarm, eyes slightly wide as she took a couple steps forward and then waved her hand through the smoke that'd sprung up. She stared at it in shock for a couple seconds. He'd mentioned he could do transportation, but that didn't lessen her surprise at all.
She snapped out of her thoughts as she heard someone approach and speak. She spun around, staring at him for a second or two before her face flushed lightly red. "Um, I think I was about to leave..." she mumbled. She really wasn't hungry, but maybe she would become so once she tried this supposedly oh-so-wonderful ramen? Besides, Razzer had left beore she could protest, so now she felt sort of obligated to meet him there. So now she stared awkwardly at this new male, shifting slightly in place with her guilt. She felt bad just leaving when he'd sounded so hopeful.

He sighed, unable to keep it to himself. "Ah well then..." He said, keeping his voice strong, not showing his disappointment. He was probably over reacting, but who liked eating alone anyways? "I guess I'll see you around....oh, and I'm Rekyi." He extended his hand for a shake, like a proper gentleman would, his eyes looking at the young lady in front of him.

^Please remember to keep OOCing to a minimum. Gino flicked back in amazement as Razzer turned into a gust of blue smoke. "W..Woah." He said in shock as he turned an eye back to the girl sitting beside him. "Well Ashley, since he whent to the Ramen stand..would you like to go there" Nika might just be there. "He said, scratching his chin. He flicked away a strand of red hair from his face. It was her favourite food... He turned to Ashley.
"Well. I'll be heading somewhere. I don't know if I'll be going there directly, most likley just fumbling off somewhere in a tree." He said as he looked up into the roof. He stood up and dusted his hands. "All right Ashley. I hope we get to meet around somewhere. Maybe at the Ramen stand" He laughed and whent back to her. "I'll see you around some time." Gino said as he walked to the exit of the Dining Hall.
He stopped to tie his shoe though, Didn't think I would stop just for that... He sighed and continued to tie his shoe lace.

[Please don't do random OOC posts like that, msmurder. ^^;;]
Ashley blinked a couple times, shifting again in place as the male spoke. Her dark green eyes shifted to his extended hand and she slowly reached her own pale one out to shake it. "It's nice to meet you," she said quietly, still feeling guilty. "I'm Ashley..." She hestated a moment, and then glanced over at Gino as the neko stood. She stared at him for a moment and then nodded her head slowly. "Ok," she smiled. "I'm probably going to head over there." She turned back to face Rekyi again, smiling somewhat weakly. "If you want... you could come to the ramen stand with me? But... you just got your food..." She frowned, eyes upon his tray as she thought quietly to herself for a moment. She winced as his thoughts came unwanted to her head, and stared down to the ground. So he was disappointed...
