Glancing around carefully from the shadows, Skuld viewed the Commissar's take over in New York -- also noticing that several members of the underworld were being rounded up by the communist goons.
"This doesn't bode well," Skuld whispered to herself having stepped out of the goth club to see exactly what has been going on for herself. Staying in the shadows, the mage thief started to make her way back to the club.

The Commissar turned back to the window and watched outside; inside, he was crushed, an opportunity to escape doomed. Deadpool was just as stubborn as Wolverine, but in a crazier fashion. The Commissar had waited for a few decades already to achieve his former self, what was a couple of days longer? At this point, it didn't matter really. Once the technology was developed that could simply just use the sample from Doomsday to recreate the Commissar's old body, Weapon-X would no longer be needed and of course, their was plan B and plan C. Plan C was to acquire technological assistance from Doctor Doom; their had been more activity in his home country, which was good. Plan B you may ask? Chemical Make-Up scanners, set up through this very building!
The Commissar chuckled as a ray wall of bright light started to slowly go through him from the wall he was facing and on the computer to his right, it showed a complete biological and technical scan of his body, to the last detail, right down to a loose thread on his jacket. The wall of scanning light was heading towards Logan at an alarming rate, or course if he was really desperate to keep Weapon-X out of the Commissar's hands, he could attempt an escape from the scans before the wall of light reached him.

Skuld turned around and practically ran into Sabertooth. Looking up at Victor, the redhead began, "Couldn't let me out of your sight, eh? We have problems... of the communist kind. The city is being overrun, and we need to lay low."
Victor followed Skuld attempted to keep out of sight of the Commissar's goons and Comrods.

A shot here and a kick there, the Commisar's goons were being taken down on two completely different blocks by two individuals who'd earlier clashed. One was the blue hero, Mega Man. The other was a wicked spider of another fashion, Juri Han. Juri was enjoying herself a little to well and Mega Man was hoping that there would be some end to their numbers, but none to his luck. They pressed on as best the could, fending off either an attack on themselves (Juri) or the civilians (Mega Man).

he popped his claws out and began to attack the goons

[Enter Rogue from the Sanctum Sanctorum]  The lady X-man flew high over Manhattan and saw how far the Commissar's force have spread, "Goodness, it's like an army of fire ants all over the place.... An' they got Nimrods. Oh mah God, please help me. Give meh the strength ta get through this." Marie looked for any good place where she could dive in, then she noticed some armored blue man and a dark haired woman barely wearing a top with white poofy pants, "Ah what the heck." "YEEEEEEEEEHAAAWW!!!!" Rogue yelled as she dove out of the sky, charging directly at one of the Comrads near the pair.

 Skuld and Sabertooth kept moving, trying to avoid getting into a fight. Soon, their options of avoiding detection were rapidly diminishing. The redhead turned to Victor, "Should we hold our noses and try the sewers?"

 Juri went about what she did best, destroying and killing. She mashed, crushed, bashed, and eviscerated anything stupid enough to go for her. All the while enjoying herself a little to much. She laughed like a joyful school girl in the wondrous massacre that she committed.

 Megaman found help in the form of a flying woman who knocked down a few of his enemies. The battle wasn't done however, he knew that to be true. "Bring it!"He declared to the next wave the stepped forward with great intent. He wasn't afraid, he fought to help people and he would continue to fight as long as he needed. He fired another consecutive volley from his arm cannon. ((They are on two completely different blocks, I did say that in the post.))

Viewing the small isolated battles below, Dmitri didn't want to engage in any of this skirmishes, he's taken too much damage to his armor. One of the skirmishers, the Russian recognized: Rogue from the X-Men, "Crimson Dynamo to Comrad control, X-Man spotted near New York Criminal Court on Centre Street. Two other superpowered beings spoted. Possibly new X-Men. Send reinforcements to this location.""Acknowledged, Crimson Dynamo."Dynamo continued toward the Commissar's headquarters... ...... On the ground, Rogue happened to spot the Crimson Dynamo fly high over. She didn't do anything about it. She was a little busy. Rogue was using a street lamp pole to sweep troopers and robots aside like swinging a bat. The already defeated enemies were piling up, Ah think Ah'm gonna get through this...Rogue's smile vanished when the lamp pole was disintergrated into ash by an energy beam. Glancing that way, the lady X-Man saw twenty Comrads approaching, "Ahhhhhh crap."

Meanwhile, a rogue russian tank knocked over several Commissairs like Dominoes, the lid busted open and Jonah Hex held his hat and stuck his head out of the top, screaming and hollering wildly as the two good ol' boys wreaked drunken havoc on the Commie forces.
"WAAAAAAA-HOOOOO!!! Step on it, 'Rell!! -HIC!- Let's blow up some -BUUUUUURP!- Commies!!" Hex roared in a wild drunken stupor. In the weapons and bottles of found vodka, Arell drove the tank in a haze, slamming the throttle.
"You know it, Hex!! Le-HIGGUP!!-ts kick some a** an' be somebody, Che'!!" the big Cajun yelped in feindish drunken glee. The bottles of vodka got emptied just as much as Tank shells got fired in ordered to make more room for the dispensed bottles of the stolen Russian potato wine.

The Crimson Dynamo flew within sight of the Commissar's Headquarters. Staying above the fight hovering, Bukharin surveyed the skirmish below and in front of him. The Russian agent spied Wolverine near the entrance, he knew better than to getting within close quarters of Logan's adamantium claws. Dmitri appraised his situation, "That's not good. Crimson Dynamo to Comrad Control. We have another X-Man near Headquarters. It is the one known as Wolverine. Send all available units."
