I thought all fansubs were against the ToS. confused Taking the TOS word for word, yes they are. However the administrators told the moderators to only give warnings/bans for licensed series, but not unlicensed series.

I don't like the fact that they don't treat them the same but there's little I can do to change it. Feedback threads get little notice evidently.
