"Oh," Amethyst said thoughtful. "I've never had any experience with stuff like that but whoever that person is, she doesn't know what's in front of her."
She grinned, "Sure, why not? I'll just eat later."

Shadow put an arm aroudn Sakura and patted her back, "It is alright Sakura, we were both a little tense earlier. You have nothig to be sorry for." Shadow said, feeling glad that she atleast apeared to have forgiven him for what he had done. "I'll make it up to you and Juliet at some point. I have not been the best of parents... but I'll make sure that I correct my mistakes." he added.

Kashan grinned for a moment, "Oh, I know how lucky I am. Very lucky indeed. I would hate to actualy see you mad." he said with a small laugh. He actualy wondered himself if he was ticklish in this new shell of his, it was alot more sesitive than his old one for sure but how much more. "I am hoping I am not ticklish... you won't stop once you start if I am." he said as he wtahced Sam, wondering if she was going to make that move onhim.

Samantha thought about it for a moment and said "Hmmm..." she mummbled before she shook her head lightly in a nod, she didnt want him to see her mad, she had desided that much. Samantha smiled lightly before saying "hmm, no i would stop... after i thought you hade enough" she said lightly joking but she was already one step ahead of him and she ran her hands up his side gently ticklin g him hoping for a reaction.

Shadow looked over to Selena, she had ovbiously over heard his conversation with Juliet and was displeased with his words but what esle was he going to do about this situation, "I told her you were not going to hurt him because she is my grandchild and I do not wish to see her get hurt. She is still young Selena. Besides, your over reacting a little. I do not think tearing his heart from his chest is going to be the same as what he did to you." Shadow said with a slight sigh, he did not picture the rest of this conversation going very well at all. "I am not denying you your right for answers or revenge, it is that simple but there are other ways around it. How do you think he would feel if you tell him that he effectivly killed you. Would that not be enough?" Shadow asked. He knew Selena was still hurt by this but could the wounds be causing her to go to these lengths for revenge? Shadow did not really know what to think of any of this.

Kashan felt Sam's hand moving up his side, he coudl feel strange sensations running threw him but he kept a straight face for now as he tried to hold everything back. "You won't get me that easily." he said with a smile as he kept it all back just to see what Sam would do next.

Sahdow listened intently to Selena's words, they all made sense, perfect sense wich only made his argument a little harder to get across at times. "We are all tired of beig lied to and being betrayed. You know as well as I do how bad it has been for me over the years. I took my revenge each and every time... bar one and I can tell you it dose not make things any better, the staisfaction is only momentary." Shadow said, all those times he had been betrayd has left him with a seperate scar, each one deeper than the last. It had left him with a little voice in the back of his mind that constantly told him to watch out and be ware of other people adn thier intention, something that he usualy ignored. "I know I can't save everyone... I try and try but there is always someone who gets left behind, hurt or die's. I cannot aford to stop trying because as soon as I do I will end up letting one of those I care for get hurt, get left behind or die. I will not let that happen, not while there is life left in these old bones. I cannot fail them or you. I do not care if I get hurt or any of that as long as everyone else is safe." Shadow said with a small sigh. He had never seen Selena be so serious before but it was nice in a way. To know that she had that side of her. "I understand that you can't let this go unfinished but killing him will never be the answer, in the end it can cause more problems than it solves. Trust me on that one, I had some crazy b***h hunt me down over miliena because she thought it would make her feel better because she thought I was the one who caused her sisters death. I know what it is like to be on the other side of being hunted down like that... she never got her chance to kill me though wich I am happy for." Shadow leaned into the back of his chain and rubbed his face with his hands. It was a dark day when he was finaly found, she had coem close to killing him but thanks to Aurora and Vickilyn his life was spared. "Thank you for that Selena, it means a great deal to me for you to rise above all of this. You really are a wise woman, very wise... reminds me of someone I knew a long time ago." he said with a very slight laugh, unsure as to how she would take that information.

Shadow nodded as he apreciated the fact she had her smile back on her face, "Yes, I really do think so. You are very wise indeed, to be able to rise up above this tells much about your character." Shadow said as he stood up adn slowly mad his way around the table, "I like you being you to Selena. You are a charming lady, who would not like being that..." he said with a smile as he stopped walking just a few feet from Selena. "I know, I know, if I spend all my tiem trying to protect them then they will never grow up or learn anything... I just can't help it. I am protective of those I care for. I do allow them to make mistakes and all that but something liek this was a bit over the top in my books. By taking your revenge you would have just been hurting an innocent little girl. So I am very glad you have chosen to rise about it all... but you can hurt him a little.... just a little." Shadow said joking a little bit at the end. "Now, enough of this. We have spent the past few days either arguing, almost killing one another or getting distracted by my student or some other little mishap like that. We really need to spend some time together, away from all of this stuff... like that night by the lake." Shadow said. They really did need to spend more time together when there was nothing bad going on around them wich was apearing to be a rare thing these days. "So, what do you say to spending some quiet time somewhere either aroudn the manor or in the town, where ever you want."

Shadow scratched the back of his head, "Ah right... well if you wish to see the ruins of Drakenhoff and the old world then I can take you there. I'll show you where I grew up... well what is left of it, the lake I grew up by, the forests I trained in, the battlefields I fought over... Or we could just walk around the and see the sights." Shadow said. He had not expected Selena to say that right off the bat. Maybe a night in the town or something but not that, it would be a little difficult for Shadow but he had made a promise and he had to keep it. "Well, you will be the first person to visit this realm in an incredibaly long time." Shadow said as he extended his hand for Selena, "Shall we travle now or do you wish some tie to prepair?" he asked. Most of the wild life had been exterminated thanks to the many wars over the years and luckily, most of them were harmless anyway.
